I trust him 1000%. He's very honest.... I went in for lip injections one time and he told me I didn't need them and explained why! He always make sure that my expectations are realistic, won't recommend anything if he thinks I don't need it, takes a huge amount of time with me, and errs on the side that less is more. If you can't take honest feedback, maybe he's not your best choice, but I WANT honesty. He suggested that I have my teeth fixed years ago when I was trying to better my smile! I took his advice and get more compliments on my natural smile! ( he was right, I wasn't fully smiling because my teeth were crowded) He has also removed pre- cancerous moles that required large excisions & I have little to no scarring ! He recommends non- surgical treatments ( types of facials, skin care) that will help with my aging process. I'm 61 and get regular compliments on my complexion & why I look pretty good in a swim suit at this age! And no one assumes I've had " work" done!! I'm honest and say I have the best plastic surgeon! And I do! I'm in such good hands with him. Prior to a breast surgery years ago, I asked the surgical tech before I was knocked out " Can you make sure he sits me up after he does the procedure to see how everything looks?" She said " Christine, he is an artist. He's listened to you & knows your expectations. You will be fine" and I was!!! And it's NEVER about suggesting costly procedures! I had a breast redo that cost me 1/2 because he got the manufacturer to cover the other 1/2!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about my 20+ years with Dr. Sepulvada!

I had an appointment for the end of November for the first shots. Called early in the week as I had heard nothing about insurance approval, was told it hadn't come through. Told someone would get back to me. never got a call back. Called in December was told it still hadn't come through. Called after the holidays and found out it was never submitted, and that they had(and lost) 2 insurance staff. Got a call from a staff member(who was not the insurance person) leaving me a message that didnt make sense. Found out she called for someone else. I asked the insurance person call me back so I could appeal the insurance company's decision. No return call. Called today (now at the end of January), to be told the Dr may not do Medical botox. And, that the PA had no right to tell me that they would( this was the reason I was referred there). Patty the Office Manager spoke over me and didn't listen, until I pointed this out. Waiting to hear if the Dr will even do the procedure. Not holding out a lot of hope.

I ended up getting lip fillers, fillings by my crows feet, tattoo removal and micro-blading. I'll list each one for those patients interested in anything I got. Tattoo Removal- I am currently on session 3 and my tattoos are practically gone. The lasering is painful regardless of numbing for me, but it is so fast that it doesn't make it a big deal. Comes to about 30 seconds for me. First I saw Caitlyn and now I see Katie and each person I have seen has been wonderful and informative. Fillers- Lip was easy, I bruised for the first week but the results lasted longer than the anticipated. My lips were nice and full for a little over a year. My crows feet didnt last long but for me they were my smile lines and totally expected. Microblading- Again, kind of painful. It was a process and my stomach growled the entire time. Katie and I both laughed about this which told me that I need a burger before my next session. I was told the results would last about 1yr. l still have full brows and its been about 2+ years since that time frame and people compliment me often on my brows and I have caught people talking about how nice they actually look.
