They offer water, or, if you feel fancy, even champagne, on the house! The only thing, I guess, they could do better ID - their tv show is always about cooking meat. It's not really aesthetically pleasing, and takes away from the serene experience, especially for a vegan. I'm okay with cooking shows, but raw meat in your face, for two hours is a lot for me. How about some animals, nature, travel show? Or even a cake decorating show? As I said, this takes away from the spa experience for me, but I'm still going back and recommending the place to everyone. Oh, their prices are very competitive as well.

The first time I went a couple of weeks ago, the girl who did my nails stared at her phone the entire time. She literally had it on a stand in front of her and was facetiming and having conversations through her ear buds the whole time I was there. She was speaking Spanish and being Puerto Rican I understood everything she was saying as she looked at the produce that someone was shopping for and made recommendations about what to add to the grocery list. She barely spoke to me or acknowledged me and at one point got up to run out to give someone a set of keys and didn't even say "hey, I'll be right back", just left me there waiting and wondering. I must be a glutton because I still tipped her and came back to try a different person this week, but she also had her phone mounted to a stand in front of her face the whole time I was there! When did people get so rude? I'm stunned, seriously! I NEVER touch my phone while I'm out getting my nails done and I would never whip out my phone at work and totally ignore everyone to video chat with friends. And I should add that the first girl did an OK job on my nails, but 3 of them fell off within days of getting the UV gel fills because she didn't bother to glue any loose edges. I didn't complain though, went back to get them done 2 weeks later with 3 of them missing and the second person, who was also on her phone, added 3 tips, then filed them down to my skin, so why even bother adding tips that I had to pay extra for? And yes, I tipped her too, because I believe unless someone's really awful, they should be tipped. As a Puerto Rican woman, my parents taught me manners and my blue-collar parents worked hard and always tipped, so I do too. But seriously, I would love to see people have the kinds of manners that my parents taught me. Put your phones away, don't mount them in front of your face, and talk to people once in a while, just to say HELLO, like I do! I'm easy going but this was too much, especially a second time!
