I have been going here for seven years. I love this place it's amazing but they recently lost my favorite nail tech. Brian is the only male that does nails correctly, not trying to be rude in any way possible but he is the only one I trust doing my acrylic sets, and Gigi, Vanessa does good to but the other day I got my nails done for a VERY important occasion and bob did my set. I just did a French set and I was planning on using a gold cross charm but they didn't have it. Every time I said or answered a question bob would ask me he would laugh he would laugh when I showed my mom the length he would laugh bc they didn't have the cross charm, he would laugh at every un funny thing I said. he was definitely lazy that day he didn't do a good job on the French part and especially bad on the acrylic part, sloppy, messy, uneven, crooked, and thin. I hope the next set becomes better or I won't be returning there. Overall it's an okay nail shop but they need better nail techs, like the people I named that are good. The place is clean but kinda cramped I don't really like how they talk in their language and say stuff about there customers, the other day a lady stormed into the salon and played a translation of what a worker said in her language, to me that is not acceptable. I say you should definatly keep going to the salon or try out the salon but just don't go to Bob at all. You will need a mask, and have to wash and sanitize your hands while you are there. They also have wall partitions up between you and each customer, as well as the staff. Dirty, 1/2 late for a pre-scheduled appt, the woman that did the mani pedi was the worst I have ever ever had. Slow as cold molasses, barely pushed cuticles back, barely trimmed them, I tried to put my flip flops on before she applied the polish, she insisted it be done after the polish, and of course she had to re-do 2 toenails. This nail salon was recommended to me by a random girl that I was telling my frustrations to regarding not being able to find a good nail tech. I walked in and there was a bit of a wait but nothing crazy, maybe 15-20 minutes. My nails were done by Chi Chi. This salon is a good 30-40 minutes away from my house but let me tell you it's worth the trip!! And they're not overpriced like many other places. Stopped in today for a pedicure, the place had clientele, but was not extremely busy. My nail technician seemed to be in a rush, and did not leave me with the same experiences that I have had in the past. The color I had chosen, was a pastel color which ended up leaving many streaks on the nail. The nail technician continued to paint my nails until the end when I told her that the color was not coming out the way I expected. I kindly asked her to change the color which she seemed to have no issue with. The second time around, she loaded my nails up with nail color where it was spilling to the edges.. at this point, I was too embarrassed to say anything about the lack of quality. When I got home, I noticed I had nail polish all over the sides of my toes and parts of my nails were chipped and textured. Unfortunately I will not be back. read more

Most of the salons in Brookfield, New Milford and Danbury charge an insane amount of money for this. I used to swing by nail salons when in NYC to get realistic prices and much better service. I've been going here for 2 years and i absolutely love it! Everyone is so sweet and they always do a great job on my acrylics and fills.

This was my first visit and I was pretty impressed. I love how my nails came out and I will be returning. I had Lisa as my nail tech. The place was clean and the staff was friends. Price for acrylic fill is $18 however, I had gel polish so I was charged an extra $3 to take the Gel polish off. This was never charged $3 for taking Gel polish off at any other location last I have gone to. This past weekend I went back and my nail tech was Anna. She did an amazing cat eye look on my nails! Beautiful job! April 10, 2018: I went there for a pedicure and fill. I wanted to relax but some moron brought her very sick 1-1&1/2 year old crying coughing and sneezing all over the place. She even had her teen daughter there who could have stayed at home with the poor baby. With all those chemicals in the air it certainly didn't help that baby's respiratory infection. Then when the baby acted up they kept saying "oh, you wanna fight" who says that to a baby? Ghetto people do. Now that child will grow up saying that phraseto other people. Then for my fill you had another ratchet individual on her phone the entire time. She sat 2 seats away and was that loud and everyone heard all the drama. I made an appointment for noon to get a fill in and a pedicure. They had me waiting almost 40 minutes before anyone helped me and I mentioned multiple times that I made an appointment. I was missing one nail so the first lady put the nail on for me and did the powder portion of the fill in. After being brought to another lady to the rest of the appointment, I pointed out to her that the nail the previous technician had applied was awfully crooked. I strayed away for a little while once a friend learned how to do nails but now I am back. Their prices are untouchable. They're always very busy but there is never a long wait time. I always make an appointment just to be safe but even walk ins can be seen within a couple hours (or less depending on customer volume). This place was peaceful and clean(they have a new plastic wrap for every pedicure and the instruments are fresh out of a sanities packet), the staff was kind and attentive! Even if you have to wait they invite you to a chair to soak your feet! How lovely! Soon after I was given a cup of tea, which was a bonus because I usually grab coffee before hand but didn't today! My nails look lovely. Nothing fancy, just the deluxe pedi (100% worth the money) and a manicure. Tina clearly has OCD and was very attentive to detail! I have gone here a few times, and it was satisfactory, However the last time I went in for a powder gel manicure and a regular pedicure - they put me with such a rude inexperienced technician. She didn't give me the nail shape I asked for and the gel liquid was so old that my polish bubbled.....Also I was in there for 3 hours because of the inexperience. I went to this salon 1/23/17 and I honestly wouldn't go back. I asked for a gel set and the woman still applied acrylic powder. The set was nice but it's not what I wanted. I also asked for a design (which she said she could do) and even if she couldn't, I would've appreciated the honesty. Once the woman began the design I knew I wasn't going to be happy. She asked if I liked it and I told her no but she made me cure the nail anyway, continued to paint the design that I told her I DIDN'T like and she laughed because she knew it was terrible. I used to come here and recently just started coming back. I do agree 25$ for a full set is pretty nice.. both of my recent appointments with Leah have been great she shaped and painted my nails right I was totally satisfied with the end result and have fairly lasted me a little while.. I just got a fresh full set the same week of Christmas I got a light nude color my first color and I got a deep red for Christmas that I thought was festive for my first refill.. already both of my thumb nails popped off which I was very disappointed of. I booked my next appointment this Friday for my birthday.. it'd be nice if she didn't charge me for both the replacement nails since I just got my set not even 3-4 weeks ago.. we'll see how next time goes. Still every time I do walk out my nails are super beautiful. I'll be sure to mention that I need my nails to last me a long time next time I sit in the chair.
