In a random turn of events I ended up being the one to take Nana for her appointment at Fancy Nail Salon. I decided to give it a try. Thank God I did!!!! I've gone there two times now and have been impressed with both technicians. They are so clean and neat. They are as meticulous as I am when doing my own nails. They have the most powder gel colors I've seen at a salon. Anddddd....they do ombré. FLAWLESS ombré that is!! I searched high and low for someone to do my nails for my wedding and couldn't find anywhere. If I only looked closer to home. My Disney nails were a huge hit! Perfect for all those influencer pictures! I will be returning without a doubt.

The nails were not great but my daughter didn't want to go back. Please see the photo of my daughter's nails compared to the photo she brought in. I do understand that a photo will never match completely because we are all different but they had my daughter looking like she had sloth nails. The tips were put on her skin or too far toward the tip of her natural nail. They also weren't the right size for her finger. It is now August 30th, one week since she had the nails put on and six have already come off. As you can see from the photo, the acrylic is completely uneven and you can see where there are spots that the nail was applied to the skin. After the nails came off and I looked at her real nails, there was no nail prep done. Really disappointing for the cost. Over $100 and they couldn't even last from Sunday to Sunday. Avoid

I usually make an appointment but don't find it required or always necessary. I bring my own polish but they have a wide variety of colors and types, including gel. I usually get a regular pedicure, maybe one day I'll upgrade to one of the other offerings. I like that they have food shows on the TV with subtitles. Recommend cash to pay and tip, but there is an ATM on site and they accept credit for payment (not tip)

I asked the owner or person in charge and she said she can do it for you this time and another tech chimed in with an attitude and said you changed the service. The answers didn't make sense. Anywhere I have ever went cuticle care is part of the mani. I could have went back and forth with them about cuticle care but it wasn't worth the energy. They should make it clear with a sign that you would have to pay extra. It's not the cost either. It's the principle.
