Walking in I immediately noticed all the COVID precautions put into place such as plastic dividers, temperature check, masks being worn on all employees and extra sanitary measures. Everything was super clean and I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. The ladies there were super helpful in helping me choose a color. They took their time trying different shades of pink until they found the perfect one that suited me. The tools used for my manicure were taken directly out of the sanitizing machine and other new things such as buffers were used. As for the manicure they took their time and were super gentle during the process of cleaning and filing my nails. My gel manicure came out thin and even. For some reason the woman who gave me my pedi cut my big toe nail extremely short and in the process really cut me up and did some damage under the nail bed. I'm on vacation now and walking hurts (not great when you want to walk on the beach and around town) and I've been waking up at night with throbbing pain in my big toe. I'm now just praying it isn't infected. What is the point of getting a pre-vacation pedicure if it ends up hurting you and making you miserable and worried the whole time? I should mention the man who gave me my manicure did a nice job and was very nice but I can't risk going back to a place that may injure me or worse, give me an infection.

The polish was not applied close enough to the cuticle, so it looked like I already had noticeable nail growth immediately after the appointment. I got a half price discount for being a first time customer but honestly the massage was so good that it would have been worth the full $110 price. I will definitely come back again!
