Probably one of the worst nail experiences I've had. The owner sanded the nails and didn't even wipe the dust off. If you look closely, you can see the bubbles under the nails to where the dust was and secondly, uv gels should not chip ever. My nails have chipped and cracked. Definitely one of the most awful jobs that the owner has done. I forgot his name, Jeremy? Not sure, but they definitely lost me as a customer. Not worth the money or the experience. read more

posting this on yelp as well as google. my initial google review: staff is nice but service is poor quality. the wax i received gave me the worst ingrowns with infections, and it was clear the lady who gave me the wax was not a professional, because she needed my help throughout the process. I felt uncomfortable, but I was too far into the process in order to stop. Complete rip off! Went to purchase a gift certificate for my daughter for Christmas for the total of $100. I was charged $107.40 when I questioned the additional charge it was explained to me by the owner Jerry, that he charges sales tax at the time of the gift certificate purchase. Last I knew, it's completely illegal to charge sales tax on gift certificates, AND on top of that, it wasn't even the correct sales tax amount which should have been $6.35 IF it were legal, which it is not. When confronted about it, he didn't really know what to say. After a few minutes of arguing, he offered to give it to back to me in cash. I am reporting him to the IRS, for this is complete tax fraud! BEWARE!!! read more

My niece went there over a week ago to have an eyebrow wax and was burned quite badly!! now or are there any week later she appears to have what could potentially be permanent scarring!! Her mom called the salon to discuss it and was told that she should've called the next day and not a few days later and there was nothing they could do! I get simple mani/ spa pedis maybe once or twice a year, so my idea of a good salon is simple - don't cut me, don't give me an infection, be clean, and don't make me wait long when I have an appointment. Angel Nail Spa passed. The green tea spa pedicure was very relaxing; my feet/legs were very hydrated and soft. Most nail polishes chip on me, so I always bring my own Smith & Cult polishes. For this reason, I can't judge the longevity of the manicure, because these polishes always last a long time on me. My nails were filed down to an even shape and she did a good job on my cuticles. First and last time going. I made an appointment, which they were over 20 minutes late for. Fine, no problem. Everyone runs late. I got a powder dip gel, which one acrylic because my nail broke. The girl doing my nails didn't know how to put acrylics on (but can do a gel type nail?) and I had to wait even longer for another person to come and put one the ONE nail. They were ok, and I never write reviews on places even when I'm upset, but I got In car crying and everyone told me looks awful . I saw reviews online and all 4-5 stars. I went in to get tips and uv gel with ombré I was done In 30-45 min which anytime I get gel on my nails it takes a good hour to hour & half, they did file drill for ligit 5 minutes.. I felt super rushed which to me isn't a good thing. The UV GEL isn't even all the way up my nail they did a sloppy job it's lifting to already... Idk if they rushed bc they were trying to get everyone fit in but being in beauty industry this isn't what you want to do. some of my nails crooked and feel like they going to pop off, they very loose.. Ive never had this sloppy and rushed of a job.. It upset me bc girl next to me they took their time nails looked good not risked I should of listen to everyone telling me not to go here... if they took their time I would of felt alittle better I was literally done with my nails in 30-45 min TOPS anyone knows to do uv gel tips and acrylic good hour and 30 min . I told them it looked good bc I honestly just didn't want to have them even fix it and I'm going back to my old nail place.. I will never be returning im so upset now I have to go pay more money to fix them. I did get brows done but I payed almost 90 with a tip. Although my gel manicure did last, I felt like this was a quick place to get your nails done with no frills, it was basically just pairing your nails and getting you out. Amazing. I walked in a few minutes after they opened so i as the first one there. I get powder on my fingers and gel on my toes. My feet were done first. She cleaned up my toes, removed the previous set, cut my cuticles etc. I love that all the tools used on me were new. I saw the woman take everything out of its packaging. For my pedicure, she put on the gel polish and when that was finished she began to do my feet in the water. Beautiful pedicure. For my finger nails, my previous set was soaking off while getting my feet done. I got a simple color on my actual nails and I got a design on my ring finger. I didn't really like it so I asked if she could re do itt. It took a couple times but she was very patient and redid it. Everyone was very polite and I felt like I was being catered to. read more

I've been going to Angel Nails for a year or more but intermittently, depending on where I am heading for the sake of convenience. I always thought they were clean and friendly and did n average mani/pedi so I was pleased. Today, they won my loyalty because I had selected a color for my gel color and I was not happy with the result. It really was nobody's fault but they knew I wasn't pleased, so they asked if I could stop back when they were not so busy and they'd fix the color. I was not even aware they could do this with gel color. I ran some errands and stopped back in. They did not grimace or have attitude. They very willingly helped me select a color and Tina worked diligently to cover over but the original one was so dark she said, oh, no, and removed all the gel and started over, at her own discretion. I was not going to make them do that. She paid attention to every speck, sanding, and carefully applying. When all was said and done, I asked how much I owed them and they said "nothing, no worries." Of course, I thanked them for going above and beyond and I tipped Tina nicely. I can really appreciate this, as a business owner and I feel like they earned all my future business. I feel like I've literally been to every nail salon in the area, and Angel is by far the best value salon. There are other salons with low prices, however you can bet your nails will be chipping within 24 hours. They do a great job here and give a shoulder massage as you dry which is generous considering it is 8 DOLLARS for a mani, and 19 for a mani-pedi combo. My polish generally stays well and chip free for at least 5 days which is very good for me. (I do a lot with my hands and am very busy.) HIghly recommend here! Terrible. First of all they do a lousy job. Look at your nails before you leave there may be smudges or they don't paint the entire nail. when you go back to get their mistakes corrected they make you wait an extremely long time hoping you'll just leave and then they try to recharge you even if you give a second tip. Please Please Please do not go here for an eyebrow wax.... Went today, came away with wax in my eye sticking my eyelashes and eye together and burnt eyelid and a burnt eyebrow. You should always go around the person's head when waxing eyebrows surely not across there face!! She then proceeded to scream, that she had hurt me!! To right she hurt me!
