I made a 4:30 appt for a pedicure, was sat in a chair, and waited 40 minutes for anyone to come over. I booked the appt earlier in the day. They very often take your appt and have no space for you when you get there. They are always prioritizing the gel nails. They are pleasant enough, but the service has gone downhill. For $90, I will find another salon that respects my time.

We got here a few moments before our appointment and immediately were shown where to pick our colors (hubby refused to do hot pink nails LOL). LOVED their pedicure station setup: plexiglass between you and the nail tech, massage chairs to choose your own massage, plastic cover for pedicure bowl (so you know it's fully clean and sterilized). We were offered beverages as soon as we sat down: tea, coffee, red or white wine. I totally was about to skip but they insisted so I was like WINE not lol! They were all so hospitable. They showed us the menu for the different types of pedicures we could choose from and upgrade to. We ended up going for the basic option and didn't feel rushed or pressured at ALL. Hubby had really crazy calluses so the callus add on was TOTALLY worth it. His feet look brand new and the MANicure was perfect. He really needed a lot of TLC. It had been YEARS since the last time he stepped into a nail salon. We had such an awesome experience here and absolutely love this place. I asked to speak to the owner (which I never do)and that was ignored by the manager to hide what happened at the spa that day . The front desk staff has always been pleasant, welcoming and helpful when making my appointments. Over time, I have chosen several different masseuses since they all work differently and have their own technique. Currently, I alternate between Matt and Antonello. I cannot speak highly enough on both of them. They inform me on the massage, on the temp of the table, sound of music, pressure applied, and work with my health issues. In overall, through the massage they are always ensuring I'm comfortable. The environment is safe, relaxing, and you choose wether you make friends with your masseuse and talk during your session or remain quiet. I suggest give them a try. Make sure you communicate with your masseuse on pressure applied, that will make a big difference on the result of your massage. Enjoy!
