Took my kids for an end-of-summer mani/pedi. Staff was so welcoming and girls had a great time. I got the rewards card, and I think we will be back next time we were in the area too.. I was also pleased that they had kid prices for mani/pedi, since I didnt realize that until after we decided on services. So that was a treat. Also I should comment on great nail polish choices. My mom and I came here for our first pedicure in over a year! (We are vaccinated finally!) They have a nice Covid-safe set up, with plastic protectors between you and the manicurist. The girl who did my pedicure also wore gloves the whole time. We both got the Lavender pedicure that included a 20 minute leg/foot massage, callus removal, and paraffin wax treatment on our heels. They have a HUGE selection of colors. Probably the biggest color selection I've seen at a salon. My feet feel super smooth after the treatment. The massage chairs are really great too (that's always my favorite part of a pedicure!). The special package for the lavender pedicure was $50 (plus tip). This will definitely become our new regular nail salon. I also like that it's in the same parking lot as Big Y so you can get some shopping done after! read more

I have been going to Smiles for a long time and generally very happy, clean and friendly although it may be time to replace the flooring in the back and get someone to touch up the paint in areas. They did just increase prices but to be expected. My only issue is that there is one nail technician, Cindy (the one that does the waxing), tends to rush and for some reason, does not do the side of the nails evenly when doing manicures and more noticeable to me after looking in natural light outside. I had her the last two times I went in and thought the first time they squeezed me in on a busy day and she was rushing. However, the second time, it was not that busy, she didn't rush but same results on the side. She didn't wear a name tag the first time, so at least I can book an appt for someone else. I will definately go back, and even get waxing done by her but not manicures. read more

This place was horrendous. I have been to a lot of places in the area and this is by far the worst. The people rushed and only took about 10 minutes to do the pedicure without scrubbing or cleaning well. Didn't even clean the tubs before and after or change the utensils between people. The water was freezing when soaking feet, as were the "warmed" towels. They did an awful job at painting. Half my nail is still showing and they did not go all the way down the cuticle. Waste of my money and I do not recommend or will never be going back. read more

I came here for the first time and I had a great experience! When you first walk in it is very bright and VERY clean. What is great about this place is they have a huge variety to choose from for nail polishes! Service was great and staff was friendly! I honestly have nothing to complain about. Got a gel manicure and towards the end, the person disappeared and finally someone else appeared to finish up. Never got a massage and manicure was okay. Their tools are not cleaned, she pulled out a file and clippers that were clearly not cleaned. Won't be returning to this salon! read more

This place was fantastic!!!I met up with some friends who were getting pedicures and my 4 year old son decided that he wanted to get his toes painted too. I said why not and when I walked in and said " my son would like to get his toes painted" we were met with such kindness and the gentleman that did his toes made him feel so comfortable and happy!! He did a wonderful job and he even did a sweet little design for him and really made my son feel special. This place is a 25 minute ride from us but I will literally never go anywhere else now. Even though at one point we were met with a disapproving scowl from another patron who simply could not understand that children want to do what they see others they love doing, the staff was thankfully wonderful and reassuring and kept our time from being ruined. I am so grateful to this wonderful establishment and cant wait to go back!!! read more

Have gone here the last 4 times I've gotten my gel powder done. This last time was awful. Made an appt for my friend and I for 515, didn't take us right away. My nails ended up being rushed through, I had to ask for her to re file the sides once finished because the gel was stuck to my skin. My friend got her nails started at 545 (30 min after our appt).They were under staffed because of the holiday weekend but people go there to be pampered and have their nails looking great. I am dissatisfied with the customer service. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I noted that I wanted the same nail color for my mani and pedi. The employee provided me with the "book" of colors that can be used for both gel and regular. Long story short, when I got into my car I noticed that the colors of the mani and pedi were NOT the same (mani bright pink and pedi bright orange; pink and orange are not similar). I proceeded to walk back into the salon and inform the nail tech. To which they responded "they look similar." At this point I was livid because I intentionally picked out a color that can be used for both (and I have an event to attend and I wanted the color to coordinate with my outfit). I made it clear that I was informed that they would be the same color. I requested a refund and/or discount for my pedi and they stated, "we do not do discounts." I was then offered to redo my pedi, however, am I guaranteed that DO have the same color or one that is 'similar.' Also, due to time constraints it was not feasible. I was then offered to get a free pedi next time. I inquired obtaining some sort of proof of a complimentary pedicure the next time (if there is one). And the response was, "you don't need one... I will remember you." REALLY?! Sounds like you're playing me. Apologize for this rant, however, it is the principal. read more

My daughter and I got there 20 minutes to closing and although they had a few people working told us they could not do a mani/pedi (was just a polish no gel needed) and turned us away. I think this is under new management. The gals that used to be there would never turn away business. TERRIBLE. This place is horrible! They are VERY overpriced and are very disrespectful. Went with a friend and they took me right away but made my friend wait and took 4 other girls BEFORE her. She also expressed that the girl was hurting her and the girl was very nasty and said "well that is not my fault it hurts". I would not recommend this place. read more
