Everything was super clean and I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. The ladies there were super helpful in helping me choose a color. They took their time trying different shades of pink until they found the perfect one that suited me. The tools used for my manicure were taken directly out of the sanitizing machine and other new things such as buffers were used. As for the manicure they took their time and were super gentle during the process of cleaning and filing my nails. My gel manicure came out thin and even. After two days, three of my nails were already cracked and the gel started disappearing after one week. This has never happened to me, after leaving a professional nail salon (gel manicure should last at least three weeks). Price: $50 2nd Time: Hoping they would do a better job, I asked them to apply tips (=fake nails) because I wanted my nails to be longer (like they used to be, before they cracked). Price: $65 After one day, one nail broke and after two days another one did. I went back to show them and they applied new tips and powder gel (I used the powder gel this time, even stronger and more efficient than the nail polish gel). They charged me $10. Went back home, the same night, two other nails broke. You can imagine my frustration... I spent $115 for poor quality products, terrible service and, icing on the cake, extremely rude staff: they treated me as if I was forcing them to do my nails! AND they even had the courage to charge me an extra $10 for fixing a job THEY didn't do well in the first place. I can't get my money back nor my time, but I really hope you won't make the same mistake. PS: I have lived in 6 different countries and have been to thousands of nail salons. For some reason the woman who gave me my pedi cut my big toe nail extremely short and in the process really cut me up and did some damage under the nail bed. I'm on vacation now and walking hurts (not great when you want to walk on the beach and around town) and I've been waking up at night with throbbing pain in my big toe. I'm now just praying it isn't infected. What is the point of getting a pre-vacation pedicure if it ends up hurting you and making you miserable and worried the whole time?
