I have had an ongoing problem with upper sinus congestion due to CPAP usage, but I had always had a problem breathing properly after plenty of elbows to the nose playing basketball as a kid up to HS Varsity. 48 years later, it was time to discover the significantly deviated septum. Dr. Piastro - "You see that" (pointing to screen) Me - "Yeah" Dri. Piastro - "It's not supposed to be touching THAT" (tapping on the screen to the other side of my sinus from where my septum should be...LOL). Clear clinical summary, Doc! The quality of work was excellent. I had no Sharpie tribal art on my face when I woke up, and in the end, the process used was relatively pain-free, and well executed. I wouldn't recommend this practice solely because of the front office staff. They all have a…read morecondescending tone, are rude, have the meanest faces no one ever smiles getting them to help you makes it seem like a favor when it's a job they should be happy to do. The nurses and doctors are great but I wouldn't come back here if I could help it dealing with the front office staff is such a bad experience.

Told me it would take a week or two to work. Sill deaf weeks later, went to another ENT, who told me my hearing might well have been saved if I had been prescribed steroids ASAP. Obviously, I cannot recommend this doctor under any circumstances.
