I'm bummed about this one, but 2 huge issues. The first is just the quality. I always get gel nails, I got my nails done here 3 days ago. I have NEVER seen bubbles under my gel. Almost like air is between the gel and my nail and it is just peeling off after three days? I also got a gift card for someone. They told me it was 65 for gel mani pedi. When we left it magically became 85 for a mani pedi. I probably should have said something but I just wanted to leave. Safe to say I won't be coming back. Confirm prices before they even start and make sure your gel is done correctly. read more

I made an appointment today for noon to get a pedicure; when I went there, two employees were already serving two other customers; they were talking and laughing, so I sat down, waited for 25 minutes, and left. When I walked in and said good morning, no one asked me what I was there for or how they could help me; no one said anything to me, and no one acknowledged me. That was not the first time I brought my business there, but that was the last time they would see me or my family and friends. Poor customer service. read more

They got me in quickly, but clearly didn't care about making my nails look good. I got a gel manicure and I always tip well, so that's their loss. Still looking for a decent nail salon, as this is what my nails looked like 8 days later. They had length to them prior, but I kept clipping them and filing them down to make the chipping look less horrible. Now I have short, chipped nails. I need help! I've had a lot of manicures over the last 15 years and the manicure I received here was definitely the worst experience. The first woman who started my manicure was completely incompetent. She cut my skin when trying to cut my nails and you can tell she just wasn't comfortable prepping the nails for polish. I was getting aggravated because it was taking so long for her to file my haphazardly cut nails and was almost ready to have her stop and just finish myself at home. Thankfully, another woman took over. She did a good job on the rest of the manicure. It was very hot in there because the AC broke but they offered me a little fan which I thought was very nice. There are so many nail salons nearby and I recommend going elsewhere for an efficient and more relaxing manicure. read more

This is my go-to nail salon! The staff is always friendly and professional. The salon is very clean and my pedicure always lasts. I've gotten the regular pedicure and the spa pedicure and both are great. They even have specials some days of the week. They have multiple TV's with the news or music videos playing and they also offer free WiFi. There is also plenty of parking. I always leave feeling pampered and happy. read more

Where do I begin???? Loved this place when I first started going 3 years ago. It was never packed and you don't have to worry about a wait. I live 25 minutes from there and three time I went it was told that Lilly wasn't coming in today. If you have people who make appointments why not call them and let them know. Not to mention if you're not Latina it's very obvious how they treat you different. Since recently the people answering the phone don't speak good english and can hardly understand what you're asking for. I called on Friday to schedule an appointment for a pedicure with Lilly for 9:00 Monday morning. I get there at 9 and nobody arrives until 9:05 then I'm told that Lilly isn't doing pedicures because she's pregnant. So why when I called on Friday to make the appointment this information disclosed to me. Now it's Monday morning here I am driving 25 minutes for an appointment I don't even have. Pissed is an understatement. I gave them multiple tries to get it right because Lilly does great nails (even though she's slow) but it's not worth the gas or my nerves. read more

Walked in for a mani/pedicure. First of all, the foot bath didn't work, so my feet were soaking in lukewarm still water. I brought up that it was broken and the tech fumbled around and a piece broke off of it! Then she hurt me to the point where I yelled out "ow!!!!" as she was working on my cuticles. The tech barely noticed, but the woman working next to her and my friend did. She was very very rough with my feet and it was not relaxing and I was actually in pain by the end of my pedicure. My manicure was ok, but she kept messing up on my finger and getting visibly upset! I never usually complain about anything, but I highly recommend you think twice before coming here. Came in for a pedicure asked if they had time, I was told yes. they sat me in warm water at 3:47pm wasn't seen until about 20 minutes later. I wasn't even asked what type of pedicure I wanted. I had picked out a polish and the polish I wanted was put back after I placed it at my station, I had to ask for them to find it again. I understand sometimes you can't fit in walk ins, and that's okay but don't say yes and then give horrible service. read more

No one spoke to me or acknowledged me in any way, although they definitely saw me. No one else was waiting except me. The phone rang while I was there, and one of the techs got up to answer it at the reception desk. Once she hung up, she went back to what she was doing, still without acknowledging me whatsoever. Walked in and asked for a pedicure. I was ignored. Seeing that each person was taking care of someone else, I picked a color and sat down. No one said anything to me for the entire 15 minutes when one person was finishing up. No offer to soak my feet while I wait or "It will be just a few minutes." - nothing. The nail salon I usually go to was close to their closing time so they weren't taking anymore clients for the day. I went to Linhs Nails in desperation as I needed a gel manicure before the weekend. I walked in close to 7 and they took me right in. Thankfully they were open til 7:30! The technician who did my manicure did a wonderful job and I left super happy! She took her time on my nails and I felt valued as a customer. I really appreciate the great customer service. They also do the dip manicure so I will have to go back to try that. This past Friday, I called to schedule an appointment with Linh for Saturday, at 1:30. I needed a gel fill. I got there on time to find out whoever I spoke to scheduled me for Friday at 1:30, same day I called at 4:30. I would have to go back in time to make that appointment. I rescheduled for Tuesday, at 4:00. I left work early, and found when I got there, that Linh was giving a guy a pedicure. She said I'd have to wait 20 minutes. Needless to say, I was a bit pissed off, after leaving work early to make this appointment. I was going to walk out, but I hung in there for 35 minutes, waiting while this guy then got a manicure. I wanted to be fair and give her a chance, but I will not be frequenting this salon any longer. Bottom line, don't bother making appointments, they don't keep them. I'm done. I had an amazing green tea pedicure. The nailtician was very thorough and my feet felt amazing. I also had a uv gel filling. The filling was pretty good. My only concern was having the electronic filing machine touch my skin a few times. I can't wait to return for another pedicure. read more
