I want to update my review: I went in on 01/14/2021. This is my THIRD time coming. My first time was right before the pandemic. I am currently 38 weeks pregnant, and I've been super nervous and cautious about going to salons. I went for the second time right before Christmas, I had powder gel done. I was one of the first clients to be seen. I felt super safe and comfortable. I went in last week (01/14/2021) to take off the powder gel, which btw lasted very long and looked beautiful, but because I can give birth at any moment, I didn't want to deal with taking them off after the baby arrives. I had a mani/pedi done. Both were done in the room in the back, where pedicures are done. I was the only one there. They made sure I was comfortable. I really appreciate them doing both my mani pedi in that room because of my back, neck, and just being pregnant during a pandemic. They are literally the sweetest ever! And I love how long my nails last. She took her time with my cuticles and massage. I am honestly so grateful because anyone who's been pregnant before, knows how nice it feels to get a great foot massage. I've never felt so relaxed and at ease throughout this pregnancy, in a pandemic. The sparkly nails with mint green toe nails is a picture of my mani pedi todAy, meaning a WEEK after getting them done! I do laundry, wash plates, and clean the house the most I can. So it's great to see how nice they look even though I'm doing everyday things! This is officially my place to go! read more

I called at 6:30 and asked if it was to late to come in for a mani/pedi. I arrived at 6:40, and received a wonderful job. They did not rush, in fact the color I chose was so awful. They redid my nails and feet with a different color. I left at 8:30, we stayed well beyond shop hours. mindy and ven are wonderful! I will definitely come back. I found my new place! (I live in Danbury, my PC scrambles my IP address) Since I started seeing Mindy, my nails have never looked better. I was a nail biter and I hated looking at my hands. I was so embarrassed so I went for a simple manicure. When I called she took me that afternoon. Mindy encouraged me to try the dip nails and I was so surprised to see how long and healthy they grew to be over the two weeks. I've been going there for three years now. I Love the color choices and her creativity! Try the ombre french tip, its so beautiful! Mindy also has to be the hardest working woman I know, her work ethics and business operations are impressive. I will never come back to this salon- it was dirty and falling apart. The water for my pedicure was cold, the water for my manicure was cold, and the woman who did my mani-pedi was so rough that she cut three of my fingers with her clippers and made them bleed. The polish was obviously old and dry- about 200 polish bottles were just thrown into a plastic bucket to choose from. She reused nail products like files, scrub brushes, and towels. The hair stylists were using cheap store brands like treseme so I definitely wouldn't comeback for that for sure. read more

I had not been here in a while & Called on a Saturday for a pedi & was told to come in at 12! I got there and was taken for a pedicure right on time by a very kind lady named VAN. She did a wonderful job on my pedicure and offered a manicure- I accepted & was really indecisive if I wanted my tips back, gel polish or DIP! The owner, Mindy came over looked at my nails & said to do dip bc its MUCH better for my nails so I dipped!!!! I LOVE IT they have sooooo many polishes to pick from on an organized display! Although there were only 3 people to do services it was a nice quiet 2 hours i so badly needed! I LOVE coming here & I have never had any issues! I'm glad to be back! Owner knows each client on first name basis and had great personal convos with each one! So nice!! Will be back to see van!! read more

Terrible customer service. When another customer came in they abandoned me and took her!! Really made me feel special on my birthday

My friend and I were super happy with the outcome of our mani pedis! Ask for Mindy or Lily, they're really great :). Several customers came and were greeted with a first name basis already. The amount of returning customers shows how great they are. Not 5 stars only because I got an apprentice who was still learning and she cut my cuticles a little too much :( ... But she was still kind and gave lots of attention to my nails. But seriously the best mani pedi I've gotten in awhile! My friend agrees! We will be back! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. So I decided to give this place another try, last time I was here, I didn't understand her pricing, as it didn't add up to the the menu pricing. When I asked kindly to help me understand. I was told something rudely, with an eye roll. Um okay, maybe my tech had a bad day....fast forward a couple of years. Nothing has seemed to change. I came in after work one day, for a gel manicure. I asked my tech if I could see 2 different colors next to get her because they were very similar. She acted like I was bothering her, and made me feel stupid and rushed. I understand I did come an hour before close, but if this doesn't seem like enough time for a gel MANICURE then don't take customers. It's really that easy. The staff needs to stop feeling over privileged, and rude. Do not come here! I wish i had pictures to show the work. 3/10 stars. Mindy has been doing my nails (manicures and pedicures) for over two years. I came to Mindy after admiring a friend's nails. Now I receive compliments on my nails from women and men. I have gone month in between pedicures, and my feet still looked great. I don't use gel on my feet. read more

Found this gem on a whim. I almost didn't want to write about it bc I thought I could be selfish. Amazing that this place has been around for 10 years and looks this brand new on the inside! The salon gets lost in the building it's in, but once inside it's exactly where you want to be! Very clean very friendly. Call for an appointment bc even though they could accommodate a walk in, it's better to be safe. read more
