The technician Yuna was very professional and very skilled as I have some physical limitations and she was excellent and accommodating and did not make me feel awkward when helping me in and out. My one comment; because I have physical limitations, sensation and touch issues of the feet, legs and hands, as well as allergies to polish, I cannot enjoy the benefits of a relaxing pedicure and never a manicure. I would like the proprietor to consider a no polish, no message a step down from the price of a standard pedicure and charge maybe $10 to $8 less for the time not spent and the product no used. I winced in pain the entire time and continued to pull my foot away from her whenever she hurt me. Other customers were just staring in shock. She never spoke to me, never bothered to make eye contact, kept wiping her nose on her sleeve and it was over in about 8 minutes. My feet are still raw and red. If you are in the service industry, I would think you would at least try not to injure your customers. I am not exaggerating for the web, she was brutal.
