I asked to change the instruments for new, sterile ones, which were changed but unpacked as well, so I am not sure if they sterilize them. The pedicure was ok, but the manicure was terrible. Everything was in a rush, cuticles were not cleaned and the cover was very unprofessional, Photos are attached. Also, I was not asked what shape I would like and was trimmed as square, when I told the lady that I prefer a round shape, it was changed and was way too short. I also was asked to wash my nails in the bathroom in the middle of the manicure, which was weird. Also, I was asked to change the table a few times in the middle of the manicure. I have never had such a terrible experience and don't recommend anyone to go there.

I am currently 38 weeks pregnant, and I've been super nervous and cautious about going to salons. I went for the second time right before Christmas, I had powder gel done. I was one of the first clients to be seen. I felt super safe and comfortable. I went in last week (01/14/2021) to take off the powder gel, which btw lasted very long and looked beautiful, but because I can give birth at any moment, I didn't want to deal with taking them off after the baby arrives. I had a mani/pedi done. Both were done in the room in the back, where pedicures are done. I was the only one there. They made sure I was comfortable. I really appreciate them doing both my mani pedi in that room because of my back, neck, and just being pregnant during a pandemic. They are literally the sweetest ever! And I love how long my nails last. She took her time with my cuticles and massage. I am honestly so grateful because anyone who's been pregnant before, knows how nice it feels to get a great foot massage. I've never felt so relaxed and at ease throughout this pregnancy, in a pandemic. The sparkly nails with mint green toe nails is a picture of my mani pedi todAy, meaning a WEEK after getting them done! I do laundry, wash plates, and clean the house the most I can. So it's great to see how nice they look even though I'm doing everyday things! This is officially my place to go!

I came in with my daughters (4 and 7 years old) and 2 nieces for a girls day out. They were charged full adult price ($70 plus each) for their mani and pedis, unlike before when Sarah would give kids special pricing under $40. Their services were rushed and not as good as before. Definitely less courteous and much more rushed. I also got a spa pedicure, and while drying my nails at the end the male nail tech gave me a massage. I asked if it was included and he nodded yes. However, when it came time to pay the bill the new owner had the audacity to charge me extra for it. After arguing with her over this dishonest and misleading sales practice they took it off the bill. I also had a small gift certificate from 6 months prior and the new owner laughed at me saying it was old and couldn't be used. I let her know Sarah gave it to me to use anytime for up to a year and she scoffed. The new owner is condescending and lacks courtesy and professionalism needed to retain her neighborhood clients. I was absolutely disgusted with their customer service and will never come back. Now that she's gone, TAKE SARAH's NAME OFF THE BUSINESS SIGN! Stop misleading and be more upfront and honest with your clients.
