This was after they canceled my original appointment and booked me for six weeks past that. I understand it's a business but when it comes to my health, I don't appreciate being treated like Cattle on a conveyor belt. I was blatantly told that the doctor tells them to book multiple patients for the same time. So this was not a Dr running behind for spending more time on a patient. If you're booking five patients for the same time, how are you giving each patient ample time to check their body for skin cancer? My husband had the same thing happen to him the month before. And both times there was multiple people in the waiting room way past their schedule time feeling fed up and uncared for. We will be finding a new dermatologist. This place has gone downhill since they moved to a new office.

Dr. Charles was also very rude towards me and was insistent on rushing me out of the office. He barley took a look at my acne and wrote a script within 2 seconds of speaking to him. When I called in to make an appointment or to ask a question the staff immediately changed their tone when they knewI was the one who was calling; they became very rude and insistent on ending the conversation, one of the staff even hung up on me on purpose. When I needed information that someone had to call me back to give me I never received a call back. On March 25th when I fired Dr. Charles as my dermatologist, I still received calls from the office confirming appointments that I had canceled. The last time I called to get my transcripts sent over to another office, they told me that they did not know who I was or who I needed to speak to to have that done and then called me the next day to confirm an appointment, again that I had canceled. I just today received a letter from Dr Charles saying that he wants to take me off his client list, yet I had already fired him (I fired him first). I have not spoken to him since 4 months ago. Yet, in his letter he blames me for calling and trying to get answers from the staff. Your office needs employees with brains and smile. Not crudeness and lack of intelligence. I suggest apologizing, instead of pointing the finger on to your customers. This is after all a business, customers should always come first. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated. I did nothing that any other person would do, yet I was singled out for asking questions. Clearly he wrote this letter to save his own ass by painting me as the wrong-doer.

I trust him 1000%. He's very honest.... I went in for lip injections one time and he told me I didn't need them and explained why! He always make sure that my expectations are realistic, won't recommend anything if he thinks I don't need it, takes a huge amount of time with me, and errs on the side that less is more. If you can't take honest feedback, maybe he's not your best choice, but I WANT honesty. He suggested that I have my teeth fixed years ago when I was trying to better my smile! ( he was right, I wasn't fully smiling because my teeth were crowded) He has also removed pre- cancerous moles that required large excisions & I have little to no scarring ! He recommends non- surgical treatments ( types of facials, skin care) that will help with my aging process. I'm 61 and get regular compliments on my complexion & why I look pretty good in a swim suit at this age! And no one assumes I've had " work" done!! I'm honest and say I have the best plastic surgeon! And I do! I'm in such good hands with him. Prior to a breast surgery years ago, I asked the surgical tech before I was knocked out " Can you make sure he sits me up after he does the procedure to see how everything looks?" She said " Christine, he is an artist. He's listened to you & knows your expectations. You will be fine" and I was!!! And it's NEVER about suggesting costly procedures! I had a breast redo that cost me 1/2 because he got the manufacturer to cover the other 1/2!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about my 20+ years with Dr. Sepulvada!
