Before the appointment, she reached out to learn more about my skin concerns and current regimen. I told her my biggest skin issues were large pores, sagging skin and a dull complexion. At the appointment, she started the with dermaplaning, which removes peach fuzzes and dead skin cells. My skin instantly felt softer and more breathable. She then did a mint and papaya enzyme peel. The enzyme tingled a little but nothing unbearable and felt really refreshing and nourishing afterwards. She then removed the black heads. But first she applied a partial facial mask to loosen up the sebum in my pores and as a result there's very little pinching and squeezing to remove the blackheads unlike my previous experience with facials. I really loved how painless that was and the results are just as great! Meanwhile, she massaged my shoulders and neck and applied a décolleté peel off mask. she ended the session with a detoxifying charcoal mask. After the 90 minutes treatment, my skin looked taut and bright. The day after (today), my pores are visibly smaller, skin feels even firmer than right after the facial, and my complexion brighter with a healthy glow. Even my husband commented on how much softer my skin feels. Below is the before and after (day after) pictures I took. Even as a makeup artist, I'm not used to thinking a facial can make such a difference, but after my visit with La'Shawn, I'm a believer. What I endured is completely unacceptable. Their utter lack of accountability only proves that their priority is profit over patient care. In the world of aesthetics, this is a troubling loophole exploited by some providers. Save yourself the trouble and protect your face. While they may handle injectables and basic procedures adequately, I would never trust them with a laser or an RF microneedling device again. Update excuse the grammatical and run on sentence): I called again and spoke with Michelle, who is the one I usually speak with. At this point a year or so later I'm clearly agitated and because she's the face of the company and the one who should be making sure she follows through with her promises that somebody reaches back to me as she stated, I was understandably upset because afterward (which I have this recording. As I have most of my attempts to reach out. ) It came as no surprise to me that my continually contacting, to hold them accountable for the damage done, is now being threatened and using a police officer's name and who they are and who you know because I'm calling to get results which you guys continually fail to do there are laws against that but this is part of the one-way mentality that everybody knows the law and they can use people to scare others. Calling and demanding accountability is not harassment. I have all the recordings, and none of them were ever heated until today. Bad words are not harassment. To put it into context, My brother works in a high-risk field and was physically assaulted and harassed by a client. Guess what? The law has very specific criteria for harassment or assault. So, again just to put into perspective, swear words in a heated argument and not directed toward an individual for harm, is not harassment, and stating you know an officer is actually misuse of a police officer as they are civil servants and responsible not for the well-being of one individual who they know but for the rights of everybody so I think threatening somebody like me as a client who's calling and just demanding accountability and speaking to the same person who is pushed me alongside and never follow through with her promises as the receptionist, after a year I think I am entitled to be a tad bit upset. This is just a highlight of what you would have to deal with if you had to speak to them over an issue that you want resolved and where they're putting money over you. However, there are ethical standards broken when you fail to follow up with patient' care sending a picture to the microneedle company and them responding a-okay does not negate the way my skin Lost laxity and felt as though I was "stretch Armstrong" in my face. (the best way I can put it) I have pictures with clear evidence they took the standard pictures following so I don't know The game that they're running is just infuriating and poor ethical medical treatment. I've been patient, so clearly, as a client who's then had to go and fix this elsewhere, I'm quite upset, and their response is not empathy; it is ego self-righteousness and then ultimately playing the victim. Instead of understanding the client being extremely upset and mad now that this has been overlooked on multiple occasions.. complete radio silence, they're now playing the victim because, for the first time ever, I was upset. Again, this goes to show you. God forbid you have an issue. They will ignore you and blame the client for being upset after a year of ignoring you, and the Better Business Bureau whom they stated they responded too . However, they did not because I just confirmed it So who has more to lose by telling the truth certainly not the better business bureau. Again feel free to reach out I have the countless emails, The cell records, the recording of anytime I've attempted and got a voicemail or the front office person and that was it. What's not acceptable is being ignored not the fact that I called and became upset after hearing the same rant from the front office receptionist. Again when accompany promises to make right and this was the second and final secretary I spoke to and have only spoken to her once and I believe she holds a little bit of a managerial position, and radio silence thereafter or excuses it's not acceptable.

Moreover, my bed frame is a 17th century antique and difficult to assemble and dissemble. So when they left the first time, l discovered my headboard was loose, which surprised me as there was no such issue in my previous residence. So l informed Allen and within a week the fellows returned to Bloomfield, New Jersey all the way from Brooklyn and attempted to tighten the headboard with unfortunately less than great success, despite much effort. It didn't occur to me until they'd left that the rails must have been reversed so yet again the gentleman returned and spent at least 45 minutes to reverse the rails with much better results. Therefore, on a scale of 1-10, a la Spinal Tap, l rate them an 11 and will not only never use another company but will sing their praises until the day l die!

They broke the blinds, damaged/chipped the wood on our furniture, lost our sofa pillows, they stuffed our belongings carelessly in a bag, our clothes were on the floor and they did not care to pick them up until I brought it to their attention. They discarded the tape rolls around the apartment as if it was a waste disposal basket. They put our sofas back as a toddler would put a toy back together. And honestly a toddler would had done a better job. The movers were negligent and extremely unprofessional. They took cigarette breaks lengthening the moving process and transferring the smell inside the space and around our belongings.One of the crew members was extremely rude and arrogant. He took our tree and banged it against the door when moving it out. Slammed the roll of black bags on the floor. He could have care less for the job he was performing. Because we paid for professional, white-glove service, we expect items to be handled with extreme care. The carelessness of the staff has resulted in leaving us with a very sour experience and it was totally the opposite of what was denoted to us in our initial conversation and in the reviews. I will never recommend their services to anyone, not even to my worse enemy. To anyone thinking of hiring this company do not go by the reviews as we did. Do your research! Be warned!
