Even when I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, I'd talk to him and ask for a suggestion and he'd nail it, (although I got the feeling that he wasn't quite comfortable with giving a suggestion because he didn't want to feel like he was forcing me into anything). Can you ask for any better than that? I always end up feeling so much better about myself and that carries through in a lot of phases of my life. If you look in the mirror and like what you see it gives you confidence. I like his calm and rational approach to something that will change me for the better. Dr. Hagerty is an artist. I also love his staff because they're so caring and knowledgeable. They make me feel welcome, like a I'm a patient and also a friend. they're so easy to talk to. The whole office is comfortable, calm and reassuring. I can ask any question and I swear they always have an answer! When I've gone into surgery (the first time wasn't cosmetic, but it made me come back when I wanted cosmetic) I've had total confidence that all would go well. I have only good things to say.
