Ok I have very mixed review on this beautiful new nail salon that just opened nearby. Came here because a friend mentioned they had a mani-pedi special going on for $28. My daughter and I walked in and were greeted fairly quickly and said it would just be a few minutes. There were three customers inside. I waited 15 minutes and my daughter waited 40 minutes (!!!). I have never waited more than 10 minutes at any nail salon ever. This was on a Wednesday. If she knew it would be 40 minutes, she needed to tell us that. Not say "just a few minutes". I do not mind coming back while I run some errands. Such a waste of time. That ticked me off from the start. It was a very long service for each of us but they are very thorough and very careful. A lot of pausing to talk to other employees. I was extremely happy with the paint job they had done on myself. It has been 5 days and now just noticing some wear at the tips. My daughter however..is a different story. She picked a no-name brand color which was very pretty. It was nice to see such a wide selection of beautiful hues, looking all clean, fresh and new. She handed him two colors and requested one nail to be a glittery color for one finger on each hand. He started to paint the odd nail the secondary color and said "oh this will be an extra $2". How is that extra money? You're not doing anything fancy, just using a different color on one nail each hand.... It was too late for her to say nevermind. While she was having her mani done, the guy was pretty rough on the tender areas where the skin was peeling. Once she came in the car, she was like OH MY GOD THAT HURT. She showed me her finger and the skin beneath her nail was so swollen, red and raw. He kept picking it!! Two (yes 2!) days later she comes up to me and says "how do your nails look?" I said they were fine. I looked at hers and they were all chipped and peeling. I told her to go back and have them fix it. They looked pitiful and we had a memorial service to go to that night! When she got home she said they made her feel very uncomfortable, speaking in deep tone Mandarin while they were all trying to figure out who and why. They fixed her nails and she quickly ran out the door. They only painted over the chips. And now three days later, its all peeling again. I also had my eyebrows waxed. Wax got in my hair and took awhile to get it out. Felt like I was in there for days. A few tips: Call ahead for appointment, pick a top brand (OPI), tell them you have "x" amount of time available, ask for mani/pedi special $28 midweek if it's not available. I spent money there for many months and got my loyalty card stamped. my self and 3 daughter enjoyed going there. when my loyalty card was full I went to get the free pedicure I earned and they denied it. they said now it's only worth 10 dollars off. so I spect over 200 dollars 10 times and I can't get what I earned and you promised? I went to thus place when they first opened and they were good. I went back a second time months later, yesterday, and the service was blah. No one spoke to me the entire time, my cuticles were barely cut, and the polish job was so streaky, which he did a 3rd coat To fix and it did nothing to help but make my nails be extra wet. I get manicures weekly and my salon I originally use was so busy so I opted for this place. Never again :( read more

The spa uses better sanitizing methods than I have seen in other salons. Most of the time I just walk in, and wait about 15 minutes (or less) which gives me some time to pick out a color. Everyone is polite, but levels of expertise vary, and a couple of times my cuticles were cut too short and bled. Have been a customer for several months. I suggest you find a person you like for doing your nails and then make appointments if you really would feel more secure. My nail color (fingers and toes) always lasts well beyond other mani-pedis I have had in the past--looking fresh for weeks. This is probably because they DO NOT do the paraffin. I usually get a gel mani and regular pedi. read more

I love this nail salon. Prices are reasonable. It is clean, and staff is always friendly!! I've had my nails done many times and they always last a long time and look heathy. My current manicure, with SNS still looks awesome, with not a single chip, and it's been 20 days (almost 3 weeks). I'm so impressed. Terrible, OVERPRICED... I can go somewhere else and get the same done for way less and WAY BETTER quality ! My nails started chipping in 2 days and I got a GEL REFILL! I went back and asked for a refund and they didn't give me one and didn't even offer to fix my nails! I do not recommend to go there especially if you get your nails done a lot because you'll be spending an arm and a leg for terrible quality nails... also very rude :/ read more

They will bully you into a $50 pedicure even if you ask for the $27 one. I was embarrassed because they told me my callus was so bad on my feet and humiliated me in front of other customers. I had my lip waxed and the girl pushed so hard on my upper lip that I thought my front teeth may have fallen out. SO painful !!!!! The owner walks around and speaks sternly to the staff in an argumentative way. Never again! read more

I went here on a Sunday at 240pm; there was only 4 workers. Clean and quiet atmosphere. Great prices but not pampered at all! Special combos ($28 reg mani/pedi, $50 gel mani/ reg pedi...) and discounts ($5 off of $30); Passed out cold waters. I was not even there1 hour- 250 sat down and was at the dryer by 330pm. Thin 2 layers of nail polish, hand lotion not even past wrists, burning hot towel and burning hot water for pedicure. No parafin (probably extra- but didnt even see it). Honestly not going to go back since I can drive to the next town over for a mani/pedi with parafin, nice leg massage with hot stone for $30 and its not rushed. read more

Terrible experience. WARNING! Do not go if you want to lose a nail. I will never return. I went in for a polish change and came out with a raw red bleeding thumb. The young male manicurist that I had SAWED the left side of my thumb nail until it was red and sore. It hurt like crazy and became tender and swollen. A few days laters pus was coming out and the nail loosened. I went to the dermatologist and she had to remove most of the nail as it was hanging off my thumb. She sent the nail out to be tested and it came back that I had a fungus and yeast infection. NEVER AGAIN! read more

The worst pedicure I have gotten. I paid extra for leg message and I got a timer put next to me while I got a leg massage in the middle of a pedicure.. No time spent on exfoliation either. Bad manicure 2+ hours for gel mani- regular pedi. Clearly got someone new. Nail polish didn't even got to cuticle . Asked to have this fixed and was told I should have asked for the polish to go to the skin?!?. The fix was sloppy and I just needed to leave as I'd been there so long. Will not return read more

If I could give them no stars I would. The services are extremely over priced for how mediocre they are. The staff is unfriendly & clearly not trained well. My nails and toes looked like a 5 year old did them, and when I went to go pay I was hit with extra charges no one made me aware of prior. The owner kept swiping my card and refused to run it as a credit card and was insisting I NEEDED to enter a pin and wouldn't listen to me when I tried to explain it wasn't a debit card. He was extremely rude and knew how unhappy I was with my nails & did not offer to fix them. They have a huge selection of colors and powders but it's not worth the $100 you'll pay for a terrible pedicure & amateur acrylic set. read more

This is my second time here and even more pleased than the last time. I got the special ($30 for a mani and pedi). My tech Paul was great and super friendly.
