Just before the doctor applied the freezing agent, I noticed she was aiming it directly at my face and close to my eye. I asked her to adjust the angle away from my face, but instead of angling it away from my face, she angled it toward my eye/nose. It happened quickly and it was a bit alarming! After the incident, I attempted to address my concerns about patient safety and comfort through a professional email exchange. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly bounced from one department to another, with no one taking real responsibility. Eventually, my concerns were ignored altogether. There was minimal acknowledgment of what happened, no meaningful follow-up, and no offer of goodwill. If this were my business, I would've reduced the fee or, at the very least, offered a discount on a future visit. Instead, my request was dismissed--and I was sent a letter stating they would no longer provide me with care which was quite insulting. I paid my bill in full and was nothing but professional throughout, but I feel the way they handled this situation was rather surprising. I won't be returning, and I won't be recommending them. They clearly don't value patient feedback.
