Due to an error on my end, I was in a bit of a rush and only had an hour and 45 minutes to get my gel set completed (this included soaking off a hard gel I previously had, which took a bit of time). I ended up going with a simple nude gel set, but the application was very uneven. You can see in the photos how the polish is thicker at my cuticle, and uneven throughout the nail. This caused the nail shape to not have much shape to it at all, even though I wanted a tapered coffin. I don't know if this was due to me being in a hurry, and I didn't have the time to ask for any corrections then. Even though I'm unhappy with how my nails came out, I would recommend this place. We got here a few moments before our appointment and immediately were shown where to pick our colors (hubby refused to do hot pink nails LOL). LOVED their pedicure station setup: plexiglass between you and the nail tech, massage chairs to choose your own massage, plastic cover for pedicure bowl (so you know it's fully clean and sterilized). We were offered beverages as soon as we sat down: tea, coffee, red or white wine. I totally was about to skip but they insisted so I was like WINE not lol! They were all so hospitable. They showed us the menu for the different types of pedicures we could choose from and upgrade to. We ended up going for the basic option and didn't feel rushed or pressured at ALL. Hubby had really crazy calluses so the callus add on was TOTALLY worth it. His feet look brand new and the MANicure was perfect. He really needed a lot of TLC. It had been YEARS since the last time he stepped into a nail salon. We had such an awesome experience here and absolutely love this place.
