I felt really bad I brought my friend there because she wanted a UV gel fill. They pushed her to get dip powder like 5x when she said she didn't want that. My friend said she didn't want dip powder because it takes longer, and the place advertises for UV gel fill. Why not just provide the service requested? My nail tech also tried to push me to do dip. I said fine because I didn't feel like debating back and forth. She ended up doing regular gel for me...? My friend's nail tech got up during her nail service to answer the phone. We each sat for about an hour and a half. My nail shape and color looked good at the end; I was surprised how long she spent filing my nails but never got around to trimming the cuticles or applying any cuticle oil. Typically I go to Angel Tips, but their wait was too long. I was in a time crunch. 2 stars for being available. $98 for both manicures. Update: went to work and 2 nails broke the SAME day I got them done because they used regular gel instead of UV gel. I went back and asked for my money back and they blamed me for "not being careful". Rudest nail techs I've ever experienced. Highly recommend not going there, even in an emergency. read more

I was here today & it was very clean. The ladies are very sweet! I love my nail lady Tiffany. She's very lovely and takes care of your toes and nails! She likes to make sure that you're ok as well. I wish I can give her 10 stars! The price is perfect as well. read more

AMAZING work!!! I couldn't be happier with how my nails came out! I spent over an hour and a half here with the tech (whose name i wish i could remember) and she made them flawless with not even a small hint of an imperfection! I've never had the dip powder before but so far they're holding up incredibly well against someone whose not so gentle especially with longer nails. 10 out of 10 highly recommended!! read more

I've been going to this place for a long time. Always prompt pleasant service while I come with no appointment. People complain about their prices but remember you get what you pay for. I come for a spa pedicure which probably takes 60-90 minutes but I'm taking me time, I bring my coffee, relax in the massage chair with my feet in the hot bubbly water. If my person has an appointment come In someone else takes over and they're all great, they work as a team. I leave relaxed and happy with their work every time. I just walked in to soak off an old set all three women working and their mother proceeded to laugh and say we don't have time for you they told me to wash my hands but asked me to come back tomorrow I don't if i was just washing my hands for fun or so they can look at my nails and talk junk just to tell me they can't work on my nails. Worst nail place ever!!!!! Had an appointment for 11am for a manicure. Didn't take me until 1142. I have gone here for years. Each visit over the last couple of months have been getting worse and worse. This week I have a mani, pedi and wax. The wax was done, and did such a bad job, left with wax over my face and than had to go repeat what was done already. The nails were done very quickly and was smudged by the time I got homes they were very rushed, but no one was even in there and no one came in. Thery are very pushy, wanted you to buy more services. To be honest, I was expecting a little bit more. Came in today last minute to get just a regular manicure, Nothing special. Walked in and was shocked at how beautiful and clean it was inside and was greeted quickly. Was told about a 10 minute wait, no problem. The lady told me where to sit and she left another customer she was doing to come quickly do my manicure. And by quickly, I mean quickly. It took her a total of 8 minutes to do my nails. She filed my nails a little and then cut my cuticles. Then painted and sat me under the dryer..8 minutes! Sat and dried for about 15 minutes. Get up to go pay... $16!?! $15.95 to be exact. SERIOUSLY??! I have never seen a plain manicure over $10. And to feel like she completely rushed doing them. Upset because it was a beautiful, clean place and looks like they had many options. But the fact that she rushed to do mine while she was in the middle of another customer (who she also left another time to wax someone else) and then the price was a bit much for my liking. They do not clean their tools. I was getting a pedicure and after they were done with me I saw them use the same tools on 2 other women. I actually said something and told them that was dirty! The worst salon I've ever been to!! I had a apt at 6 waited a hour to be seen. I told them I wanted a fill for my acrylic nails, the lady told me no you should take off and do the dip powder. Next thing I know they filed my nails off told me they were doing a new set. So at this point I'm like ok whatever just do the new acrylic set and she starts doing the dip powder!! I was like no this isn't at all what I want to do but she kept insisting I would love it. I ended up paying $ 65 for something j didn't even want. The color came out terrible she didn't listen to me about the shape. I kept telling her no it's not how I like them and she would attempt to fix them and nothing changed. Also they are not very sanitary she just used the entire jar to dip my nails into which can't be clean. I went in at 6 and she didn't finish until 10!!!! read more

Well I've been coming to Patrick nails for 18 years now. And unfortunately I think it's going to be time to start going elsewhere. A couple years ago I had made a comment that my time is valuable so I would appreciate her not stopping in the middle of my manicure to go wax someone's eyebrows and things of that sort. So she started making the appointments before they even open and I was very appreciative. Then I had to make a comment about her being on the phone the entire time and not focusing on my nails and therefore once again extended my hour and a half visit to 2 hours. So once again she was kind enough to stop talking on the phone. So today I come in my appointment is supposed to be at 10 she calls me and asked me to come in at 10:20. Arriving at 10:20 she is not here I go inside and pick a color. By the time she even starts it is now 10:45. I am currently sitting here at 11:05 it takes takes 5 minutes for the Polish to soak off however she is now helping her mother's pedicure customer. As much as I like Jen as a person she obviously has no customer service skills. read more

The staff are extremely pushy, and tried to talk me into different polish colors 3 times... the girl even told me she would just do them all so i could choose what I wanted - after I made my choice. I was ignored for the most part, and then at the end i was told I should have gotten designs because my nails looked plain and boring! Went there with my daughter. Three ladies were trying to take off the acrylic on one of my daughters thumbs. Seriously needs 3 ladies to do that. They also took her before the girl waiting before us. I have come here for years to get my eyebrows waxed and the past few times it has gotten worse. The main person there (owner?) was on her phone the entire time having a conversation in a different language while she is waxing my eyebrows. She never got off the phone. I kept asking her questions because I wanted the eyebrows to have a certain shape and she told me that it 's just the way the hair grows. To start off, the license on the wall expired in 2016. Which should've been my first sign to turn around. Then I walked in for a pedicure, and was seated next to a woman. They asked me which pedicure I wanted. I asked for regular which is was the lady next to me was getting. I was in an out before the lady next to me who was started before I was even there. I sat through two dry cycles and the when I was finally walking out she was just getting painted. Not to mention they criticized my nails, and tried to force me into getting them done there, at a place with licenses showing there expired. I declined multiple times and they just wouldn't leave me be. It was so uncomfortable to be there, they were pushy rude and rushed me because I don't go there as often as the person next to me. And then they charged my card and when I went to give them a cash tip, they said "they needed to charge me $5 more because they forgot to add something on? I didn't argue it but they were so slow they clearly needed the money so I handed them the $5. Go to Seymour nail Spa they give massages.
