If I could give ten stars, I would. This is the best nail salon I have ever been to in my whole life. No exaggeration. My family is visiting from out of town, but if I lived here, Ceci Nail&Spa would be my go-to nail salon. The massages were incredible-the best I have ever had! They even give you a shoulder massage with your manicure! The massages alone are worth the price for the mani/pedi (price is very reasonable by the way). My nails and toes look perfect. Absolutely terrible nail salon. I have been a loyal customer and the last time I was there I was treated incredibly poorly. I received an eyebrow wax in which the lady doing the wax proceeded to burn me, rip my skin, and aggressively push my head. I went home that afternoon and my eyebrows welted up into massive burns and sore abrasions. I went back into the nail salon to confront the manager about the service and show him my eyebrows. To my surprise, the manger was incredibly rude and did not show any empathy for what had happened. Horrible experience and they lost a very loyal customer. read more

One of the best experiences I have every had at a nail salon! I called last minute for a pedicure and gel manicure and luckily they were able to accommodate me. Anna did my Lemon Spa Pedicure and I kid you not - this was the best pedicure I have ever had in my life. The atmosphere is very relaxed and pleasant from the piano music playing to the light colors on the wall. The people who were also getting their nails done were so nice and sparked conversation. Wont be coming here again... Had my appointment booked for a Thursday at 3pm and was out the door by 3:23. Never have I ever had a dip manicure started and finished that quickly. Barely anytime was spent shaping or filing my nails. The whole process felt very rushed like they just wanted to finish and get me out the door. My nails looked fine once I felt but the next day one cracked off completely. It is now 6 days later and all my nails are beginning to come apart and crack. A dip manicure is supposed to last up to 4 weeks... not 6 days. For the steep price tag of $45 i expected much better service and a longer lasting manicure. So bummed to have to write a negative review here. I was loyal to this salon for a few months because they do great powder dip for $40 in a clean and relaxing environment. They also do an amazing basic pedicure that includes an exfoliating massage. The owners are very kind and friendly, But, they are overwhelmed and understaffed. A few days ago, I called to make an appointment for my sister and I for today at 4pm. My dad came home from work to watch her 3 month old and we went. We were going for pedicures and powder manicures. Upon arrival, we were met with a packed salon and the owner asked us to come back at 430 or 5 despite our appointment. We came back at 4:45 and the salon had barely moved. There were somehow 6 dip manicures going at once, but only 3 people doing them. The other two staff members were only able to do pedicures, so they started my sister and I around 5:15pm. I watched as the staff jumped around from person to person, trying to finish them all. It was a MESS. I could not relax at all. When we were done with our pedicures, I reminded the owner we asked for dip too, since it seemed like no one was getting ready to take care of us. She acted confused and shocked that we had that, when I said it upon arrival at 4pm and it was apart of the appointment I made days ago. By the time my sister and I sat down for our own dip manicures... we had to leave. It was 630 when we left and we had arrived at 445, and all we got was pedicures. The owners were apologetic and offered us $5 coupons but I will not be able to go back after today. It was a truly horrible experience when it was supposed to be relaxing for me and especially my sister. read more

This was my first time here. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The place is very neat and clean. I came in for a basic pedicure and powder dip manicure. The woman who did my pedi was amazing. She was very friendly, worked fast and my feet look and feel great. She also gave a great leg and food masssage! However, the reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because I am disappointed with the manicure. The guy who did it was nice enough, but I kind of felt like he was rushing and wasn't listening to what I wanted. I didn't want my nails cut too short, which he did they are waaay too short, and also didn't want them filed as square as he was doing them. I asked him 3 separate times to make them rounder. He wasn't really doing what I asked and finallygave up as to not be too difficult about it. The edges of the powder are a little messy and I don't think he sanded (for lack of a better word) the powder down thin enough so it's still pretty thick which feels weird. He also didn't soak or trim my cuticles which is my favorite part of the manicure. Every mani I've ever gotten includes that so I was kind of surprised. Overall I don't feel like I necessarily wasted my time or money BUT my nails definitely don't look AS nice as they could. I might give them another shot as the pedicure was really great. UPDATE: I'm changing my review to 4 stars. the owner kindly called me a couple days after my review and offered to fix it at no charge. I went back in and they re did my nails and they turned out perfect. They were so kind and helpful. I definitely will be back. read more

Absolutely horrible service on May 5, 2022. Would give 0 stars if I could. My friend and I booked appts for the same time expecting to be serviced at same time but we were serviced in tandem. Was disappointed but oh well, what can you do. But the manicurist and manager were very rude, impatient and rushed us out. We asked for a design (ie: 1 star on 1 nail) and were flat out told no. We asked why and what we could get. the manager said no designs with no explanation. When I asked about French nails and chose what I thought to be a while polish, the manicurist was rude, rolled her eyes and asked if I really want "that shade"? Unknown to me, it was translucent and not the right while polish. The whole experience was terrible. This was the first and will be the last time we patronize that place. read more

Great little place for a mani pedi. We did dip powder for the manicure and they did a great job. Very detail oriented and good color choices. For the pedicures we did a green tea and a lemon pedi. Great massages on the legs and feet! Highly recommend! read more
