I've been 3 times, I had a ok experience twice and a really bad experience once. I'm sure I left a…read moregood review for the other two somewhere. I went to have nails they put on taken off. Long story short, someone here ripped the nails off and it damaged my nail bed. She also sneezed on me without a mask and said it was allergies, but her prescription antibiotic for pneumonia/conjunctivitis was on the counter. And then I got super sick -which is honestly the most annoying thing to me besides my nails looking horrific for two weeks..and paying more than I expected for a bad take down. I wouldn't go back, but I don't do like long pretty nails, my friends love the designs and all that so they love it there. I went back to someone else for actual natural nail care, and I'll stick with them going forward.

Post the Covid19 mandatory shut down I was super concerned to go ANY place for my nails. But…read moresomeone has mentioned how precautionary Pretty Nails was being so I figured I would give it a try. WOW I was so impressed with all the safety measures this salon has taken to help keep all clients and staff safe. For starters I made an appointment and the pedicure chair and technician was ready and waiting for me. Second EVERYONE working was wearing both a mask as well as a face shield. All clients had masks on as well. Third when you come into the salon they take your temperature, they also sanitize your hands and shoes. They were only using ever other chair and also installed plexiglass to separate nail technicians with the clients. And the last thing they did that really impressed me was keep track of everyone name and number they worked on Incase someone gets sick they have the ability to track everyone. THANK YOU PRETTY NAILS! All these things you are doing I'm sure are at a great cost to the salon but please know I'm was so appreciative that you all were taking the protocols so seriously. Your compliance with the Covid19 protocols help me relax and enjoy my pedicure. Anyone looking to support a local business that is doing things right this is a great place to try! ! !
