I love this place. This is the only place I would go to in Norwalk. They recently(last year) did a renovation and have new stations and chairs. I feel very comfortable there and the owner(Jojo) is SOOOO nice. Mani/Pedi $22 Highly recommended. read more

Probably one of the worst nail experiences I've had. The owner sanded the nails and didn't even wipe the dust off. If you look closely, you can see the bubbles under the nails to where the dust was and secondly, uv gels should not chip ever. My nails have chipped and cracked. Definitely one of the most awful jobs that the owner has done. I forgot his name, Jeremy? Not sure, but they definitely lost me as a customer. Not worth the money or the experience. read more

I have been going here for about over 10 years. I have never never had a problem with Angel Nails! I go to Minne or Candy, sometimes John, they do fantastic work. Where can you go and if you break a nail 5 days later they first it for free. This place has the price is right , there's no problem with this place read more

posting this on yelp as well as google. my initial google review: staff is nice but service is poor quality. the wax i received gave me the worst ingrowns with infections, and it was clear the lady who gave me the wax was not a professional, because she needed my help throughout the process. I felt uncomfortable, but I was too far into the process in order to stop. My nails also look very bulky and we're not shaped correctly. my thumb nail has also popped off and is now throbbing and broken on the nail bed. not a good place for quality service the owner responded: "Hello, I'm the manager of Angel nail spa in wilton, I'm sorry to hear that, but I want to confirm with you that this is Angel nail spa in wilton, but I have no record of your visit recently. If you have your nails done here, you can come back. We will do it again for free, we can guarantee that all the tools are safe and hygienic, and there will be absolutely no problems you have now. If you see my reply, please call me at 203-762-2700. thank you. Please confirm the exact address again. We are in wilton. If you sent it to the wrong place, please delete this review and thank you again. ----Angel nail spa wilton" I responded back: "clearly says "wilton" and displays the request i made on the date the transaction was made. i know which salon i went to. no thanks on the offer. the services are subpar. i looked at your other bad reviews and you have always denied that the services are rendered at your salon. whoever is curious about the truth can look at your responses to other customers in the 1 star ratings and refer to the evidence above." my receipt transactions below further prove my point. read more

Ive been having pedicures at Angel Nail Salon for more than a year. I've only had good experiences. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and very experienced. The salon atmosphere is quiet, relaxing, and the service is excellent. read more

My niece went there over a week ago to have an eyebrow wax and was burned quite badly!! now or are there any week later she appears to have what could potentially be permanent scarring!! Her mom called the salon to discuss it and was told that she should've called the next day and not a few days later and there was nothing they could do! Adding insult to injury quite literally they weren't interested in accepting responsibility whatsoeve! Causing facial scarring to an 18-year-old girl is not okay and it's certainly warrants at the very least an apology and acknowledgment and compensation of some sort!! I certainly don't recommend that you entrust your skin care or facial care to this establishment as they seem both unqualified & irresponsible more importantly... read more

Complete rip off! Went to purchase a gift certificate for my daughter for Christmas for the total of $100. I was charged $107.40 when I questioned the additional charge it was explained to me by the owner Jerry, that he charges sales tax at the time of the gift certificate purchase. Last I knew, it's completely illegal to charge sales tax on gift certificates, AND on top of that, it wasn't even the correct sales tax amount which should have been $6.35 IF it were legal, which it is not. When confronted about it, he didn't really know what to say. After a few minutes of arguing, he offered to give it to back to me in cash. I am reporting him to the IRS, for this is complete tax fraud! BEWARE!!! read more

I usually do my own nails, so I rarely go to nail salons. I get simple mani/ spa pedis maybe once or twice a year, so my idea of a good salon is simple - don't cut me, don't give me an infection, be clean, and don't make me wait long when I have an appointment. Angel Nail Spa passed. The green tea spa pedicure was very relaxing; my feet/legs were very hydrated and soft. Most nail polishes chip on me, so I always bring my own Smith & Cult polishes. For this reason, I can't judge the longevity of the manicure, because these polishes always last a long time on me. My nails were filed down to an even shape and she did a good job on my cuticles. Overall, I'm happy and would return again. read more

Clean, friendly, fun, always walk out happy. I recommend this salon and suggest calling ahead of time even if no appointment is necessary. The tables have built in gel dryers - so cool! Usually News 12 or HGTV are playing in the background. Pricing is surprisingly inexpensive, especially for Fairfield County, so tip well! read more

First and last time going. I made an appointment, which they were over 20 minutes late for. Fine, no problem. Everyone runs late. I got a powder dip gel, which one acrylic because my nail broke. The girl doing my nails didn't know how to put acrylics on (but can do a gel type nail?) and I had to wait even longer for another person to come and put one the ONE nail. Not even five days into my manicure that's supposed to last 2-3 weeks and three nails have chipped and my one acrylic is off. Worst. Manicure. Ever. read more

Don't come here if you want a mani/pedi that looks good. I'm so disappointed in their work. I just left and to be honest didn't take a good look at my nails until I started driving away. The gel manicure is TERRIBLE. Completely bumpy and not even at all. The nails aren't even filed evenly! My pedicure also looks half done. It's not even and there is even nail polish over my skin. I could have done a better job painting them. I'll never return. The facility itself was clean and the staff was friendly, but I feel completely ripped off my 50+ dollars read more

Had a simple polish color change (not a full manicure). Slow Friday evening, nail tech was sloppy, lacked attention to detail. Literally quickly removed some of the old polish, and tried to put fresh polish quickly -I had ask her to give more attention as she removed the old polish. 3 stars for overall cleanliness & friendliness. read more

It's a very clean, bright and comfortable facility. Good sanitation of the tools and foot tubs. I have visited twice in the past month and seen two different technicians. Both were polite, gentle and careful in their work. One caveat: be prepared for aggressive up-selling. I don't mind being offered an upgraded or add-on service, but once I've said "no" to additional services, I think they should stop selling. read more

They were ok, and I never write reviews on places even when I'm upset, but I got In car crying and everyone told me looks awful . I saw reviews online and all 4-5 stars. I went in to get tips and uv gel with ombré I was done In 30-45 min which anytime I get gel on my nails it takes a good hour to hour & half, they did file drill for ligit 5 minutes.. I felt super rushed which to me isn't a good thing. The UV GEL isn't even all the way up my nail they did a sloppy job it's lifting to already... Idk if they rushed bc they were trying to get everyone fit in but being in beauty industry this isn't what you want to do. some of my nails crooked and feel like they going to pop off, they very loose.. Ive never had this sloppy and rushed of a job.. It upset me bc girl next to me they took their time nails looked good not risked I should of listen to everyone telling me not to go here... if they took their time I would of felt alittle better I was literally done with my nails in 30-45 min TOPS anyone knows to do uv gel tips and acrylic good hour and 30 min . I told them it looked good bc I honestly just didn't want to have them even fix it and I'm going back to my old nail place.. I will never be returning im so upset now I have to go pay more money to fix them. I did get brows done but I payed almost 90 with a tip. Which doesn't make Sence bc they said gel with tips 45 ombré is 15 more which is 60, then my eyebrows 8 so 78 with tax weird.. fishy.. she took 5 min on my brows it's like they always want to rush...and when I gave her tip she like didn't even seem to appreciate and rushed off... not to mention when it was time or hand massage part which is my fav ligit 5 seconds and she's like sorry no warm towels and used cold ome. I am big into my nails and it never takes 45 min start to finish with uv gel, not to mention not did like 1 1/2 coat Uv gel and rushed putting it on. I'm so disappointed Only thing they were nice though (don't mind hands In picture have hair color on them) read more

This was an ok place, nothing fancy or over the top. Although my gel manicure did last, I felt like this was a quick place to get your nails done with no frills, it was basically just pairing your nails and getting you out. There was no use of lotion, not massages of your hands/arms, staff seemed very rushed to get you out and move on to the next person. Over all, I don't think I would go back. When I get my nails done, that is my "me" time and I want the whole nine yards. read more

I really like it here. It is fun and my nails always look good after coming. But yesterday I went to get a pedicure and manicure. The people there I like and know well, but one I had never seen. She was going to do my pedicure and my favorite girl was going to do my manicure. I was happy about that. But in the 1/4 of the way into the thing, she left and redid 9 of someone else's nails! She left me in the dirty, cold water for about 1 hour!! Other than that one person, I LOVE ANGLE NAILS!!! read more

I've been going to Angel Nails for a year or more but intermittently, depending on where I am heading for the sake of convenience. I always thought they were clean and friendly and did n average mani/pedi so I was pleased. Today, they won my loyalty because I had selected a color for my gel color and I was not happy with the result. It really was nobody's fault but they knew I wasn't pleased, so they asked if I could stop back when they were not so busy and they'd fix the color. I was not even aware they could do this with gel color. I ran some errands and stopped back in. They did not grimace or have attitude. They very willingly helped me select a color and Tina worked diligently to cover over but the original one was so dark she said, oh, no, and removed all the gel and started over, at her own discretion. I was not going to make them do that. She paid attention to every speck, sanding, and carefully applying. When all was said and done, I asked how much I owed them and they said "nothing, no worries." Of course, I thanked them for going above and beyond and I tipped Tina nicely. I can really appreciate this, as a business owner and I feel like they earned all my future business. Please DO NOT confuse with Angel Tip in ShopRite Plaza on Connecticut Avenue..their customer service (if you can call it that) lacks completely. read more

Amazing. I walked in a few minutes after they opened so i as the first one there. I get powder on my fingers and gel on my toes. My feet were done first. She cleaned up my toes, removed the previous set, cut my cuticles etc. I love that all the tools used on me were new. I saw the woman take everything out of its packaging. For my pedicure, she put on the gel polish and when that was finished she began to do my feet in the water. Beautiful pedicure. For my finger nails, my previous set was soaking off while getting my feet done. I got a simple color on my actual nails and I got a design on my ring finger. I didn't really like it so I asked if she could re do itt. It took a couple times but she was very patient and redid it. Everyone was very polite and I felt like I was being catered to. read more

I feel like I've literally been to every nail salon in the area, and Angel is by far the best value salon. There are other salons with low prices, however you can bet your nails will be chipping within 24 hours. They do a great job here and give a shoulder massage as you dry which is generous considering it is 8 DOLLARS for a mani, and 19 for a mani-pedi combo. My polish generally stays well and chip free for at least 5 days which is very good for me. (I do a lot with my hands and am very busy.) HIghly recommend here! Jojo is the best for nails and eyebrows although they all do a generally good job! read more

Great salon! Very clean and reasonably priced. I usually get a free back massage while getting my UV gel fills. My nails look great and last for 4 weeks or more. Great foot massage comes with the regular pedicure. JoJo is great! Everyone is very friendly. read more

Terrible. First of all they do a lousy job. Look at your nails before you leave there may be smudges or they don't paint the entire nail. when you go back to get their mistakes corrected they make you wait an extremely long time hoping you'll just leave and then they try to recharge you even if you give a second tip. Really not very good nail salon. read more

Great! I simply cannot say enough good things about this salon I love the way my nails look each and every time I go!

My gel manicure lasted over 3 weeks and received a great massage.

Please Please Please do not go here for an eyebrow wax.... Went today, came away with wax in my eye sticking my eyelashes and eye together and burnt eyelid and a burnt eyebrow. Truly a horrific experience. The lady said her name was Amy and this had never happened before! She leant over me with wax!! Very Hit Wax! Across my face!!! You should always go around the person's head when waxing eyebrows surely not across there face!! She then proceeded to scream, that she had hurt me!! To right she hurt me! To make matters worse she then wanted to pull off the wax that had stuck my eyelid and eyelashes together with tweezers!! Can you imagine!? We asked for a manager however they weren't available! Typical! This will be taken further! read more
