Excellent first time experience! My husband is big into reviews and found this place. He came back…read morefrom his massage claiming it was probably one of the best he's ever had and booked me one to try also. Mind you, we frequently get 90-120 minute individual or couples massages and have even done so in various 5 star spa/resorts all over the world while traveling. So, "one of the best" was a big statement coming from him. I was greeted by Corey at the front desk who was very tentative and friendly. I filled out my information on a tablet which was slightly difficult to navigate. The 'relaxation room' was very nice and comfortable. I met my masseuse, Monique, and she brought me in to further review what areas I'm having issues with. I only noted 2 problem areas and did not mention the others. Needless to say, my husband was right. Monique is no joke! Her pressure was perfect and used some techniques I haven't had before. She also seemed to find my other problem areas without me mentioning them which was impressive. I was sore a few days after which to me isn't a bad thing. She even took time after the massage to review some stretches I could try to combat the tension until my next massage. First time visitors receive a nice discount at checkout also. I will 100% be returning to do massages with Monique again! My only complaint was that it was very cold in the massage room which was uncomfortable as time went on. The bedding on the massage table was also made up of cheap linens.

Earlier that day I had went online to see service prices and stumbled upon a promo stating " buy one hour massage for $99 and get another hour free" I was excited to get this deal but upon arriving, I was met with attitude and sarcasm as the front desk staff told me this was only for December. I proceeded to pull up the promo that I found on their website and the manager simply stated "well that is not supposed to be there, you can try purchasing online, but I cannot sale it to you." Clearly someone screwed up the marketing but if you have an ad running it is your responsibility to honor it. Instead of continuing to go back and forth, I took my business down the street to Massage Envy and had a much more pleasant experience. I will not be returning to massage green. As a previous membership holder-this was not my first time experiencing issues here.

It seems like they've made some serious changes because the place was clean, relaxing, and did not include crabby aestheticians demanding unreasonable tips up front. They do, however, require you to pay the tax on the Groupon at the beginning. The salon itself looks a little discouraging on the outside, definitely reminiscent of a cheap nail salon in a strip mall, but the inside is a different story. It's bright and inviting, with fresh linens and a fresh scent. I gave an audible sigh of relief after I walked in. I've never gotten a massage before so I unfortunately have little to compare it to. I went in for my appointment on day 2 of a massive migraine. I had been going back and forth in my head about canceling it and just going home and getting some rest, but decided to push through. The massage therapist started off with a gentle full body massage and then applied more pressure as she went along. The gradual ease into it was perfect. My only complaint is that there was no calming music in the background until the very end when she applied the hot lava stones. For me, the silence was a little awkward until I started falling in and out of sleep. The hot lava stones were hands down the best part! I'd highly recommend including them in your session. I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and almost having a euphoric high. AND NO MORE HEADACHE! I'd definitely go back again!

We both received the full body yin and yang massage for $88. We were charged full price because the "system" didn't automate that upon checkout. We have been back and forth with the owners for FLASE advertising. I will NOT be coming back at all! The owner told us we could come back to get the service is 50% off before April 20. That is completely unacceptable. Especially from a business owner to another business owner, you don't up charge clients, offers the same discount and then say there's a system automation when YOU automate the system yourself. HORRIBLE. On top of the demand for a tip for all of the services, that is also unacceptable. And a turn off from a customer standpoint. As for the do services; I was surprised for my birthday with a yin and yang massage and a head spa treatment Upon waking in, the place smelled like fresh tea and a warm experience in the best way. We changed into a cute little outfit (shorts and a t shirt that unbuttoned from the back. I though this was a bit weird, but it was very modest once the session started The massage started amazing, different techniques, pressure points, guasha and hand technique. This wasn't a sweetish massage, rather a focused bodily reset. I had my feet wrapped in a box with charcoal and made a nice foot detox When the headspa time came, our scalps were checked with a magnifying camera to spot the dry skin, follicles and any scalp issues, then moved to the spa room. Once the treatment started I almost fell sleep. This was so relaxing and Invigorating. Celine was great at both the massage and the head spa. Both very relaxing, beneficial to the body and soul. We were met with a warm cup of flower tea when it ended The only thing I didn't like, and this has only happened once before, is the demand for a certain % of tip. I tip based on how I feel the service was, NOT on how the company should feel I should tip. This is infuriating. I also don't understand how they had a huge 1 year anniversary prop package, yet the prices DIDNT align and paid full price. Something sketch here
