Even back then he made myself (and my mother who goes to this practice as well) feel comfortable and reassured. Fast forward over 15 years later and I wanted to have a small tip revision done as my nose had drooped a bit over the years (which is common). I now live all the way out in Phoenix, Arizona but there was no one else I trusted more than Dr. Abraham to do this revision for me. He is incredibly knowledgeable, re-assuring and his entire team is so very kind (shout out Judy!). I even referred him to my close friends who went to see him as well. Guy from (finance department at the office) "called" to find out about my out of network benefit coverage came back out to waiting room 5 mins later with paper in hand for IN NETWORK benefits coverage after he just explained they DONT take my insurance INSISTING I still be seen "because I'm already here" absolutely not to then get stuck with HUGE out of pocket expense!? WELL, apparently I have no idea what happened to my middle little toe BUT I was in the right hands with Dr Raisa Tsvaygenbaum. She's a super pro and absolutely awesome and had great bedside manners but was also super knowledgeable and helpful navigating this unknown, suspected toe sprain adventure. Walked in with confused and not knowing what in the world is going on and walked right out with a foot brace to wear for a whole month. Pretty crazy but very happy to be in the hands of a professional like her! There's nothing worse than landing the wrong Dr or therapist or just feeling unheard during your visit. She was the whole opposite of that and also the staff here working with her are so so kind. If you're looking for a reliable and helpful podiatrist, she's your girl.
