What's the point of making an appointment if it isn't honored? Why not tell the customer the technician is unavailable? My nails were rushed, cut far shorter than I requested, each nail had varied lengths & shapes and on more than one occasion my skin was actually cut during the service. I left unhappy and frustrated after giving them multiple chances to get it right. It's been my experience that the customer service, consistency, and basic care seem to be lacking here.
