They overcharged me. I went for the first time to get a pedicure and I selected a package and so did my gf. She got the $59 version and they charged both of us $70 each. I got the $70 version. My daughter had a full set put on Sunday, August 24th. I think it may have been the owner or manager because she kept leaving to do something else. The nails were not great but my daughter didn't want to go back. Please see the photo of my daughter's nails compared to the photo she brought in. I do understand that a photo will never match completely because we are all different but they had my daughter looking like she had sloth nails. The tips were put on her skin or too far toward the tip of her natural nail. They also weren't the right size for her finger. It is now August 30th, one week since she had the nails put on and six have already come off. As you can see from the photo, the acrylic is completely uneven and you can see where there are spots that the nail was applied to the skin. Solid, reliable, recommend coming off peak hours to make it the most relaxing. I've tried other places in the area but find myself coming back here. I usually make an appointment but don't find it required or always necessary. I bring my own polish but they have a wide variety of colors and types, including gel. I usually get a regular pedicure, maybe one day I'll upgrade to one of the other offerings. I like that they have food shows on the TV with subtitles. I am a regular customer and mostly have had great experiences. But I did want to mention a recent lip wax I had, which was very bad. I usually don't ask for someone specific, but this time I got a young woman who is very sweet but damaged my upper lip. She pulled the wax off on the right and left sides fine, but when she did the center, she pulled up (from bottom to top) rather than side to side. I heard her say, "Oh, sorry!" Then pulled it from side to side. The problem is, when she pulled up really hard, the skin went up, but the wax didn't come off. It wasn't apparent for about 3 days that I was left with raised welts, scabs and pus. It took nearly 2 weeks to heal and looked like a huge cold sore on the skin because of all the pus-filled welts. It also has left some scarring. Please be careful when ding lip waxes on people. I'm just hoping it fades with time but it's pretty obvious have a reddish scar there now. read more

I've been SEARCHING for a high quality nail salon that is clean and does a good job, and is a relaxing place to be. I love going here on slow weekdays, they really go above and beyond with anything you get done. I've had the gel mani and spa pedicure, both really great experiences. My gel manicure is still going strong and its been above 3 weeks. I'm going again very soon and I haven't returned to a specific nail salon in a long time!! search is over, perfect parking situation and as long as I plan ahead I always get an appointment. Best manicure/pedicure ever! I was tended to by Amy and she was amazing. I was so nervous being in town for work and not having any knowledge of local nail salons but I was desperate and I tried it. My daughter and I visited this salon for the first time yesterday as walk-ins. We were treated very kindly and assigned to chairs immediately. We had bad gel applications from another salon and they removed and reapplied that polish as we requested. The whole experience was wonderful. The paraffin wax was wonderful and they reshaped our nails to perfection. Paige was so gentle removing the gel I was starting to fall asleep. Both my daughter and I left very happy customers. What a disappointment. I work near this salon but had never tried them. Today I decided on an impromptu pedicure after work and thot it'd be the perfect opportunity to drop by. I figured it was a no-brainer with all the good reviews here. I was wrong. Everything about my experience was wrong. The place itself is uninviting - bad elevator music, horrible florescent lighting and old equipment. The pedicure chair was so uncomfortable and made it impossible to relax. Everything that touched my feet was scalding hot - water, paraffin wax, stones and towel. The pedicure itself was rushed and sloppy. I injured my big toe nail months ago and its still healing but she persistently dug at it like she wanted to rip the nail off. The rest was all downhill - weak massage, hardly a scrub and a quick one coat of color and I was done in 20 minutes. No help out of the chair but I was directed to the dryer which I turned on but barely worked. I thought maybe I was given the express pedicure but quickly realized I was just had when I was asked to pay $30 plus tax. Wow, this place was b.a.d. I was prepared to spend a lil more for what other reviewers said was worthwhile. I hate to say it but I left without giving her a tip which I have never done in my life. I usually over-tip (30%) specifically in nail salons but this was such a poor experience I just had to leave. And I won't be back. read more

A regular manicure is $12.76. They start off by asking you to wash your hands then dip your hands in paraffin wax. Next you get a short two minute massage. Afterwords the manicure begins. They put your wedding rings in cleaner which is nice. I enjoyed the wax and the cleaning/cutting of the nails however here is what I would change. I think tools should be cleaned and packaged prior to sitting down, not cleaned as used. There were a lot of gross nail clippings on the table from the client before. It's not like the place was slammed busy, so kind of gross. She did dip the tools in alcohol but still a bit gross. I wasn't impressed with their nail polishes either. Not tons of colors and they are obviously old. My polish is very streaky and chipped the next day. The dryers need to be replaced- they are old and literally barely work. Easy to get to location and friendly staff. Not sure if i would come back, maybe in a pinch. read more

This review will just be from getting a facial and from the environment. I was in dire need of a facial because my skin was so dry. This was the only place around me that could fit me in last minute. First of all, they had a really cute dog in the building with a purple tail. The annoying this is that it kept barking! They walked me back to get my facial and I told her that I needed a moisturizing mini facial ($50). It was such a waste of money. She left the room 3 times while I was getting my facial. She used massage oil on my face!!! And the mask she put on me was just one of those disposable cloth masks that you can buy at Ulta. There wasn't that much hands on time at all. The parafin, hot stone and other massage throughout the whole process is a nice bonus. They may be a bit pricey, but if you think about the quality you are receiving and the fact that you do not have to run back every week for a chipped nail you are really saving in the long run.
