The…read morefacility is spotless, the manager (owner?), Terry, is polite and knowledgeable, and the reflexologists are excellent. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. I get a service known as a "one hour foot" which is 20 minutes of (sitting up) neck and shoulder massage while my feet are soaking in a bath of salted water. Then I turn around and spend the next 40 minutes in a recliner while my calves and feet are expertly massaged! There are also enclosed rooms for those wishing a full body massage. I discovered this place the week they opened, several years ago, and I've tried to get there at least once or twice a month since. Sun has opened a second facility in the strip mall at the end of the Exit 18 connector. I haven't been there, but I'm guessing the set up is the same. Treat yourself. You won't be sorry.

I had lower back surgery years ago and suffer occasional disk pain so deep tissue and myofascial release really helps me. My mother is in her 70s and has swelling in her knees and calves caused by edema which Joyce helped with immensely. Joyce has a great profile on her website, well worth the read. Her approach is holistic and healing. There are nice details too; hot towels for feet and back and a warm pillow for your chest, essential oil is offered and at the end of the session I was given a bottle of water and granola bar along with a few great recommendations. I've already purchased a few addition massage vouchers which are on special this month.
