They keep track of my various skin challenges with careful reviews of photos & notes from appointment to appointment, and the times I have needed procedures, they have been performed with the utmost care. Dr Kircher has also taken care of my 85+ year old mom. He takes his time, makes her comfortable, and treats her with gentle kindness. During Covid, my visit felt very safe and well managed. I feel very comfortable recommending Dr Kircher.

The new office location is wonderful. Dr. Kircher has a decent reputation in the Kingston area. He's pretty thorough. His office staff is so-so, rather slow with longer than average wait for check in. If you have animal allergies, this is not a friendly place because someone brings their dog to work everyday. Immediately I had respiratory issues upon entering the office. While people may think it's great to bring their pets to work, they have no consideration for patients and.or co-workers who have allergies. Sadly, because of the dog, I will be looking for a new dermatologist with an allergy friendly environment.

And to come to think that the doctor who was good at treating me was the only one scheduled to work that day(the one appointment in this office), this appointment worked out pretty well. Although I later learned that their seating was bigger than originally seen, it appeared to me at first, to be a small office. But looks were astounding back in 2009, and by later that year when I had full control of my eye-health (for several months), I was astounded. They had grown in members. The office room was crowded on some weekdays. Each doctor is fully versed in their professions. Although some doctors run around the office like crazy, when they have patients, they do take the time out to deal with the patient first(the customer is always first, works well at this location!) I was very astounded at this place, and would definitely return again if I'd have another problem such as the one I had about 3 years ago. Just be sure to call before marching yourself into the office(esp. on a weekend). It would be the one weekend they are all off, that this review wouldn't work too well. But, for the most part, they do care about their patients.

I was very embarassed and scared when I went to see Dr. Hilmi for the first time and was immediately put at ease. Every interaction with this office has been a pleasure. Over the course of 2+ years I have had I had two molars extracted, two bone grafts and 2 implants. Dr. Hilmi took time to explain everything to me and patiently answered every question I had. He takes great pride in his work and it really shows. The operations are relatively painless and the end results are amazing. Dr. Hilmi and his staff are kind and empathetic and offer excellent care with gentle, supportive, non-judgemental interactions with patients. The modern, immaculate facility is calm and soothing and is well equipped with high-end technology, and the treatments/solutions offered reflect an ongoing investment in training and keeping pace with new diagnostic and treatment developments.
