Called and asked if they had anyone available for 30 min deep tissue massage. Lady said yes. Last time I had my nails and a massage there it was great. My back hurts bad so I drive over and the girl was strangely rude to me. Ignored me when I spoke to her and asked if she could do deep tissue, no hello or anything and then she starts lightly rubbing my shirt not even really my back. You couldn't get lint off my shirt like that it was really that light. After a couple of tries she got someone to come over who then tells me she's new to this and to give her a chance. I'm sorry but this is supposed to be helpful to me. Dont you need an education to charge for massages? So I said this won't work and left. I have been going to Nails and Beyond for years. They are professional and salon is very clean. I also like the fact they use pedicure disposable liners. Extra care in cleanliness. I also have gel manicures. Hanna is very courteous and professional and will accommodate you if necessary. I would highly recommend Nails and Beyond. read more

The place is really clean and nice, however, $40+ for a gel manicure is really expensive and the job was mediocre. The appointment was interrupted multiple times and they did not listen when I was asking to keep my nails long. Would not come back. read more

I love this place. Whenever I visit family in the area, I always have to get my nails done! The techs take their time, and it's reasonably priced. You get the hot stone treatment, paraffin wax, and a massage all included with the regular mani/pedi! Most places charge extra for these services but they are standard here. Their pricing is very affordable, and you can make appointments ahead of time or just walk in. They usually have walk-in availability around the clock--there are always plenty of people in the salon at all hours of the day. I also love that they open early. The salon is clean, well lit, and decorated nicely. I am a sucker for giant chandeliers and gauzy curtains! The decor and hardwood floors add to the light and airy look of the place, making me feel comfortable spending a few hours here while I get my nails done. They also have dozens of magazines for you in case you forget to bring a book while you get a pedicure. read more

Wouldn't recommend going. I got a pedicure and the water was so hot it burned my feet to the point my skin turned red/pink, not only that the woman did a terrible paint job. I should have saved my money and just done it myself. My nails are already chipped after less than 12 hours, come to think of it I never saw her put on a top coat...Also it's very pricy, not worth it. What struck me then still remains true today: the salon is so clean and bright, friendly and attentive, and well staffed with a team that loves working there! The gel manicures last beautifully. If you have gel polish on your nails, remove them yourself before you go here. They have no idea how to safely remove gel polish and my nails still hurt two weeks later. They soaked the nails in acetone, (didn't file the top layer off before doing this) and then when that didn't work they filed the entire layer of polish off along with most of the surface of my nail. My nail bed is still sensitive to hot/cold and they constantly break because of how much the nail was filed down. I'm waiting for strong/healthy nail to grow in which will now take weeks. The pedicure was fine, not too expensive. Nothing to write home about. TLDR: I would never go back here. They need nail techs who know more than how to paint nails. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience! I only booked a gel manicure here as the professional l go to just had a baby. To begin, l made an appointment with Hanna, the owner, as l am very particular and thought she would have the highest standards. Upon arrival Hanna greeted me by saying Jin made a mistake by scheduling my appointment with Hanna as she was already booked (l was confused because the book had openings). Hanna reassured me Jin was a very good technician. She was incredibly sloppy. It took her almost 10 minutes to try to trim away, wipe away or file away the excess polish (l had to clean them up more once l was home). I have had gel manicures for 7+ years and NEVER had a manicure this messy. Additionally the cost is very over priced especially for the poor quality in the work. The technician didn't offer or do a paraffin treatment. I will not recommend this place to anyone and feel that l was passed over as l am not a regular customer. Just moved to the area and tried nails and beyond my gel manicure was okay and cost $40 plus tax. The nail tech was rushing my mani because someone with an appointment came in and was waiting. I think for the price I paid I should have received a little more TLC. After my mani I was going to do a pedicure and was asked to come back because it would be a 45 minute wait. I saw them turn away many people that didn't have appointments which I thought was very weird. Also, I like my nails short and that's all the nail tech kept commenting on and I finally had to say my last nail salon had no problem with my short nails so not sure why it's an issue now. I will not be returning and looking for a new place in the area. read more
