Never again. The minute I walked In the door they grabbed me and tried to lie saying they had acrylic and then put SNS on my nails. I tried to leave and they wouldn't let me. While I was paying I told them to tip 5$ and she told me no she wants 10$. When I said no she threw the paper on the desk and walked away very nasty. Worst pedicure experience I have ever had!!!!!! The quality was extremly poor. They were openly angry towards me because I didn't like my initial color. They were very rough with me during my pedicure. She mentioned tipping multiple times and even said to me, "tip is better in cash." On top of that, she was trying to pressure and force me into tipping on my card after I said I was not tipping in cash. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT go here! read more

Maybe because I'm not a regular I get mediocre service . I've gone twice in one month and both times I've had people working on my nails who rush and don't do a good job. They didn't offer to redo or fix my pedicure. I tried to explain to the technician that she hadn't finished but she kept swatting my hand away. I called the manager and he told me I should have demanded a different technician. But that is not MY responsibility. It puts me in an awkward position. I know there are good people working there. Update 2019.... Used to love this place I have been going here for over 15 years. I loved this place... when Grace owned it. Last year it was sold to new owners and while they have replaced and upgraded some things, they have also ruined it. I loved coming here. I have brought my entire family here. My husband always went to Sandra, me to Yessy, and my daughter and son would go to whoever was available. We always had a blast here and always felt welcome, appreciated and comfortable. Ever since the new owners took over the entire mood on the salon has changed. No one seems happy. The new owners seem to have the attitude that the customers don't really matter. People have favorites but they have changed some of the employees jobs around. If you don't like something they seem to think that a new customer will just replace you. I am very sad but I think I will have to find a new place to go. I don't feel appreciated, and honestly, I would rather spend my money somewhere else. read more

Ok this is my new favorite spot! Everyone here is so warm and friendly. You can tell they have a bunch of regulars because this service is so good. I came here with my money last week because I had a gift card and I will most definitely be back! The pedicure was amazing, the staff was engaging and sweet. The prices were not bad and the quality of work was phenomenal! I also ended up getting a fill in and every cutucal was trimmed and every finger painter perfectly. Overall I had a good experience. I typically go to Posh up the street but it's so busy, I always have to wait even when I have appointments, it's very expensive and not a relaxing experience. So I tried Cleopatra. Everyone who works there is nice, it's smaller and quieter, clean and the prices are more reasonable. The man who works there offered people free Snapple and bottles water ( not me though, I was getting a back massage when I heard it and he didn't offer it when I was getting a pedi). My only complaint is that the girl who did my pedicure was pretty sloppy and she barely wiped the wax/oil off the bottom of my feet so I was slipping all over the place and the woman who did my massage had to wipe them down for me. But I imagine other technicians might have done a better job. read more

This is by far one of the best nail salons I have ever been to. The workers were very nice. It was a clean environment. The tools were clean and Teresa, the girl who did my nails didn't push. This was a amazing experience. I really like the workers there, Teresa and Jessy and Dolly were my favorite, the masseuse Dolly was amazing and even taught me some spanish. Jessy did my hair even thought I didn't ask. Now I have braids in my hair and i absolutely love this place. this will 100% my go to place for nails. So my friend and I decided to try this place out we were greeted very nicely. I asked to do aryclics and my friend got a normal pedicure. The lady that was doing my nails was very rough and my cuticles were bleeding a lot. I told her the shape of how I wanted my nails and she rolled her eyes I was uncomfortable at this point. I saw my nails I wasn't satisfied at all she finished up with giving me a message. Once the total came up I was SURPRISED $90 my friend furious because she didn't think the service (lady that did my nails) of the nails themselves were worth 90. I'm not one to fight I was confused I normally pay 40 but 90?!! The lady said special uav light plus message I never even asked for a message. I was devasted when my nail salon closed because a really good salon is hard to find. I did a little online research and Cleopatra had the best local reviews overall so I decided to give them a try. What a hidden gem! I had a powder dip manicure and they did a fabulous job. Staff was respectful and solicitous. Quiet and relaxing environment. My daughter and I have been going to Cleopatra Nails since Grace owned it. Unfortunately, almost 2 years ago another owner took over. She had a creepy son who did most of the work and all of Grace's amazing staff was either forced out or left with the exception of a few. I haven't been back until last month, when I met my daughter there to pay her bill and a new owner was there. I immediately asked for a quick manicure and was thrilled with it and the new owner. I just got my nails done tonight. I've gotten my nails done there before and so I know what a manicure and pedicure entails. Joy, the owner decided to rush my manicure and pedicure so that she could service another waiting client. She skipped a whole portion of the pedicure. When I asked to her about it, she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. Well she should know this simple fact....I won't be returning. You should finish the job you started and don't try to cut corners while charging full price. They won't be there long with that kind of service. She'll be gone soon. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for about 5 years. - The decor needs some sprucing up - If they're busy (i.e. - weekends or close to a holiday) they will rush you through like you're on an assembly line + The people are very nice, and know you by name almost from the first time you walk in the door. + Sandra, she's the sweetest girl ever. She does all the massage work (by appointment) and when your nails are drying if she isn't busy with something else. + I have never been asked to leave if they think I've been drying too long + They will fix any bumps or smudges if something happens while you're drying A manicure and pedicure is $35 plus tip. It's not a fancy salon but all of the workers are extremely friendly and best of all, they are great at what they do. Avoid this nail salon. The new owner, Joy, is extremely unprofessional. Her husband, who also "works" there does nothing but stand around and stare, making you feel extremely uncomfortable. This nail salon used to be owned by Grace. Grace and her staff were the best. They really appreciated each and every customer (new and those that have been going there for a long time). They took the time to make you feel special. Not so with Joy. She has no loyalty whatsoever to former customers of Grace. Many of those former customers no longer go there. Little things that Grace did to make you feel special are not done by Joy. I would not even give this nail salon one star if I didn't have to in order to write this review. As I said, avoid this nail salon!! The one employee I would highly recommend is Sandra. Sandra has been with Cleopatra for many years. She is totally awesome. Her massages are wonderful! She can do all services and perform them wonderfully. The only problem is that Joy does not allow Sandra to do all services. Joy does not use Sandra to her full potential. Sandra is the only employee at Cleopatra that I would give five stars and beyond to. read more
