And only here, I get my gel done the way I like it - thin, so my nails look natural. One time, there was a mix-up with booking. They totally owned it and made sure I left the place happy. They offer water, or, if you feel fancy, even champagne, on the house! The only thing, I guess, they could do better ID - their tv show is always about cooking meat. It's not really aesthetically pleasing, and takes away from the serene experience, especially for a vegan. I'm okay with cooking shows, but raw meat in your face, for two hours is a lot for me. How about some animals, nature, travel show? Or even a cake decorating show? As I said, this takes away from the spa experience for me, but I'm still going back and recommending the place to everyone. Oh, their prices are very competitive as well.

I called and Cai was so nice and accommodating scheduling me within the hour and I'm so glad he did. Anna did my pedicure and not only was she quick but she was thorough and finished me off with a bit of a neck and shoulder massage as my toes dried. The space is very vibrant and there are so many stations, you can get services here anytime, walking in but also pretty quickly. They work hard and get you in and out. All the pedicure stations have massage chairs and I love that they use the plastic protector for the bowls. Every single pedicure tool is newly opened and previously sanitized. All of the scrubbing tools and brushes are also brand new. Only thing that would be nice is if they offered bottled water (even seltzers) or water served in something different than styrofoam cups. IMO It just takes away from the experience. Great location to get your nails done!

Lena is awesome and quick! She makes sure to ask if I want them shorter, if i like the shape, and if the length/color is good before continuing. It was a great experience. They accept card, however they made me pay twice! Which is why I am giving 3/5 stars. I tapped my card and then their machine turned off. My chase bank app showed me I was charged. Instead of being understanding. The guy at the desk insisted I would have to pay again and just come back to get a refund if both went through at a later time. This is very hard to do! I work. I had a day off and because of your mistake I have to come back to try and fight for my refund when I already paid!? very unprofessional. Instead of paying $55 I was charged $110 not including tip!! The owner wasn't even in, no one offered to call her. I was just told well here is a receipt and come back if you need a refund! After this I would go back bc overall my nails and the experience during the process was awesome, but I would be careful if paying card. Make sure you dont get charged twice.

Pedicure massage was perfect and relaxing and I really liked how the manicure used gloves with lotion inside while they did their thing. The vibe was great too - very clean, modern and gave off spa vibes with nice relaxing music playing. 3 stars because it was a little expensive (regular manicure and spa pedicure was $83, was hoping a regular manicure would be a little less expensive). I also had some uneven polish on my manicure and jagged edge on one nail. Edit: nails chipped pretty bad next day and I woke up with texture prints in my nails - the kind you get when they don't dry enough - except I went to bed 4.5 hours after leaving the salon.
