I have been using this salon for at least 9 years. The ladies are so sweet and and always in a great mood. Not once have I had to complain about how my nails are done. Amy is the best. Very meticulous and meets my expectations all the time. I love my powder nails- funny bunny.

Service- awesome, I called Monday night 1.5 hours before closing and they accommodated me no problem. Cindy did a great job with my nails and the 10 minute massage while my nails dried was fantastic. All in, took about 30 minutes for a regular mani. $12 for mani $1/minute for massage. Cleanliness- good no complaints. Location- super convenient and the salon is huge and can accommodate a lot of people. Pedi chairs have the massage feature too! read more

They took a video of me and the people I was with without our consent which I realized only after I left and one of the girls I was with mentioned it. They charged me twice and made it seem like the first charge didn't go through but then showed up on my bank statement. I was with my niece and the lady that did her nails was handling her a little too aggressively when she brought her to the drying chair. Don't recommend. read more

Worst experience! Went there for bikini and legs wax...they really don't know how to do it... They said that it's my skin problem...well I always did a wax (in the winter as well)and never had any problem... I ran out after 10 minutes...went to another place and they did a perfect job (I didn't change my skin in the meantime lol ) . I don't recommend this place!!! read more

Granted that I came with 2 of my girlfriends and were a bit late to our appointment, the service was horrible. I had been gardening earlier and got dirt under my nails. Jenny, the manicurist, did not clean under nails properly and panicked when she saw that I chose a light polish color. It took 2 hours to get 3 manicures and pedicures. Quality of the service was below par, polish on skin. Will not be coming here again. Nor would I recommend. read more

Had an okay experience...people were kind, took walk ins at a later hour...just very pricey and felt like I didn't receive the treatment I usually get at my other nail salon. Let me explain by saying I usually don't go to this nail salon because I don't live up this way anymore. However, I asked my 10 year old niece if she wanted to get her nails done so we searched up places that were around and Elegant Nails popped up. We were seated immediately and started looking at nail colors. My niece was getting gel and started looking at colors...She wanted to do Halloween colors since its right around the corner, orange and black (remember, she's 10)...they giggled and told her no. Sooo...she picked something else. I wanted regular polish and picked out Marshmallow. She told me its too yellow and I should be doing gel. Idk why I listened but I picked a gel color instead. Whatever. No soaking the nails to soften cuticles, no cutting cuticles, no warm towels, no lotion. Just strange bc I thought most places do that. Then without all of those items, I was charged $35 for myself and $30 for my niece. As far as I'm aware, the going rate for gel is $25 for a GOOD job. Additionally the woman behind was getting frustrated with her nail tech bc she was trying to convince her to get acrylics but she told her repeatedly she didn't want them. Sound like a money hungry establishment. We won't be going back :( read more

Been happy with them up until now but just got a mani pedi from Amy. She was sloppy. When I asked someone in charge to fix her sloppiness the response I got was "it's ok it's ok". No fixing. My large toe looks really bad and there's excess pain all over my fingertips. It's not ok. I'm pissed and out $50. Time to find a new nail salon. read more

From reading all the reviews on Yelp about this nail salon I was impressed more so about the professionalism and the nicest this place was treating there customers. I have had my shares of nail salon some are not nice, my nails don't last long and the worst part all the money I have wasted along with my time going places that are closer to home so after reading reviews about this salon I have decided to take a chance and make an appointment with Jenny who I have read is great at what she does so I made an Appointment to see her yesterday @ 4:45pm and she sat me down on the chair and she started her business to making my nails looking fabulous as what they looked like before. While she is doing my nails we chatted and We laughed (my nail technician needs and MUST have a sense of humor) and she passed that with flying colors, what really caught my eye with her she was so nice to her staff and her staff was nice to her. As she was almost done she did an awesome design on my nails which I am so impressed with her professionalism and understanding...I would definitely recommend Jenny and her establishment because if I took the chance so can you it is so worth it and You will NOT be disappointed...Thank you Jenny for making my nails look fabulous and now you have gained a new customer for life..... read more

Trash. Wanted to charge $35 for gel manicure and $15 on top for ONE broken nail. Total trash, lady was arguing with my sister about it, wish i couldn't even give a star doesn't even deserve one ! My friend was also there and got a full set of nails and it took them 2 HOURS. 2 HOURS. We got there at 5 and did not leave until 7. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. RUDE PEOPLE AWFUL SERVICE. read more
