For my last 3 appointments I waited for 45 minutes. they are busy which is great but why schedule more appointments than you can accommodate. today I waited 40 minutes to be seated in a pedicure chair, 10 minutes latet 2 techs sat down to start the pedicures of the two women in the chairs next to me that had been sitting for who knows how long. I have had great manicures and pedicures there but with so many salons in the area, a 45-60 minutes wait when you have an appointment is just insane.

The most important thing in a nail salon for me is cleanliness and Nail Plaza maintains a very clean salon. I love the disposable liners in the pedicure tubs. I don't know why every salon doesn't have these. I only know of one other place and it's my go to salon in Boston. The salon is also very sunny and doesn't smell like fumes like other lower quality salons I've been to. Everyone here is super friendly and very sweet. Today I had trouble finding a deep red that I liked and they are very willing to test a bunch on colors on my nails until I found one. The quality of both the manicure and pedicure are very good- I always leave happy and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

She was always thrilled and elated with her nails, the look, and the amount of time that they would last. Her nails were always strong and vibrant. She bought me a gift certificate so I would try. So now-I too have been coming here to Vnails continuously and faithfully. I do the powder gel- I have no patience waiting for my nails to dry. I am much more traditional than my daughter and often get various types of French manicures. Ex. Yellow/white, Ombré, a simple flower or heart on a single nail . My nails easily last three weeks. I get bored of what I have chosen faster than there need for replacement. The service is fantastic and everyone speaks English. You never feel out of place or that someone is taking behind your back in a language you don't understand. When and if a nail does break they are extremely accommodating. The technicians are always warm and welcoming. They offer a free mini massage if wanted. Plus the place is immaculate!!! On a plus note the owner lives in the town. I've also noticed how expensive they are , i paid over 100 dollars for a set there and now at my new nail place it's 45 without tip. My nails have chipped so many times getting them done at D and D nails. I recently went for a pedicure, at first it was good, and then the nail tech was aggressive with the trimming of my cuticles and nails. She used a wooden nail stick and was poking along my cuticle line . Very painful. Now 24 hours after I got them done and paid 40 dollars , I have a very painful and swollen toe . Was completely fine before the appointment and now i'm in pain.

Went back today prepared to tip 40% to make up for my last visit, and the guy had the most horrible attitude towards me. If you've gotten gel done before, you know it usually takes a good amount of time. He rushed, and I was out within 15 minutes of being there. Back home after work and they are already starting to chip. Messed up.
