I can't remember the last time I got my nails done and was able to say they are exactly what I wanted. LISA made this possible for me and I am so happy to have found her. She made sure she knew what I wanted and checked with me throughout the service about shape and length. She was extremely attentive to detail. I'm giving 3 stars because I think the staff are nice and the establishment is decently clean. However, I feel like the manicure I got was low effort compared to its price. All my tech did was cut my nails, shape them, use a dremmel, buff, then cut my cuticles dry. I asked for a solid gel color, no design or anything, and spent $35. The pedicures were decent but also pricey in my opinion. My only other complaint is that the tech who did my pedicure PLUCKED my cuticles instead of nipped them which hurt. Enter at your own risk. Came in here for a pedicure, and while the woman was speedily cutting my toenails, she cut the inside soft skin of the toe next to the nail that she was cutting. After I almost levitated out of the seat in pain, she said no problem no problem and showed me that just the nail was cut. When I looked at the toe next to it -- it was Bleeding and two Band-Aids later was still bleeding through. Then she wanted to continue.!! As I was leaving the salon. I asked to speak to the manager, and to my amazement, the manager was a man who was sitting next to us and never said a word or came over. Have been going here for several years and always loved the service and the results. I went in this morning and apparently the owner fired the entire staff and brought in a whole new crew. The guy I got for my powder gel nails did an average, but not great job and it took him 40 minutes longer than it usually takes . In other words , an hour and 35 minutes for mediocre results. Olga and Laura who always have the most amazing neck and shoulder massages are also gone. Honestly, I traveled to this place in Brookfield from Danbury because they always did such a good job, were fast, and friendly. And of course the neck massage. I might try this place one more time, but if it's not markedly better, I'm moving on. The owner is never in the shop, in fact in like 5 years I've never seen him. They were able to fit me in for a manicure and pedicure the day I called! They did a good job on my nails and were very patient with me. They do not do gel pedicures only gel manicures. I like the way the french turned out but the base color they use by default is on the more pink side. read more

Made me so uncomfortable it totally seemed like they had no idea how to do any of the services. Said they knew how to do UV gel and made a mess of my permanent French nails and blobbed white nail polish all over, left it on my skin. Burned me with the files. They have no idea of any English. He always entertains my silly ideas and creates unique and high quality nails. They last me 2-3 weeks depending on how quickly my nails grow out. Most importantly, they have never cracked, chipped or broken off. I came here after being extremely frustrated with another salon providing low quality nails at a rather steep price. Delicate gives you superb quality at a very reasonable price. They also have divine massage therapists for chair massage and then give you 5 minutes free with your service. Unfortunately we were very unhappy with our pedicures. My husband and I booked online two pedicures for 10 AM. They promptly took us and sat us down to begin the pedicure at 10 AM, which was a positive. On their website a pedicure for $30 is advertised as a one hour experience. My husband had a 10 minute pedicure much to his dismay, barely massaged his legs. My pedicure was only 20 minutes . They rushed through the whole experience! I've been to the salon a number of times in the past and always had a good experience. This morning, not so much. They were busy, and i think the technician was rushing through a manicure and pedicure. I'm not even sure she was a trained tech, while I was drying she was mostly mopping up and giving shoulder massages to other people. She did not soak my fingernails before starting, and did not trim my cuticles. She pushed them back with the emery board she used to file, and gave them a once over with the foam buffer. The polish came out streaky, my cuticles are ragged looking, and overall they look terrible. The pedicure was a little better, but it helps that I'm not looking at my toes close-up. These services are not inexpensive, so I'm very disappointed. read more

Nice nail color display with plenty to choose from. I got a new full set, and I am very happy with my nail tech Sunny's work. After your nails are complete your hand is dipped in a hand paraffin to soften your hanfor free. My SNS set cost me $50, which is average price. Just a heads up inform them to add tip before hand or have cash available. I am really impressed with this Nail spa. I have enjoyed my pedicures and manicures here. The best part of it is the massage that you get while waiting for your nails to dry. She is awesome and I feel like I'm getting a long massage for free. I have one suggestion to the owner. As someone who has worked in hair care, When the girl gives a massage she uses a hair clip to put your hair up. I did not see her sanitize the hair clip in between customers. (Maybe I missed it but I don't think so) All she needs is a little spray bottle of alcohol to spray it off. Or use different hair clips. This is the only reason I didn't give five stars. Best part about this place is that it's CLEAN and consistent. They really take the time to do a good job and the manicure lasts a while. Best place in brookfield by far (I've tried almost all the different nail salons). They also do a rewards card system and you can redeem rewards for free eye brow wax, manicure, pedicure etc. I haven't seen this at many places.
