$15 for a regular manicure. Nothing worse than the two owners moving the goal post and said it actually went up to $18 for a manicure - why you ask? Because apparently I have long nails I said surely since I bring my own nail polish it still should be $15 and they said no. I felt bad for Mary who did my nails, so I left her a $20 tip. I will not be returning to Coco. read more

I had my bridal party nails done here and I am here every month. Tons of color options and they are excellent at replicating any inspiration photo you bring in. I consistently have had my nails done here for at least eight or months and always get the SNS. They are attentive and creative and caring about their work. If I have ever gotten any chips I just stopped by and they fix it...i love knowing that they are local and I can always stop by and get a beautiful manicure! Elena ....Wiki ....are both great and ....so are the others. I think sometimes unhappy customers forget to speak up and Express their preferences and expectations. I just got my nails done today at Coco Spa. Based on the photos I've seen they can do pretty cool designs, I just got a plain color though. I did a mani and pedi and it took about 2 hours. I had Tina, she did pretty well and was a perfectionist with making sure they were right. I let them dry for 15 minutes and then she sprayed my nails but the spray never dried and would just drip down my fingers and made everything greasy. The lotion they used on my legs is also super greasy I had to wash it off. I wish they were a bit more friendly. Monday-Wednesday a mani and pedi is $22 which is a great deal! Overall 4 stars, I would recommend. read more

Pedicure was fine but not worth what I paid for it.....this place charges extra for everything including using your debit card. When checking out the lady asked me to pay cash. I explained that I'm not from the area and prefer to pay with my debit card. She rang up the total and said $44.65....i asked why it was so high she said "card charge." Charged additional $2.50 for using debit....when I refused to pay the extra charge girl tried to cancel charge then asked me for my card pin number to cancel. Some serious language issues here no one speaks good English or pretend not to...I've traveled across the US and have never been charged extra to use my debit card or been asked by an employee to give them my debit card pin number. Won't be coming back! An advertised Monday-Wednesday $25 special cost me $44.65 for a mediocre neck massage and pedicure!! read more

Meh! You walk in and step on a regular door mat. Employee sprays the bottom of your shoes, sneakers or flip flops whatever you're wearing on your feet. Then you put you feet back on the "contaminated" rug. Lol smart right. Then you walk on the shiny marble floors and skate your way to your chair. They are looking for a major lawsuit doing this. Anyone looking for a easy payout just naturally slip on the floor after they soak the bottoms of your footwear. It won't be hard to do since I did slip and now my back hurt from trying to prevent fall. Went here for a pedicure for a last minute trip and it was done ass backwards! They did my gel polish then she ruined the shine by soaking my feet and doing the callus remover $11 extra I was told over and over. They did NOT use that tool to get the crud out the sides of your toe nails. I just felt and looked incomplete but charged fully. I won't be going back and the nail tech gave me a card. She's a Perfectionist and makes your nails look absolutely perfect. Another plus is , I get acrylic with gel polish and theirs last up to 3 weeks!! Even on the 3rd week my nails still look good. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Terrible Service and RUDE!! My first and last time there! I went for a mani pedi and the person who did my nails did an awful job with the cuticles, the non existent callus remover and foot scrub. It's the quickest pedi I've ever had, not even worth $5 and the pedi chair is HARD. He never cleaned under my toe or finger nails, awful mani cuticle work and when I asked for oval shape he ignored me, I asked again and then again and everyone around him said something in their language to him and he shook his head no but said yes. Well, he ruined the shape of my nails and kept asking me multiple times if it was good and it wasn't so I gave up and he kept laughing at everything I said. I will NEVER GO BACK.. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. read more

The service at this salon is truly horrible. They do okay work, but if you like actual customer service, you will be sorely disappointed. I've been frequenting this salon for the last few years, but my visits since the management changed have been less and less frequent BECAUSE of the awful service. They are outright rude and insulting to the customers. During my last visit, I went for a regular mani/pedi and the guy did okay work. My cuticles weren't properly done, but at this point I almost expect subpar work. However, my pedicure chair didn't work (like the bubble massage thing) and my pedicurist didn't let me change chairs. Then, to make it worse, didn't even give the traditional foot massage. I came in expecting the basics of a pedicure and couldn't even get that. When I complained, the manager yelled at me like it was my somehow fault before berating the employee in front of me like that's acceptable behavior. The visit prior to this, the same manager literally yelled at me for asking my manicurist a question. I asked my manicurist if I could come back to paint my nails, she asked the manager/owner and was told they couldn't do that. I told my manicurist it was fine, that I'd just been wondering, but the manager raises her voice and starts telling me they don't do that. Obviously I understood, which is what I was telling my manicurist, so why she thought to start yelling made no sense to me. I think these two examples are enough proof of their level of service, though I definitely have more. There are much better salons in the neighborhood and I highly recommend those. They do much better work and actually understand what good customer service is, and the price point is about the same. This place is honestly the worst. read more

I showed up here thinking it was still Finger and Toes, I was told they had new ownership which was refreshing because the new staff is super nice. I got a lavender pedicure, the 15 minute massage was awesome. The interior was not as nice as the previous salon and my chair not as comfortable but the staff made up for it. Last night I was looking for a nail salon in Brookfield that stayed open until 7 as I desperately needed a manicure and it was pretty late in the day. I walked into the first salon I tried at 5:45 and was turned away and told they take their last customer at 5:30. I went across the street to Coco nails and was greeted warmly. Elaine did a great job on my SNS manicure. She is a perfectionist! Another customer came in at 6:45 and was also welcomed. I will be back. Needless to say, I will not try the other salon again. I am a regular customer here and most of the time they are great. Today was a totally different story. I walked in and sat down. I knew I had to wait because everyone was already working on someone else. There was one person in front of me. Two women and two children walked in and said they had somewhere to be in 45 min and proceeded to ge their nails done right away. This was the worst service EVER! I am extremely pissed about this. Luckily I didn't have anywhere to be because I was there for 2 1/2 hours from the time I walked in to the time I walk out. read more

This was Vienna Nails prior to April 2017...a great salon...under new management as CoCo Nails...awful and pricey for the area. When I called to make an appointment with Helen (former owner)...they told me she was on vacation. I asked when she was returning and they told me not sure...so I reluctantly made an appointment with someone else and was very disappointed with both the service and the prices. I was paying $35.00 for a gel fill and they wanted to charge me $60.00 absurd. While I was there I overheard 2 other customers mention the same thing about what they paid for their services on their last visit. There were no signs indicating they were under new management nor a new price list. The staff is unfriendly, the new owner sits in the back and smokes, which makes the salon stink. I will definitely not be returning and I told them on my last visit...my nails have never looked so awful.
