Anna rushed, kept getting up, kept looking at the time, was busy talking to other customers and just not listening to me being all around rude, she didn't buff my nails correctly nor paint them right- missed MANY spots on multiple nails. I then got my eyebrows done and she literally took off the entire left corner of my brow. I called the owner John and was told to come back the next day. I went back and John "fixed" my nails. Within an hour of leaving my nail chipped. I went back Sunday, cordial as I could be. Not to mention I was getting a fill I was told would be 31 and my brows are 7 and it somehow came out to 41. I had a few broken nails but I mean STILL. AND I STILL TIPPED ‍ I explained this to him and he HUMILIATED me infront of EVERYONE. He said he called his company and the police . I told him I would wait and nothing happened so I left. I wish I didn't have anything bad to say but I'm at my wits end and at this point want my money back.

In a random turn of events I ended up being the one to take Nana for her appointment at Fancy Nail Salon. I decided to give it a try. Thank God I did!!!! I've gone there two times now and have been impressed with both technicians. They are so clean and neat. They are as meticulous as I am when doing my own nails. They have the most powder gel colors I've seen at a salon. Anddddd....they do ombré. FLAWLESS ombré that is!! My friend said she didn't want dip powder because it takes longer, and the place advertises for UV gel fill. Why not just provide the service requested? My nail tech also tried to push me to do dip. I said fine because I didn't feel like debating back and forth. She ended up doing regular gel for me...? My friend's nail tech got up during her nail service to answer the phone. We each sat for about an hour and a half. My nail shape and color looked good at the end; I was surprised how long she spent filing my nails but never got around to trimming the cuticles or applying any cuticle oil. Typically I go to Angel Tips, but their wait was too long. I was in a time crunch. 2 stars for being available. $98 for both manicures. Update: went to work and 2 nails broke the SAME day I got them done because they used regular gel instead of UV gel. I went back and asked for my money back and they blamed me for "not being careful". Rudest nail techs I've ever experienced. Highly recommend not going there, even in an emergency.
