We got here a few moments before our appointment and immediately were shown where to pick our colors (hubby refused to do hot pink nails LOL). LOVED their pedicure station setup: plexiglass between you and the nail tech, massage chairs to choose your own massage, plastic cover for pedicure bowl (so you know it's fully clean and sterilized). We were offered beverages as soon as we sat down: tea, coffee, red or white wine. I totally was about to skip but they insisted so I was like WINE not lol! They were all so hospitable. They showed us the menu for the different types of pedicures we could choose from and upgrade to. We ended up going for the basic option and didn't feel rushed or pressured at ALL. Hubby had really crazy calluses so the callus add on was TOTALLY worth it. His feet look brand new and the MANicure was perfect. He really needed a lot of TLC. We tried calling them at first but they kept passing the phone around saying "we don't understand" until they hung up.
