I had wanted to get my lip blush done for a while, but was very particular about where I would go as I had read some disaster stories. I did my research and found R & R and then had a consultation with Angelica. I had seen her portfolio on their website and on her Instagram and loved the photos. We talked about what my goals were, what shade I thought I'd like, what I didn't like about my lips ans all other things related to a big decision. My first session with her was great. I am one of the unfortunate people that has a bit of a lopsided mouth so we corrected it with the lip blush. It wasn't painless, but she did her best to make it as comfortable for me as possible. I was thrilled with the results. After six weeks, I went back for a touchup to do the final corrections. It takes a while for the color to bloom and you do have to go through healing first which basically feels like bad chapped lips. Her aftercare instructions were great and she was available by phone anytime. I also had eyebrow threading done which I'd never had before. It blows waxing out of the water. It really doesn't hurt and it leaves such a good feeling on your skin. Totally different than waxing. I went ahead and did the whole face, including the lip and chin. I'm thrilled with the results!! I am considering doing my eyebrows in the future. They also do piercings and conventional tattooing at this women owned and run salon. The place is clean nicely decorated and the staff are all lovely. Five stars!

This "specialist in tattoo correction", only served to charge me thousands of dollars...costs well beyond industry norms... for no improvement. In fact, if anything, she succeeded in making matters worse by causing more scar tissue with less coverage. Thanks to these two incompetents, my brow is now deformed and I am left with camouflage as my only recourse. Despite postings on the door indicating that customers would need to wait outside after signing in to respect social distancing. There was one woman with a client and another client sitting in the chair right beside her. Social distancing was not a thing there either. Also, other reviews referenced face masks and shields, that was not the case. The woman had on a mask but no shield and again, the lack of social distancing did not make me feel comfortable or assured that other protocols were taking place either. Everyone inside did have on masks and they were worn appropriately but given current covid rates, much more should be in place. I'm wondering if things have slacked off in the past few months but hopefully they will remember we are still in the midst of covid and reinforce them.
