At Luna Dermatology they took time and a lot of photos. The intake at Bellissima Spa was incredibly fast and cursory. They did not offer any cooling cream or an ice pack. I am not a very experienced Botox user, and I had to ask about the restrictions on strenuous exercise and lying down as the info was not offered. I was told that if I was unhappy with the results, I could come by for a free touch-up. No time period was mentioned, this is critical. 2 weeks later, I called and left a message to schedule a touchup. This call went unanswered. A few days later, I called AGAIN and was told that the time limit was two weeks. It seems that my initial message was intentionally ignored. I was also told by the receptionist that there is absolutely no difference in the Botox brands, which is categorically UNTRUE, and why was a receptionist dispensing medical advice? So Belissima Spa was happy to take over $600 from me without honoring their promise to ensure that I was satisfied. As this is a completely voluntary cosmetic appointment, customer service to ensure satisfaction seems incredibly important to maintain a successful practice. Seeing the lack of clients in the office, I implore Belissima to take this aspect of their business more seriously.
