So many reasons NOT to go to this dermatologist. There is a reason they have so many negative reviews please read them. The communication between patient and staff is very negative. I have had 2 appointments that were confirmed only for them to be canceled. This is telling that office staff not communicating with the receptionists. I was told many untruths, which leads to me seeing incompetence. And then not calling me when they said they would is very unprofessional. It is a very unprofessional and unkind place to receive care. Please go elsewhere for your dermatology needs. Unprofessional!!!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE: RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I submitted a valid diagnosis and referral letter from my Primary Care Physician along with a verbal history of dermatological treatment for my first and last appointment with Hudson Dermatology. Isaac R. Rosenblum came into the room for less than three minutes and told me he didn't see any evidence of my diagnosis. When I referred to my PCP's referral letter, he said, "Well, you're in a specialist's office now, and I don't see any evidence of that." Rosenblum's disposition was rude and unprofessional. I have filed complaints with The New York State Department of Health, The New York Office of Professional Medical Conduct, and The New York State Attorney General. Here is my response to the owner's response: "Dear Sarah, I received your standard rebuttal regarding my complaint against your employee, Isaac R. Rosenblum. I wish I had read your reviews before coming to your establishment. I see this is a regular occurrence with this person and his outrageous behavior. As I stated in my reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook today, I have reported Isaac R. Rosenblum and Hudson Dermatology to The New York State Department of Health, The New York Office of Professional Medical Conduct, and The New York State Attorney General. How you can allow your patients to be treated so poorly is beyond my understanding. I have worked extensively with physicians for decades in Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York, and I have never come across the kind of gross lack of decorum in a medical professional as I did today. Do the general public, your practice, and yourself a favor, and hold Isaac R. Rosenblum accountable. I certainly will." Here is UPDATE #1: In an effort to censor this information, Hudson Dermatology removed my Review from their Facebook page. Here is my second response to the owner's response: "Are you sure about all of that, Sarah? What are you hiding behind all of that aggression? Your lies are incredulous. Maybe you shouldn't treat your patients so poorly. All anyone has to do is read your reviews to see I am not the only one this has happened to. Your response is full of lies, and you will be held accountable for those lies. Further, your employee, Isaac R. Rosenblum, clearly sees himself as superior to others as he demonstrates with his ludicrous public profile photo and his rude, unprofessional, dismissive in-office behavior. Double down, Sarah. It tells every reader you are a nothing but a bunch of unscrupulous thieves. Your methodology of slamming as many patients through your practice as possible for profit is as obvious as your fake padded reviews. This review in its entirety is being sent to The NYS Department of Health, Office of Professional Medical Conduct." Here is UPDATE #2: Sarah from Hudson Dermatology, Fishkill, has removed my reviews from Google and Facebook in an attempt to cover up their transgressions. Here is the response from the owner: "Hudson Dermatology takes all patient feedback seriously, but we will not tolerate malicious, defamatory reviews that misrepresent our practice." - I posted the truth, nothing malicious or defamatory. "Mr. Thompson has posted multiple inflammatory reviews across various social media platforms, repeatedly threatening legal action against our practice, other medical offices, and dermatology providers in particular." - Reporting crimes to governing agencies is not "threatening legal action". - I only posted about one office and one provider - Rosenblum, Fishkill. - Truth is not inflammatory, I posted in exactly 3 places, all appropriate: Google, Yelp, and Facebook "His accusations are baseless and mischaracterize the standard of care provided by our board-certified professionals." - My experience was shared by countless others. Just read their reviews, specifically about Isaac R. Rosenblum. "We stand by Isaac Rosenblum, PA-C's medical expertise." - This is why you have ongoing problems with Isaac R. Rosenblum. "A referral from a primary care physician does not override a specialist's clinical judgment, and disagreement with a diagnosis does not equate to unprofessionalism." - My diagnosis has nothing to do with Isaac R. Rosenblum's outrageous behavior. "Attempts to intimidate medical professionals with exaggerated claims and regulatory complaints will not be tolerated." - Reporting your transgressions to your governing agencies is not intimidation. Your governing agencies will determine if my claims are exaggerated, not you. "I reached out to you initially with a genuine interest in improving the patient experience." - Your standard rebuttal is insincere & redundant without action. "However, in the past 24 hours, we have received dozens of malicious reviews, defamatory comments, and outreach to our employees' personal social media pages--behavior that is not only inappropriate but also harassing." - All lies. - Your system of abuse and slamming patients through your office for profit will be investigated. read more

The Dr was ontime and upfront. Honest. And put my mind at ease. The receptionist was wonderful.

Please reconsider. This Dr. Laughed at my welts and hives. I have sepsis and will need cognitive therapy. I almost DIED. Infection went to my brain. This ISAAC R ROSENBLUM could have saved me instead he was ANGRY why I was there for same skin welts. read more

The person at the reception desk to check you in was fine. But the rest of the staff seemed to treat me with more attitude than the other "lighter" skinned clients. I felt like the appointment was rushed; they quickly looked under my mask and prescribed me some expensive stuff that doesn't work. No pictures were taken to track skin healing and progression. read more

I see that these reviews are old, normal description in medical manners. With the recent arrival of Marisa B., a well qualified physician, things will change for the better. She cares and that attitude always spreads to the staff. I've only been there once (over the summer), but I was taken on time, treated well by all and had a skin condition cleared up within a month although I was told "it might take 2 months". If you feel that you've been treated poorly in the past, give it another try. (I have no vested interest in Hudson Derm, nor am I even seeking a pat on the back from anyone). read more

This was my third experience with a dermatologist and I couldn't be happier! Dr. Corrine Reilly is the best! She kindly worked with me for ~2 years to address my hormonal acne and was attentive, supportive and helpful along the way. Meeting was Corrine never felt like a typical Dr visit where your quickly assessed, Corrine really works with you to figure out the safest and best solution for your individual needs. I highly recommend giving them a visit. read more

I had a cyst on my neck that was growing quickly and painfully. I knew I needed medical attention ASAP before it became infected or worse, but because of covid19/quarantining rules I was sure that my chances were slim to none that I'd be able to see anyone. I called a whole bunch of dermatologists in the area and crossed my fingers. Hudson Dermatology had a last minute cancellation and called me in. I am still counting my blessings that I ended up there on the day Dr. Caroline Raftopol was in the office. Because of covid19- they are currently only open one day a week with only one Dr on site and they are obviously slammed. The only open appointment they had to surgically remove it was almost a month away. I asked if she please could do something to reduce the pressure / pain (cortisone, lancing, etc) and she asked me to wait while she tended to another patient who'd been waiting. I (happily) waited about 25 minutes and she back came in and told me that she would just do the surgery very quickly. I strongly suspect she used her own lunch hour to do it. I only paid an insurance co-pay of $25 dollars and they prescribed no extra medication/antibiotics at all (which I can say a week later, I absolutely did not need). She did a fantastic job and I am so incredibly GRATEFUL to her and the staff for deciding to properly remove it instead of doing a quick, temporary fix. I will absolutely go to Dr. Raftopol and Hudson Dermatology for any dermatological needs in the future. HIGHLY recommend. read more

This morning I saw Dr. Marisa Belaidi, MD, for a full body check for skin cancer. The waiting area was immaculate, the support staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Marisa Belaidi, MD, and her nurse, Tess, took their time, were through and thoughtful. I just want to add that I went to the office located at 969 Main St./Route 52, in Fishkill NY. It is right across the CVS pharmacy. Yes, I will be returning! read more

If I could put less than one star I would . My experienice with them has been nothing short of horrific and frustrating ! From the front desk to the dr's . Their professionalism and patient courtesy is below par! If they were the last dermatologist in town, I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!!!!! I can see from other reviews that everyone has felt the same way! Maybe it's time for them to reevaluate what it is to provide excellent patient service from the people at the front desk to their doctors, because they obviously don't know how to treat their patients!!!! if you're considering these people , don't, find someone else!!!!! read more

I can tell you, Dr. Zeltser is the most attentive, knowledgeable, and absolutely thorough cancer surgeon I have ever delt with! -  And his office is fantastic.   Dr Z is clearly knowledgeable and keeps up-to-date in his medical field and expertise. He and his medical assistants are lovely, friendly, caring, attentive, and definitely medically meticulous to detail.  If your cancer is aggressive, they take it very seriously and they are on-top-of-it. The office staff and the doctors are accessible and attentive to patient concerns and needs. If you call the office, they answer the phone, if the doc or assistant is busy, they call you back expediently and w/ care and concern.  Post surgery, you can reach one of the docs late at night if there is a problem.  And If you email, they respond quickly.  His assistant, Shauna is incredible! read more

I wish reviews were broken down into categories. Office staff doing intake paperwork - 5 stars Office staff checking you out of appointment- (thorough but somewhat inpatient) 4 stars Isaac Rosenblum, PA-C - 1 star I really wish I would have done research on this provider before the appointment. His reviews from other practices are spot on - lacks bedside manner, contentious, pompous. If you want to be talked at, not listened to, and be made to feel like an idiot for asking questions, this is your person. He doesn't appear that knowledgeable and was unable to explain treatment plan choices or to offer any alternatives. Also, when asked about a sunscreen recommendation to be used with topical treatments, he went into a lecture on how they didn't make the skin photosensitive like other treatments. Waited for him to finish lecture, asked "Is there a sunscreen for the face you would recommend that works well with or better with the topical treatments, and what order should the sunscreen and topical treatments be applied in." Response - "Just use a sunscreen." Think Dr. House without the competence. read more

Myself & my wife are long time patients of Hudson Dermatology Fishkill. I developed an infection on the skin on my ankle. This can be very serious if not treated properly right away., It can go into your blood stream and kill you. I called them and told them of the seriousness of this problem and the girl on the phone acted as if she couldn't care less and said first appointment I have is 3 weeks away. I told her that by that time I would either be cured or dead. She couldn't have cared at all. After being a patient for so long you would think that if someone called with a serious problem they would at least tell the doctor and have him call you back or phone conference to help with the problem. From this non caring the only conclusion I can draw is that they just want patient after patient, one in one out. This is not a caring way and I hope it does not reflect the opinion of the doctors however they have to take the blame for their staff. read more

Was offered a same day appointment in the Fishkill office. Saw the doctor who quickly diagnosed my daughter. He prescribed the proper medication and followed up with me a few times after. Great experience, highly recommend. read more

Went to the Fishkill location for a checkup and I saw a physicians assistant who spent no more that 5-10 minutes with me. She didn't do a full body exam, gave me a script for an acne medication that my insurance didn't even cover, and then I got slapped with a $300 dollar bill for having a wart scraped. They definitely have mastered the art of making money, unfortunately the level of clinical service and patient centered care left much to be desired. Not going to be returning there. read more
