They still accepted my gift card and thankfully so as I decided to go for some relaxation and skin preparation for my wedding. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful and relaxing. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and answered any questions I had about anything. She was super sweet! She literally walked me backed explaining their process because it was my first time being there. Everything was clean and clozy and they have a waiting room outside the immaculate bathroom with multiple, private showers and very homey-feeling restrooms (it's a whole room with a door that fully closes - no stalls or anything of that nature) and even little benches in the bathroom so you can rest your belongings there. After changing into my luxurious soft robe and slippers (think croc material, good for cleaning) I waited in the relaxation room before being individually called by my esthetician/therapist. She walked me to my individual room, complete with a sink, massage table, another bench, plenty of hooks and closets for their supplies so they do not leave throughout the treatment, except to get you a glass of water at the end . She explained everything to me and inquired about my routine and skin type and kept politely checking to make sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. My therapist was Jada Lynne and although I selected "any therapist", I was very happy with her approach, kindness and informative knowledge that I will definitely select her on purpose next time. From the facial to the lower legs and feet treatment PLUSH arm and hand massage I felt EXTREMELY relaxed as I lead a busy lifestyle and that is sometimes hard for me, I was very thankful for the good vibes and peace she radiated. As she led me back to the relaxation room after the Tranquilty Signature Facial I felt so relaxed and honestly a little disoriented in a good way. I rarely treat myself to anything and this was just that, a real treat. I sat for a few minutes, drinking water and tea while soaking up the relaxation and did not feel rushed at all, by anyone at any time. Everyone was so nice and they have a beautiful selection of merchandise/skin care/natural little odds and ends in their lobby as well. When it came time for its removal, I made an appt. with Becky Nails, after reading its reviews on Yelp. Shop is run by Becky & Max. Because she was alone that day, there was a bit of a wait. Becky was friendly and did the removal quickly and efficiently. Because my nails were ruined by a steady diet of gel manicures and are just getting healthy again, I only get them done periodically. I will make my next appt. with this salon and hope to develop a long-lasting relationship with them. Only given 4 stars because I haven't had a full manicure as yet. There was 1 other person having her pedicure by a man, so a kind woman named Christina offered to do my mani. I assumed she was on shift. After a very rushed dry mani, she had me rub my own lotion on my arms and hands and told me she recently had painful hand surgery and was only able to use one hand...for a manicure. My hands were already covered in filed dust or else I would've left. Cut to the pedi and she proceeded to dip my foot in their basin, and then quickly pull it out and get it ready to paint. When I asked if she was going to use the pumice afterwards, or even lotion, she became agitated and told me I should've asked for "more service" if I needed it. She and the man proceeded to talk about me in their mother tongue. He finally decided to come grate my now dry foot and aggressively peeled away perfectly healthy skin while telling his now-waiting clientele to wait. Immediately after painting my final pinky, he grabbed my things and shuffled me to their dryer. All other clientele were either wlderly or look like the Antonia crowd (iykyk). The woman who did my service was sweet and helpful finding my color, but it was clear that she was either inexperienced or poorly trained. For $75 (more with tip), I would have expected better technique and more attention to detail. Also I sat there for well over two hours and I would not say it was the calming environment I desired: there were fruit flies flying around me the entire time and the facility did not appear to be frequently cleaned. I would not recommend.

She really takes the time to make everything perfect, perfectionist in a good way. Truly the best, I won't even bother going somewhere else even when I'm traveling. I call and make my appointments with her that best way to do it.
