In a random turn of events I ended up being the one to take Nana for her appointment at Fancy Nail Salon. I decided to give it a try. Thank God I did!!!! I've gone there two times now and have been impressed with both technicians. They are so clean and neat. They are as meticulous as I am when doing my own nails. They have the most powder gel colors I've seen at a salon. Anddddd....they do ombré. FLAWLESS ombré that is!! I searched high and low for someone to do my nails for my wedding and couldn't find anywhere. If I only looked closer to home. My Disney nails were a huge hit! I do understand that a photo will never match completely because we are all different but they had my daughter looking like she had sloth nails. The tips were put on her skin or too far toward the tip of her natural nail. They also weren't the right size for her finger. It is now August 30th, one week since she had the nails put on and six have already come off. As you can see from the photo, the acrylic is completely uneven and you can see where there are spots that the nail was applied to the skin. After the nails came off and I looked at her real nails, there was no nail prep done. Really disappointing for the cost. Over $100 and they couldn't even last from Sunday to Sunday. Avoid

They obviously know what they are doing and what they talk about. now i let my natural nails grow and they still do a great job painting my nails and it lasts sooo long... Sophea's Nail Studio has a upbeat humble atmosphere. where it is nothing but easy to get along with them.. with affordable and a reasonable pricing... Ever since the first time I went, Ping and Michael have remembered me by name! I always get a specialty pedicure (usually the Green Tea) because of bad calluses (I know-TMI) and they do an amazing job. Usually Michael does my pedicure but everyone there is great. One of my biggest pet peeves is people talking on their cell phones while getting my pedi. Since they have a loyal client base, this rarely happens and, for me, it makes all the difference!
