I really used to love this place, a quiet respite for an elevated experience. Not any longer. When I opened the door to the spa, I was overwhelmed with obnoxiously loud 'soothing' spa music. The couch has been removed to make place for merchandise. instead, they offer 2 chairs which are postioned in front of and to the side of the speaker pumping out the obnoxiously loud 'soothing' spa music. There is no place in the waiting room to escape the noise (and the cluttered, visual display of random merchandise). In the pedicure area, the music was just as loud. I expected a quiet, spa-like experience for my overpriced pedicure and was instead met with a cacophony of noise. Beyond disappointed in this dramatic downfall. read more

Easily the best spa in Fairfield County. I've tried others in Miami, NY, and Boston, but nothing compares. My mom and I have been loyal clients since 2007. You've got to see Katie who is THE BEST esthetician. When I lived in Boston I traveled back every month so I could keep up my appointments with her. She does extractions in a very gentle way and keeps my skin clean and glowing even though I had struggled with acne. I've also seen her for waxing and she is very careful. Julia at the front desk is so welcoming and accommodating. Hope this place stays in business many more years. read more

Greetings, I am a local norwalk resident that heard about the HIGH END PRODUCT obagi , and I was very excited to try it out. this establishment was the only one around me that has it. I called and made an appointment for a consultation which I was very excited about . the front desk girl was very professional and nice which even made me more excited. so a lady comes out , brings me over to the product side basically just tells me , GET THIS , GET THAT. DID NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CREAMS , that she had to ask the front desk girl. well right there I know I should not trust anything she says. she DID NOT ask me what was causing my acne, how my diet is like ? how long have i been struggling with it , If I had any treatments , or not even what type of skin do I have. NOTHING. then she tells the girl to ring them up , this all happened in the 3 minuets she talked to me. then I asked her if she recommended any makeup since I saw that you had some nice brands displayed and she just told me straight up. I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR YOU TODAY. !!!! what ??? I made an appointment ! you did not tell me anything , any type of programs I can fallow . anything , any hope that any of those products would work. bottom line I am never coming back and I am never recommending this to any of my friends that have acne prone skin or even if they just want to get their nails done, YOU HAVE NOT LIVED UP TOT HE HIGH END SKIN CARE CLINIC YOU HAVE. and Obagi should pull their products. read more

This place I would live at if I had the means. Okay, so you can always get a manicure at some random salon or some other service but to have the absolute bliss of just shutting out the world and being cocooned for an hour is possible here. I have been to spas all over the world- From a spa in a canopy in the Daintree rain forest to a tiny walk up spa in Tullamore, Ireland (an amazing place) and Williams is right there with the greats. I have probably had, over the years quite an array of treatments and when I can, I go and have a manicure or pedicure and unlike everyday spas, this is an experience that can change your life - there is so little noise pollution here- the staff are wonderful and you know you are supporting healthy work environments which is important when one is having a treatment- They also have visiting specialists and a hair stylist, Kenneth who made it possible for me NOT to have to trek into NYC to have a decent hair cut. I love this place- the staff are welcoming- the manager Julia is consistently warm and I can't say enough good things about the experiences. read more
