Amy took the time to analyze my skin, explain what she was going to do and then did exactly that, in a comfortable, soothing and relaxing setting. Again feel free to reach out I have the countless emails, The cell records, the recording of anytime I've attempted and got a voicemail or the front office person and that was it. What's not acceptable is being ignored not the fact that I called and became upset after hearing the same rant from the front office receptionist.
