Always do an awesome job! I many times just walk in and they often can accommodate me with a short wait Very relaxing. Friendly and reasonable prices. Highly recommended. I won't go anywhere else when I'm in the area! read more

What I asked for..... vs what I got.... First time customer who booked an appointment just before vacation. Came in on 5/6, wasted almost 3 hours just for the man who "specializes in flowers" to not be able to do a simple french design. On top of that, my gel pedicure started chipping off just 4 days later. Absolutely terrible customer service and conflict resolution. I'd give 0 stars if I could. read more

Overpriced , cramped inside and smells so strong like nail polish. Not a relaxing or upscale ambience at all.

I have been going here for seven years. I love this place it's amazing but they recently lost my favorite nail tech. Brian is the only male that does nails correctly, not trying to be rude in any way possible but he is the only one I trust doing my acrylic sets, and Gigi, Vanessa does good to but the other day I got my nails done for a VERY important occasion and bob did my set. I just did a French set and I was planning on using a gold cross charm but they didn't have it. Every time I said or answered a question bob would ask me he would laugh he would laugh when I showed my mom the length he would laugh bc they didn't have the cross charm, he would laugh at every un funny thing I said. he was definitely lazy that day he didn't do a good job on the French part and especially bad on the acrylic part, sloppy, messy, uneven, crooked, and thin. I hope the next set becomes better or I won't be returning there. Overall it's an okay nail shop but they need better nail techs, like the people I named that are good. The place is clean but kinda cramped I don't really like how they talk in their language and say stuff about there customers, the other day a lady stormed into the salon and played a translation of what a worker said in her language, to me that is not acceptable. I say you should definatly keep going to the salon or try out the salon but just don't go to Bob at all. Also not even two weeks later oh my nails are chipping and two nails actually came off. read more

DO NOT GO ... they don't care about the HEALTH of your nails and rush you . The lady kept getting an attitude with me bc she was filing my nails uneven read more

I love this place! They are friendly and professional. My feet look sensational every time! I use the dip for my fingers. My normal nails are very thin , but the dip powder gives my nail's strength. I get French sometimes with color tips. read more

Maritza took care of me for my mani and spa pedi experience. She was excellent!!! The place is very clean, and adhering to the Covid-19 state precautions. You will need a mask, and have to wash and sanitize your hands while you are there. They also have wall partitions up between you and each customer, as well as the staff. I loved the pedi, and mani that I treated myself to for my bday! read more

This was my first time and definitely won't be my last time going to Michelle's Nail Spa. I absolutely LOVEEEEEEE my nails. I'm usually really simple when it comes to my nails and just get a plain color and no designs. But this time around I really wanted to try the ombré. This nail salon was recommended to me by a random girl that I was telling my frustrations to regarding not being able to find a good nail tech. I walked in and there was a bit of a wait but nothing crazy, maybe 15-20 minutes. My nails were done by Chi Chi. This salon is a good 30-40 minutes away from my house but let me tell you it's worth the trip!! And they're not overpriced like many other places. I asked about getting this ombré done at another salon and I was told it would be $70. I'm so pleased I can't wait to go back!!! Thank you for your great service!! read more

Dirty, 1/2 late for a pre-scheduled appt, the woman that did the mani pedi was the worst I have ever ever had. Slow as cold molasses, barely pushed cuticles back, barely trimmed them, I tried to put my flip flops on before she applied the polish, she insisted it be done after the polish, and of course she had to re-do 2 toenails. So frustrating!! read more

Finally found a nail salon in the area that doesn't do a horrible job AND rip me off for tips with UV Gel and Color Gel! Most of the salons in Brookfield, New Milford and Danbury charge an insane amount of money for this. I used to swing by nail salons when in NYC to get realistic prices and much better service. Anna is very meticulous and shapes my tips so they look natural!! The fillins are affordable also, halelujah so glad my eyelash technician recommended this place! See you in 2 weeks! read more

Stopped in today for a pedicure, the place had clientele, but was not extremely busy. My nail technician seemed to be in a rush, and did not leave me with the same experiences that I have had in the past. The color I had chosen, was a pastel color which ended up leaving many streaks on the nail. The nail technician continued to paint my nails until the end when I told her that the color was not coming out the way I expected. I kindly asked her to change the color which she seemed to have no issue with. The second time around, she loaded my nails up with nail color where it was spilling to the edges.. at this point, I was too embarrassed to say anything about the lack of quality. When I got home, I noticed I had nail polish all over the sides of my toes and parts of my nails were chipped and textured. Unfortunately I will not be back. read more

I love this nail salon. Hands down best in Danbury area you can sit with anyone in the salon and leave with the nails you wanted. Without a doubt though Nee is my absolute favorite she is the BEST. Kills my shape, is fast, makes them look soooo good my color to nail its self amazing she is the best best best. I always suggest her to people when I get complimented on my nails and they always come back o me thanking me to referring them to Michelle's and especially to Nee!!! read more

I've been going here for 2 years and i absolutely love it! Everyone is so sweet and they always do a great job on my acrylics and fills.

This was my first visit and I was pretty impressed. I love how my nails came out and I will be returning. I had Lisa as my nail tech. The place was clean and the staff was friends. Price for acrylic fill is $18 however, I had gel polish so I was charged an extra $3 to take the Gel polish off. This was never charged $3 for taking Gel polish off at any other location last I have gone to. This past weekend I went back and my nail tech was Anna. She did an amazing cat eye look on my nails! Beautiful job! April 10, 2018: I went there for a pedicure and fill. I wanted to relax but some moron brought her very sick 1-1&1/2 year old crying coughing and sneezing all over the place. She even had her teen daughter there who could have stayed at home with the poor baby. With all those chemicals in the air it certainly didn't help that baby's respiratory infection. Then when the baby acted up they kept saying "oh, you wanna fight" who says that to a baby? Ghetto people do. Now that child will grow up saying that phraseto other people. Then for my fill you had another ratchet individual on her phone the entire time. She sat 2 seats away and was that loud and everyone heard all the drama. Very inconsiderate ratchet people at this location today but my nails did come out great. read more

I made an appointment for noon to get a fill in and a pedicure. They had me waiting almost 40 minutes before anyone helped me and I mentioned multiple times that I made an appointment. I was missing one nail so the first lady put the nail on for me and did the powder portion of the fill in. After being brought to another lady to the rest of the appointment, I pointed out to her that the nail the previous technician had applied was awfully crooked. She tried to fix it but I told her continuing to file it wouldn't do anything even though that's what she kept doing. The nail polish application was very sloppy. I didn't even end up getting a pedicure because of the all the time that was wasted having me wait read more

Please please get a better ventilation system for the staff and your customers. I was there today and the fumes were toxic. No air flow and significant air stagnation. Michelle Nail Spa was my #1 choice for nail salons when I first started to get my nails done (about 15 years ago). I strayed away for a little while once a friend learned how to do nails but now I am back. Their prices are untouchable. They're always very busy but there is never a long wait time. I always make an appointment just to be safe but even walk ins can be seen within a couple hours (or less depending on customer volume). I love Sue for my nails but I trust all employees there to do my nails. I like acrylic. Everyone there who does acrylic has the same high quality ability. Brian and Jessica are so friendly and nice. The staff always remembers my name and makes me feel valued. I will never go anywhere else for my acrylics. read more

I live in the Hudson Valley and was passing through the area to go to Danbury Mall and found this place. I got a deluxe pedi and a gel mani. The ladies are friendly and so attentive in their services. I felt relaxed knowing they were taking good care of me. They really took their time to make sure everything looked good and I loved it. I came here on a Wednesday and there was a short wait. Everyone seemed to be a regular so it was great to know that the locals love this place. Been coming to this salon for years! It is the best salon I have ever been to! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. All of the nail techs speak English very well and never make you feel uncomfortable or that you're being talked about. Jessica is the best nail tech I've had and I am a faithful client of hers. She always takes her time, always listens to my requests and comes through every time. She always fits me in if I need an appt the same day. They are kid friendly and never make you feel like your kids are being a nuisance to them. This place feels like home to me afer all of these years. I will never go anywhere else. read more

Great prices and the whole salon is honest about your service. They also ask you're opinion and make sure your nails are how u want them. Brian does his best to get you in and done. The ladies all know how to do nails. However I went back my last two times and my nails are not good. They never cleaned underneath very well and u can see the old nail underneath the fill in. So after I go back for them to fix it. Im not going back. They rushed threw it and the polish is not painted the whole way. read more

I scheduled an appointment online days in advance. When I show up, they said that they don't accept online appointment and couldn't do my nails because I "didn't have an appointment". If you don't do online appointments through YOUR WEBSITE then why is it still up on your website??? The lady was also rude about it and now I have to look for somewhere else to do my nails last minute before I go on vacation. Thanks for the heads up Michelle Nail Spa. read more

Terrible costumer service. I made an appointment. I arrived, and after more than 45 minutes waiting nothing. So rude!

This place was peaceful and clean(they have a new plastic wrap for every pedicure and the instruments are fresh out of a sanities packet), the staff was kind and attentive! Even if you have to wait they invite you to a chair to soak your feet! How lovely! Soon after I was given a cup of tea, which was a bonus because I usually grab coffee before hand but didn't today! My nails look lovely. Nothing fancy, just the deluxe pedi (100% worth the money) and a manicure. Tina clearly has OCD and was very attentive to detail! I'm new to the area so to find a salon that I love is wonderful. read more

Prices are acceptable and my full set seemed nicely done, but quality is unacceptable. My nails were braking off the next day and a few more in days following. I've spoken to multiple others who've gotten their nails done at this salon and they all say the same. Nails break off easily and quickly. Which is unacceptable after paying $65!!! Change the acrylic being used. read more

I have gone here a few times, and it was satisfactory, However the last time I went in for a powder gel manicure and a regular pedicure - they put me with such a rude inexperienced technician. She didn't give me the nail shape I asked for and the gel liquid was so old that my polish bubbled.....Also I was in there for 3 hours because of the inexperience. Usually powder gel lasts me 2-3 weeks, this was fading in 4 days. Needless to say I will never go back. read more

I went to this salon 1/23/17 and I honestly wouldn't go back. I asked for a gel set and the woman still applied acrylic powder. The set was nice but it's not what I wanted. I also asked for a design (which she said she could do) and even if she couldn't, I would've appreciated the honesty. Once the woman began the design I knew I wasn't going to be happy. She asked if I liked it and I told her no but she made me cure the nail anyway, continued to paint the design that I told her I DIDN'T like and she laughed because she knew it was terrible. Long story short, she refused to remove the design and I left unhappy. Will not return and still can't believe she had the nerve to charge me $53. I believe my nail tech's name was Amy. read more
