The reason I never became a regular at any of the spas I visited was because I would always break out horribly a day or two after the facial. It seemed as if the esthetician would slather on whatever suited them and it wasn't tailored to my specific facial needs. I visited Reviva for the first time last week and here it is five days later and not a new blemish/spot or discoloration in sight, not to mention the marked improvement or complete disappearance of the ones I walked in with. Amy took the time to analyze my skin, explain what she was going to do and then did exactly that, in a comfortable, soothing and relaxing setting. When my treatment was over Amy took the time to explain what I could do to help maintain my now glowing skin as well as answer all of my questions. What's not acceptable is being ignored not the fact that I called and became upset after hearing the same rant from the front office receptionist. I found some posts of beautiful hair colors she did on her page. I made an appointment for the next day. I don't live in Coldspring, I live in the Bronx and work in Manhattan. I've been to numerous Manhattan salons over the years, but have never found a stylist I felt comfortable going back to. I highly recommend Tyler. I also now use the shampoo from them, which is great and all-natural. Normally I would be intimidated by this kind of high end atmosphere, but everyone is so kind and friendly and down to earth. I will keep coming back as long as Tyler is working here. I enjoy her company and her talent!
