What I endured is completely unacceptable. Their utter lack of accountability only proves that their priority is profit over patient care. In the world of aesthetics, this is a troubling loophole exploited by some providers. Save yourself the trouble and protect your face. While they may handle injectables and basic procedures adequately, I would never trust them with a laser or an RF microneedling device again. At this point a year or so later I'm clearly agitated and because she's the face of the company and the one who should be making sure she follows through with her promises that somebody reaches back to me as she stated, I was understandably upset because afterward (which I have this recording. As I have most of my attempts to reach out. ) It came as no surprise to me that my continually contacting, to hold them accountable for the damage done, is now being threatened and using a police officer's name and who they are and who you know because I'm calling to get results which you guys continually fail to do there are laws against that but this is part of the one-way mentality that everybody knows the law and they can use people to scare others. Calling and demanding accountability is not harassment. I have all the recordings, and none of them were ever heated until today. Bad words are not harassment. To put it into context, My brother works in a high-risk field and was physically assaulted and harassed by a client. Guess what? The law has very specific criteria for harassment or assault. So, again just to put into perspective, swear words in a heated argument and not directed toward an individual for harm, is not harassment, and stating you know an officer is actually misuse of a police officer as they are civil servants and responsible not for the well-being of one individual who they know but for the rights of everybody so I think threatening somebody like me as a client who's calling and just demanding accountability and speaking to the same person who is pushed me alongside and never follow through with her promises as the receptionist, after a year I think I am entitled to be a tad bit upset. This is just a highlight of what you would have to deal with if you had to speak to them over an issue that you want resolved and where they're putting money over you. However, there are ethical standards broken when you fail to follow up with patient' care sending a picture to the microneedle company and them responding a-okay does not negate the way my skin Lost laxity and felt as though I was "stretch Armstrong" in my face. (the best way I can put it) I have pictures with clear evidence they took the standard pictures following so I don't know The game that they're running is just infuriating and poor ethical medical treatment. I've been patient, so clearly, as a client who's then had to go and fix this elsewhere, I'm quite upset, and their response is not empathy; it is ego self-righteousness and then ultimately playing the victim. Instead of understanding the client being extremely upset and mad now that this has been overlooked on multiple occasions.. complete radio silence, they're now playing the victim because, for the first time ever, I was upset. Again, this goes to show you. God forbid you have an issue. They will ignore you and blame the client for being upset after a year of ignoring you, and the Better Business Bureau whom they stated they responded too . However, they did not because I just confirmed it So who has more to lose by telling the truth certainly not the better business bureau. Again feel free to reach out I have the countless emails, The cell records, the recording of anytime I've attempted and got a voicemail or the front office person and that was it. What's not acceptable is being ignored not the fact that I called and became upset after hearing the same rant from the front office receptionist. Again when accompany promises to make right and this was the second and final secretary I spoke to and have only spoken to her once and I believe she holds a little bit of a managerial position, and radio silence thereafter or excuses it's not acceptable.

The arrangement in the second photo is what we received. I expressed our unhappiness and was told we'd be charged extra for the design we originally wanted. I went back to the owner, Jill, who said she had "misinterpreted the design." They redid it urgently. We still don't love it, and when we asked about the materials used, we were told, "No, the commission covers the design, sourcing, and construction time of the finished piece, not a quantity of stems." So we're being charged for the materials from the first arrangement but not getting any of them back. We ended up paying nearly $500 for something Jill misinterpreted. I appreciate that it's an artistic piece that takes time to create, but this experience has been frustrating. It's sad that I can't recommend them, and reviews like this are written to warn buyers.

I called a whole bunch of dermatologists in the area and crossed my fingers. Hudson Dermatology had a last minute cancellation and called me in. I am still counting my blessings that I ended up there on the day Dr. Caroline Raftopol was in the office. Because of covid19- they are currently only open one day a week with only one Dr on site and they are obviously slammed. The only open appointment they had to surgically remove it was almost a month away. I asked if she please could do something to reduce the pressure / pain (cortisone, lancing, etc) and she asked me to wait while she tended to another patient who'd been waiting. I (happily) waited about 25 minutes and she back came in and told me that she would just do the surgery very quickly. I strongly suspect she used her own lunch hour to do it. I only paid an insurance co-pay of $25 dollars and they prescribed no extra medication/antibiotics at all (which I can say a week later, I absolutely did not need). She did a fantastic job and I am so incredibly GRATEFUL to her and the staff for deciding to properly remove it instead of doing a quick, temporary fix. I will absolutely go to Dr. Raftopol and Hudson Dermatology for any dermatological needs in the future. HIGHLY recommend.

I had a dilated pore on my…read moredécolletage--a small pore that I kept squeezing, which really bothered me, so I wanted to get rid of it. I was referred to Dr. Nicole Guerin. I assumed it would be a quick procedure to excise the pore. Instead, I was scheduled for an initial consultation that lasted no more than a minute, for which I was charged $75. During a second visit, she excised the pore using a special instrument and closed the site with absorbable sutures--which, in fact, did not dissolve, requiring me to return a third time to have them removed. The doctor did warn me that there would be a scar, but she failed to mention that it could turn into a massive keloid scar--especially since the skin in that area is constantly in motion! As a physician, she should have informed me of all the potential risks and consequences. Dr. Nicole Guerin is very formal, cold, and shows no real interest in her patients. Currently, another doctor--Saluja Sandeep from Cornwall Hudson Dermatology--is working to correct her mistakes. Unlike Dr. Guerin, he is highly professional, attentive, and friendly. I never expected to spend so much money only to end up with a problem far worse than the one I started with.
