If time means anything to you this is NOT your place. This is the revolving door of nail salons. IN/OUT Price is decent, BUT you WILL Be waiting whether you make an appointment or not which I found to be a problem. They overbook EVERYDAY and do not take YOUR time into consideration. Not to mention the place is not the cleanest. Moral of the story is. If your time is precious pay the extra few bucks and go elsewhere read more

I have been coming to this salon for ages. Over the past few months it has completely gone down hill. I made and appointment to get my nails done on Friday and they didn't use the color I asked. Anna rushed, kept getting up, kept looking at the time, was busy talking to other customers and just not listening to me being all around rude, she didn't buff my nails correctly nor paint them right- missed MANY spots on multiple nails. I then got my eyebrows done and she literally took off the entire left corner of my brow. I called the owner John and was told to come back the next day. I went back and John "fixed" my nails. Within an hour of leaving my nail chipped. I went back Sunday, cordial as I could be. Not to mention I was getting a fill I was told would be 31 and my brows are 7 and it somehow came out to 41. I had a few broken nails but I mean STILL. AND I STILL TIPPED ‍ I explained this to him and he HUMILIATED me infront of EVERYONE. He said he called his company and the police . I told him I would wait and nothing happened so I left. I wish I didn't have anything bad to say but I'm at my wits end and at this point want my money back. read more

I came here to get my eyebrows done and it was Sunday so it was basically the only nail salon open around my area. As I entered the establishment, it was packed but I was taken in right away. The staff person that did my eyebrows, did a really good job and I was happy with my eyebrows. She did my eyebrows and cashed me out all in about twenty minutes. They provided great customer service. read more

I got a refill done with Anna and she did not refill them with the powder and acetone nail techs usually do. She did it with this like builder gel or acrylic over lay gel.. But I didn't say anything because I thought "hey maybe that's how she does things". Boom she's filing which she's not even really doing and then goes to paint she does the French so bad with the normal nail polish brush instead of the skinny brush but I again, giving her the benefit of the doubt thought maybe she'll clean it up with alcohol or acetone. Nope. So I'm like okk. I didn't say anything because it wasn't horrible so I look at them after she's finished and they're just so uneven, fat, and bubbly looking. But at this point I didn't have time to stay and fix them. I go to pay and don't leave a tip because I hate them. She questions the tip part and I said no tip because i genuinely don't like my nails. She legit gave me my card back, slammed the drawer and walked away lol. Took everything in me to not go off on her. Kept it cool fr. So I told John the owner that I didn't like them so he told me to come back the next day to fix them which I did. Lol.. safe to say the only difference was him actually filling them with the power and acetone. They still look ugly af. Long story short after all that.. I hate my ugly fat uneven nails and I will never go back there to get my nails done. I only get my toes done there and really tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. smh I should of stayed with my og nail tech read more

I don't know if all these negative reviews are for the correct place. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes, they do a wonderful job (I get a gel mani), and they're beyond affordable! My mani lasts two weeks and is smooth and beautiful. They do cuticles too which is AMAZING because I think it makes it look better and last longer. I've been to three different manicurists here and they consistently have been great. I also brought my 3.5 yo daughter and they were amazing with her. They're easy to understand and also listen to what you have to say as a client. I was born with syndactyly and unfortunately two of my finger nails are quite different and very very sensitive. EVERY salon I've been to either makes it uncomfortable by not painting it, making a comment, or a weird noise when they see it. If they do paint them, they miss part of the nail...Not ONE single person here has done that. In fact, they are gentle, kind, and thorough. I have to give extra props to LuLu who was all of the above: gentle, friendly, great communication, great manicurist...she also went the extra mile when I was indecisive about color by showing me the two I was between on my nails. It was an extra step for her but she offered and gracefully. Speaking to the environment-they have at least 14 people working. They have plenty of stations. Are they spotless -no, but they also have a revolving door of customers. Ive never been when they open, but I'm sure they start out much cleaner than they are by the end of the day...They've always used new tools on my nails! The look is more like the nail salons from the 90s/that were in the mall. If you're looking for fancy then maybe this isn't the place, but if you want a great gel mani (or a mani for a child) that is well done, lasts and is affordable I HIGHLY recommend. read more

I went in 3 weeks ago and the lady who did my nails was so rude. She got mad when I asked for more chrome on my nails. She said it was enough and slammed her fist on the table and spoke to her boss in her language while being pissed off. I said to her and the boss that she shouldn't be mad over me asking for more chrome, that I'm paying for. What happened to the customer's always right. They are truly terrible people who work like they are in a factory, you are just a number to them. If they smile or talk to you, it's all fake. They demand a large tip even when they are rude to you! It is also by far the dirtiest nail salon in Connecticut. I'm shocked that it hasn't been shut down yet. Someone needs to contact OSHA! Only reason people go is because it's cheap, well you get what you pay for...rudeness and a fungal Infection! read more

If the place is busy, your not getting the appt when you want to. It's not because it's booked, it's because they bring random people in who didn't have an appt and just start doing their nails. It wasn't even busy because of the weather! Also, John messed up the nails to the point where one of them looks like duck, almond, and coffin. At the same time. Also, made the XOs red and not black! The vibe is not cute. The place is absolutely disgusting. The only one i love there is Winnie, and Ivy because they actually do a good job. Candy does toes very well. read more

This place is dirty and disgusting. They are cheap but this is literally the only good thing about them. They favor there regular customers over walk-in's and will let them cut in line anytime. There is no organization or order to there system. Today is my last time in this dump I'll find another cheap place to give my money too read more

I told the nail tech that I just wanted a plain polish color, and that I did not want glitter after she suggested that the glitter would make my nails stronger, but I said no and guess what she still put glitter on my nails. All the nails are also uneven. read more

I went to get my nails done and even being "aware" of the poor reviews I went anyways and they exceeded my expectations to the best ability (I also showed my appreciation in her tip). She asked before she did anything and didn't mind that I was quiet the whole time except to answer her. She was patient with me since I need to be told what to do since I'm bad at following social cues. There was a small mix up in language barrier but I'm going to chalk that up as my bad for not explaining better. I still love how they came out read more

Went here for a mani pedi for the first time. Pedi was great but the full set acrylic is horrific. Not only did the lady tell me it was okay that the nails were crooked when i asked her to fix them but the acrylic is paper thin and completely uneven. The paint job is terribly uneven as well as the terrible job she did on the holographic "design" for an extra $10. I usually do my own nails but I decided to go with a family member. Never again. So disappointed in how little the lady cared. I DO NOT recommend this salon for acrylic. read more

I usually have a very nice visit while at the spa. I personally like the owner John. He is very kind and attentive. Today I did not have a good experience as one of the workers raised her voice at me, complaining about her tip and snatched by credit card and basically threw it back at me. I'll return but she'll never do my nails again. Best wishes read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THE DO NOT FOLLOW THE COVID 19 RULES PER THE STATE!!! I only gave it 1 star because I couldn't give ZERO! Went as soon as the state opened the nail salons 3 days later and the place was DISGUSTING!!! NO SANITIZING DONE AT ALL!! NO SOCIAL DISTANCING! OVERCROWDED!!! NO CLEANING OF THE TOOLS AFTER EACH PERSON! Rushed through when we waited 45 min and they booked 8 or more people for the same time slot and the dipping powder is so cheap that 2 days later both myself and my friend's manicures were ruined!! 2 DAYS!!! We get them all the time from a different place and they last at least 3 wks to a month!!! NEVER AGAIN! read more

I love this nail salon the prices are the cheapest they do a pretty good job some better then others but for the price it's worth it they do all the new things to your nails read more

Is it a luxury spa experience? No. Does it get the job done quickly and efficiently? For sure! Everyone is so kind here, and the tech did a great job on my pedicure. For 16$ I can't complain! This is the place to come if you want a quick and affordable job done. It's not the relaxing spa environment, and you will have to wait a bit if you don't come right at opening, it's very busy. I will definitely come again! read more

Im so glad I decided to give this place a chance. After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical to go, but again, I'm glad I did. John did a wonderful job only nails. The place is busy, but they are extremely friendly, unlike MOST nail salons I've been to. Their prices are amazing, you can't beat them! I loved that John took his time to do my nails just perfect, asked if I liked them, and reassured me I could go back anytime to fix any chips etc.. I will definitely be back! So if you are reading this, please give them a chance, don't let the not so good reviews stop you. I've only been there once, and John did my nails, so I can't really speak on everybody else; but while I was there, I saw beautiful nails done by the other technicians too. Update: went back for a refill, Jessica was wonderful! Still love the place!! Update: I went in this morning for a gel manicure, and I'm sad to say, I have to change my review because of my experience today. They did a terrible job on my gel manicure, the tips of my nails are white, they did not pain the tips, which means they will chip anytime now, one of my nails wasn't even fully painted, and those of my other nails had this smudge/air bubble on them. Awful! Afternoon I went back for a pedicure (I didn't have Time for both in the morning) get there and ask for te pedi that includes callus removal ($21) mind you, I've had this pedi done before and it ALWAYS includes a green tea mask on my legs, and a timed 5 minute massage, this time, I didn't get any of that, but still paid the price for it. Very disappointing. Sadly, as much as I like coming here because it's close to home and very affordable, I will find somewhere else, one positive thing is that now they use a disposable bag on the feet tub which is nice. read more

TERRIBLE! There's no other words to describe it... Matter of fact there is, nasty, rushed and unorganized! Maddy did my pedicure it's was rushed as well as sloppy. She didn't cut my cuticles well then gets upset when i tell her, she said "hunny i've been doing this for 16 years" & i said okay but that is sloppy can you pls fix it, but she didn't so now we proceed to polish and the polish was horribly applied ! I asked politely if she can remove the polish and do it over she refused! bc she said it was perfect. I had polish on my skin she didn't clean it up until i kept repeating myself. I was so upset me and my bf were supposed to have our manis done but i just said forget it & asked where i can pay (which was at the front ) so we go to the front i told her she did a horrible job & i hand her my card & basically she threw my receipt at me & slammed my card on the counter. Extremely rude and unprofessional! I Walked out for my own sanity! Not to mention im 6yr nail technician! i just wanted to relax & give someone else a go..smh would post pictures but i didn't take any before fixing it myself. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! One it's absolutely disgusting, very dirty, instruments aren't cleaned. Two, my nails chipped not once but twice with gel. Right after i got it, it chipped, got it fixed.. an hour after i got it fixed it was bubbled and peeling off again. Honestly it's not even worth the $15 dollar gel manicure when they are bubbled and peeling off an hour after you leave. Spend the extra 10-15 bucks and go to a clean place that does a better job. read more

I enjoy their spa pedicures and massages but their manicures or anything with nails isnt too good, they don't last and the acrylics break easily. I've been here a few times over the years and was never impressed with the work that they do. But, it was never awful. I usually drive out to orange to get them done but on a time crunch I went close to home. I have a wedding tomorrow morning to attend and this was a huge mistake they are awful. There's still hang nails, she cut the thumbs to short, didn't ask if I wanted them cut I had to tell her, then she cut the thumbs so sort it was close to bleeding, the cuticle cutting was too much, and she started squaring my nails off when I went in with them rounded and wanted them to stay rounded, I had to ask for that. It's message amd there's polish on my skin, and my entire nail isn't painted in some spots and it's sloppy. Also the "spa" manicure" doesn't even come with a paraffin and the massage was half-hearted. I will not be going back. read more

The worst nail salon ever. I've been here a couple of times trying to give this place a chance but every time I have went they do a horrible job. Today I went and the nail tech name Emily did not know how to file my nails or how to apply nail polish. I asked for a third coat of polish and she told me no. When I went to pay she tried charging me more saying I had gel on my nails, I had no nail polish on my nails when I arrived there. Very rude and snatched my debit card out of my hand when I went to pay. Now I understand why this place is so cheap because they suck. read more

I got the very basic mani/pedi. I waited about 5 minutes. They were very busy and it was pouring outside. That did not seem to stop their rush of customers. My technician was nice and very attentive to my feet, which is great! The color didn't stay on past maybe 3 or 4 days but that's what you get. Overall for $24 bucks (which includes technicians $5 tip), I was in and out but wasn't rushed. My nails looked nice, but they did not last. I will be back. read more

I always go here and always end up regretting it. They legit made my nails all different sizes and most of them aren't straight. One of the lady's that work there were so rude her name was Jessica. She was getting so frustrated at me because my nails were so short. I asked for gel tips and instead of putting fake tips she decided to extend the gel. She was so mean I accidentally smudged the polish and her exact words were "oh my god". She honestly didn't care at all she was just socializing with other workers. She even tried adding green glitter to my ring finger when I wanted silver. When I told her that's not what I asked for she rolled her eyes and tried to convince me it looked nice. Such a rude staff, learned my lesson this time. I won't be going there ever again! read more

The dirtiest , unsanitized place I've ever been in. The air quality is horrible with particles flying everywhere with customers inhaling all those harmful chemicals. Terrible service. James did not know what a "coffin" shape acrylic nail looked like. There is barely any acrylic on the nail. He got acrylic on my skin and was picking it off the entire time.
