I have had 2 appointments that were confirmed only for them to be canceled. This is telling that office staff not communicating with the receptionists. I was told many untruths, which leads to me seeing incompetence. And then not calling me when they said they would is very unprofessional. This is a solo practice where they work hard to make sure a patient doesn't wait for their scheduled appointment. While in the waiting room, I met an elderly man who had a melanoma removed. He told me she saved his life. I told him she saved my life, too. All the nurses and staff from the reception area were very kind and supportive. The doctors' treatment rooms and waiting areas were immaculate. Everyone was religious in observing COVID-19 protocols. She was hand picked by my family doctor and dermatologist. If I have any more skin cancers removed, she will be the one to do it!
