Have had several manicures at Golden Nail since August. After the first visit, they knew me by name. Very personable and friendly staff; I had gone with my daughters once and now they ask me how they are every visit. Neat, clean, friendly, efficient and professional. I had a low break on a nail so they put a silk wrap on it to prevent it from snagging, tearing and bleeding, 2 days later, the repair did not hold so I went back fully expecting to pay for another repair. Instead they repaired my nail free of charge with gel nail. It made my day. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. They accept walk-ins, but if you plan on going at a more popular time of day (after school, work or on weekends), I would recommend making an appointment. read more

I asked for them to remove my gel acrylics and they used the electrical sander on every single one of my nails down to almost my skin. it was painful and when i said it hurt she kept going and held my hand. I'd never come back here. all of my nails are now broken due to the fact they are basically one layer now. Thanks ladies! read more

I would drive an hour to come to them just because of how kind they are to be each customer that walks through their door. the husband and wife go out of their way to remember their clients names. Returned for the millionth time but this experience completely different from past appointments. My nail tech must have had Covid because her utter misery was that evident. Not that she was sick- just absolutely a wretch. Kimmy was lovely as usual, but I wish I had shown her my pedicure because it very likely was the most pathetic paint job I've ever received. Slap-happy and goopy. I knew this upon exiting but had already had enough of the dour attitude and needed to get air! But I knew my feet hadn't completely dried and another tech was rushing me out; in the process messed up a few nails which had to be redone...:( read more

Lovely staff, so friendly and patient. We came an hour before close for appointments, the only customers and although we were there past closing they were so welcoming and kind, something hard to come by in the area. Loved the selection of polish colors and spa pedicures. The massage for pedicure was the best part, he spent time on every step and my feet felt great! Very clean and simple interior, offered water and beverages complimentary. It was a bit pricey for a mani-pedi but we did upgrade to gels and spa pedicures which take much longer. for the area, the prices are normal. Definitely coming back ... regular place was busy at 4pm and couldn't accommodate. Drove down Route 25 and remembered this place but also remembered how awful and dirty it was 1 year ago. Walked in and what a difference! Completely renovated and 3 very enthusiastic and cheerful women greeted me! I was pampered for 1 1/2 hours - pedicure with an amazing foot massage and great attention to detail with the nail polish. Manicure - very good hand massage and again, amazing attention in every aspect. I was even given a neck massage which was totally unexpected and this woman knew what she was doing. This location was previously in disarray and not a clean place, but like I said, it is under new ownership and they deserve a chance to succeed. Please visit and you will not be disappointed. I recently decided to get a full set of nail tips looked up local places. I live in Monroe, went in on Sat they took me right away and it was busy. Very clean, very nice, very impressed. Prices were very reasonable. nice large Tv to watch.on the wall. Every one was super friendly . The girl was exceptional so pleasant and concerned if liked my nails. While this place is across town, I will always make the trip. My usual place was Coco nails but it is just too busy, too crowded, and the workers do not take their time. The first time I came here was on a Friday (same day as the town prom) with my mom and sister and they took us right away for 3 manicures. I decided to go back a few weeks later and the woman recognized me straight away, asked how my sisters prom was, and if my mom returned to Pennsylvania. Seriously? How often does business owner remember you after your first time there!? Right away I knew this was my new place. They are so friendly and do such an amazing job. I had her take off my acrylics and do a gel manicure, she very kindly suggested a powder gel and told me it would help strengthen my nails. It was refreshing to be offered in a kind and gentle way to help my nails rather than just for her to make some more money. The only possible downside (which I don't personally think is a downside) is that they do take their time to ensure your nails and hands look and feel beautiful. It was a lengthy manicure but then again I did have acrylics taken off and my nails were in bad shape. If coming here, make sure you have the extra time to spare because they will not let you leave with a subpar mani/pedi! You can pay with cash or card, and tips are preferred in cash (although I didn't have any cash on me she was still polite and thrilled for a tip on my card). read more

They always do such a great job here. They are super friendly, work quickly, but not too quickly, and my nails always look perfect when I leave. They are very clean, using materials fresh from unopened packages. Also their sinks all have liners in them that are changed after each pedicure. It is always a pleasant, positive experience when I get my nails done here. read more

Horrible time. Got a pedicure only to wait 2 hours for a manicure. Painted my own nails because we had to leave to go to a wedding. No one helped us they just ignored us and did new peoples nails. Still had to pay full price even though they didn't even file our nails. Now we're gonna be late to the wedding. read more

Had a 1:30 appointment the man who was going to be doing my nails was on his phone until 2:00. Whiped my hands with a dirty towel, he smudged my nail and said he didn't have time to fix it and overall my manicure looks awful I will need to get this done tomorrow. Love this place!! Came with my mom for the first time on my birthday, got a mani pedi and it was amazing! Super clean, super friendly staff. They have toe polish/nail gel combo boxes so you can match your gel mani to your toes ! Also, definitely upgrade to the spa pedicure - the whole staff knows REFLEXOLOGY and they do it with your foot massage part of the pedicure. :) They love massaging here and will go over the 10min. I would definitely recommend! I am here now after work, came all the way from Norwalk, got here at 6pm, an hour before they close and they still accommodated me for the mani/pedi - no problem! And their Reflexology was so good the last time I just had to upgrade to spa pedicure again! Thanks Golden! You guys are the greatest!
