Slightly rough start. I picked the lemon/lime pedicure and was given a lavender foot soak. Staff said they only have a few options but the rest of my choice would be the same. When I asked a few more questions, they don't have it at all. It was a $48 option. After I selected something they do have in stock, my service was excellent. My technician did his magic . BEST nail salon I have ever been to. I've been coming here for a year or so. Amazing prices and amazing customer service. I just got an acrylic set a couple days ago, I broke one of them off on accident and I came back today to get it fixed. I was expecting atleast a $10 charge for the nail to be fixed, nope. Been coming here for years and reviewed once 6 years ago, thought I'd send an update. Still my favorite place to come for pedicures. I can't comment on manicures because I don't get them, but the pedicure is always amazing. The technicians are always very thorough and leave my feet/legs refreshed and neat. I notice most negative reviews are about keeping appointment times, and I do notice they do operate more on a first come first serve basis. This has never been an issue for me, as I go in as a walk-in and expect to wait for a little while anyway. I took my 10 year old daughter in for a spa pedicure today and she really wanted the jelly foot bath. They filled it up for her and left it for her to soak in it for ages, she was thrilled. I left a review here 9 months ago when I stopped going due to them refusing service that I had an appointment for Becuase they took someone before me Fast forward 9 months I decided to try them again due to my new salon being fully booked! I went in for a pedicure and asked them to remove my powder gel polish and for them to use the shiny buffer. When I went to pay I was charged 10$ for taking off the polish and then 12$ for a manicure, I never asked for manicure I simply asked for her to remove my nails. When I questioned the owner said it was because she did my cuticles and buffer (never asked for that) she also never soaked my nails like they do with a manicure ! The buffer was 5$ extra which is fine if the women took the time to actually make them look nice which she did not!! I paid 27$ for my nails to look like absolute shit, I asked the owner if I paid 27$ can he Atleast remove the nail polish that was on my skin (before pictures show that I did not have polish on my skin going in) he told me they tried but couldn't ‍ To top it off everyone around me got complimentary back massages as there nails dried. Apparently because I did not get a color I was not able to get a massage! This place is awful, the owner is not caring or nice. Johnny did a beautiful job with my gel manicure. He cleaned up my cuticles, rounded my nails like I asked, was helpful with color selection and did a fab job with the nail art I asked for! His massages are everything - pedicure and shoulder. The salon is clean and has plenty (too many! ) color choices! I will definitely be back. read more

Went there today and got a powder manicure and this is the worst manicure I've ever gotten. First they don't even clean your hands/ fingers before they dip them into the powder which is going to be used by the next person to dip their finger... Second my nails are so thick it's embarrassing looks like I did them myself. I asked for them to be thinner and some guy that was working there gave me an attitude and said no that's how thick they are suppose to be... but my mom who was right next to me and also got one and had a thin layer, they just didn't want to help... then proceeded to speak in another language and be mad at me ... will never go here again this was my favorite place but for the past year it's been nothing but disappointments. read more

My nail tech is nice but I don't think she's that experienced. Also, there is another woman, I think she's the owner or manager seems to have a say in everything and not very friendly. I was talking to my nail tech about my nails and she came out of nowhere being rude and giving her opinion. She's just unpleasant. They have also a sign that they accept American Express but refused to take my card as the again owner/manager said we don't take it and when I questioned it it says she'll take it down. I only got manicure ($10) done. Nothing special. Just file (round) and she was careful and tenative to the shape, no cuticle push or cut. Straight forward service. My only thing that prevented a five star was I didn't notice until later that there was bubbles on two nails on my left hand. But it's not visible from afar. So I'm not making a big deal out of it. Only because there were no 0 star options. Paid $15 for the worst gel removal and partial manicure - I had to leave before the polish it was that bad. There are still gobs of base coat randomly stuck to my nail with the rest filed to within millimeters. After asking for a careful removal bc of previous damages to my nails during gel removals she seemed to...file harder...until I had to pull my hand out of her grip. Asked for a rounded tip, got a mix of every shape imaginable. Finally asked to just set them all straight and now my fingers hurt because of how short she cut and then filed them. Also the clippers and equipment were absolutely filthy coming out of the 'sterilize kit'. It doesn't look like they've ever been cleaned. The hard upsell here is also very awkward, to the point I had to forcefully say no thank you a few times. I literally ran out of there. Never again. UPDATE: EDIT I'm editing this since the business owner sent a very excited response back . The last gel polish I had was over a year ago so my nails were not previously Damaged coming into your place today. The current gel was only on my nails about 7 days, not 2-3 weeks as you randomly stated. If you are cleaning your tools that frequently you shouldn't have gunk built up around the hinges. Lastly I asked for my nails to be cut short because of the piss poor job done on the filing after trying to fix it 2-3 times over I gave up. After an hour he said I can only take one at a time. Why would we want to do one at a time? This man lacks common sense in running a business. This last time coming in on Wednesday May 12th, I left very disappointed. I got my usual green tea spa pedicure. The girl doing it didn't give me a proper massage, honestly she was just rubbing the lotion in, I've gotten better massages, one of the men does the best job. I got the callus remover included in my pedicure and it didn't do anything and she didn't exfoliate anything as you can tell in the photo attached. Also, don't expect to get any nail art as I showed her a reference photo and she said she could do it, what she gave me was horrible and kept messing up and removing it for about half hour. I just kindly told her to remove it and leave them white. She also cut my nails too short and a couple days later my toes still ache from being too short. I also noticed she double dipped her hands into the exfoliate gel after cleaning my toes and if she does that with me I can only imagine who else they do it with.
