I love how Diana can see an inspiration pic, make it her own, listen to what I like and dislike about the design, use color theory to make her own polishes, and execute a quality set! So disappointed in Diana I have gone to her for many years and the years and the days pass. The services have declined I don't know what happened!? Diana's demeanor, her professionalism her respect for her staff and for certain customers is just unprofessional and disappointing. I don't even know what to say so disappointed will not be returning, unfortunately it's unhealthily hot in the Salon. As a long-standing and dedicated customer, she has been very rude. Can never get an appointment which is very unusual for me being that I have been with most of the customers a very loyal and long-standing customer of Diana. The last two times I went in for my appointment. I actually was able to get one when she kept texting me and asking me to come later and later with no regard to the fact that I was there was so uncomfortable. Went for the first time for a pedicure and manicure but ended up staying for more then 4 hrs ... Diana herself is really good and attentive to the work she does. Her assistants are sweet however lack attention to detail and care for the work they do ... Dianas nails is great. Sometimes you have to wait a little later than your scheduled appointment but it's absolutely worth it. I got gel nails and they still look perfect besides my nails growing in. I cannot recommend this salon enough. They take their time and are very attentive. read more

thw salon is so clean and up to date in the trends . Diana and Kathey do an amazing job. I was sad to see that Kathy is no longer there. I travel an hour to go there but now Kathy is gone and iDiana is always booked I will have to go else where. called twice to book an appointment Diana is booked and I work in the week cant get there in the day. I had a very disappointing Nail appointment. This was my second time at the salon. I was there for over three hours for a basic pedicure and powder manicure. Diana looked at me and said I remember you and laughed( she had done my eyebrows and told me that they were shaped wrong- on our first meeting). The laughing at me made me very uncomfortable and was weird. Meanwhile her assistant did my powder manicure. It took so long and she kept nicking my nails and drawing blood on a few fingers. After it was done the color was so uneven and I said this doesn't look right. Diana proceeded to yell at her in spanish and never looked up at me. The assistant continued and Diana kept correcting her and yelling at her. Finally she excused herself from her client and took over with the drill. She took the whole manicure off and had her start all over. Thru the entire 2nd time she continued correcting and yelling at her. When she returned to her client she apologized to her for the interruption. No apologies to me. When I was there three hours for an appointment that should take 1 1/2-2 hours I said I had to leave. The assistant kept making mistakes. Finally I said enough and not sure I got a complete powder manicure. I paid - they charged me full price and I felt so bad for the girl I gave her a tip because she was so humiliated. Diana never looked up to say sorry or goodbye. Diana- please train your assistant properly. Please dont reprimant and scream in front of a client. Also when a job is totally messed up a sincere apology is required and quite possibly a reduction in charge. I went in for acrylics and left with them not how I wanted. Loads of acrylic were added to my nails after I told her I wanted them thin. I had also told her I wanted them short due to typing at work and she proceeded to not do what I asked and kept them long. The way she did them makes my nails look pointed upwards- they do not look natural at all. Also for the color choice- I asked if I can pick from a certain section and she said yes that works for your nails, when it was time to paint them she said it wasn't available. I was there for 2 hours and left with nails that I will be going to get removed tomorrow. Unfortunately this isn't the first time i've had an issue here, in the past I used to do uv gel and i left looking like i had playdoh on my nails every time. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars for the 0 service I received. I made an appointment here over a month ago for today at 1045. Yesterday I rcvd a text and email that my appointment was changed to 9:30 (without me requesting mind you) but the new time was fine so I confirmed it. As a 1st time customer I was a bit lost in the area and called to say I would be 5-10 late but they never answered the phone since apparently they don't even open till 9:30. I pull up at literally 9:39 (9 min late) a car was pulling out the very confusing front lot and as I pulled in and parked another vehicle was behind me parked. When I got in I'm basically told my nails tech Diana has just left when they called to have ME speak with she tells me she waited ten min and actually saw me pull in but she had something to do so she left!!!! Now I drove all the way from the city to meet a appointment time they changed without my request and she just left even though she saw me pull in ..... 9 min late. Poorest customer service ever!!!!! I will never ever try this shop again. What a waste of my time. read more
