She said not one word to me until I asked for a towel to dry my legs. She admonished me and said " what happened?" Just wanted to dry the back of my calves. Then I went to dry my toenails. After a few minutes she came over to me and again yelled at me that my nails were dry. Then she said goodbye to me in a nasty tone. I was shocked as we had no negative encounters. Never again. I am super picky with the length and shape of my nails. They know I like them sort and roundish. Also, I always get SNS - this is the best quality powder around. I've had SNS from other salons in the past and my nails would break after 2 weeks. Here, I always go 3+ weeks (and hypothetically if the nail does crack, it still stays ON, and does not fall off... but my nails have not cracked in over a year!). The color variety is awesome too! Some colors are really fun and glow in a black light! (See my attached pictures for all my fun colors over the years!) The pedicures are always very relaxing and they recently started with a hot stone at the end! It's an amazing extra! If you're in need of a massage, see Dora! She finds the spot and really works it out! I've had man knots in my neck and she gets them out every single time!!! If you're trying them for the first time, tell Nana I said Hi!!! (Say it's the Jennifer who lost a lot of weight!! She will know!!)

They keep the place very clean and the music is relaxing, of course. More importantly though, each of the employees try their best to satisfy each customer- any time I ask them to make a change (I am very picky!!) they oblige and do an amazing job. This is just some of the wonderful work they've done on my nails :) I always ask for different designs and like to challenge them, and they're always up for it and willing to try. I know in the past they've accepted walk-ins, but now with how everything's been set up because of COVID, they've had to start requesting appts. This does NOT take away from their work- just call ahead of time and see if they can squeeze you in or make an appt in advance!! Thanks ladies!!

He didn't speak or engage at all during the service and cut my cuticle with the drill, causing bleeding. There was no apology or acknowledgment, just silence. I decided to give it another chance and returned for a second visit with JIM but the same thing happened again--my cuticle was cut and bleeding, with no apology or concern shown. I was done now. I originally switched from a salon in Mount Kisco because this location was further and more expensive, but after these experiences, I'll be going back. You truly get what you pay for. I was very disappointed, especially since I had better expectations based on my prior pedicure visits.

I originally came to Cozy Nails to get a standard manicure, but the owner talked me into getting a UV Gel manicure. I was sold when she told me that the polish will not chip for 2 weeks. To have my steadfast color of choice, Lincoln Park After Dark, not chip for two weeks was too good to be true. And so I caved. Wow, was this woman meticulous. Even though she had a few customers waiting, she took her time with me and made sure each layer was evenly applied and had ample time to dry. The result: a perfect manicure that took OVER two weeks to grow out and chip away! Best of all, it only set me back $35 all in, which is fairly reasonable for UV manicures. In case dark colors aren't your thing, Cozy Nails has a whole spectrum of UV gel colors, as well as standard OPI and Essie polishes. Be sure to snag one of the business cards - after 10 visits, you're eligible for a free manicure.

No welcome greeting when walk in, No smiles from anybody. The staff is talking loudly from across tables. Cannot hear music- not calming, relaxing experience. They believe that talking on the cell phone on speakerphone loudly or listing to videos in another language- while doing the clients nails is acceptable. I told my nail person that i would like to have some quiet and listen to the music. That was after at least 10-15 min. of a loud conversation on speaker phone. He was insulted and amazed that I dare ask him to end the conversation. He rudely got up and left the store. I was told to wait for another nail person to be free. I waited again- for a significantly long time- because at that point my polish was removed and my nails were raw. Finally, Anette finished my nails. She did a horrible job. Never did she offer a smile- an apology- anything. She continually was talking high volume to the surrounding tables the entire time. My nails are sharp and I can scratch myself leaving marks on my skin. All new staff here. Avoid going. Not friendly - Not professional- Totally rude staff. There are too many nail salons in this area. The only thing (Besides cleanliness) to me with choosing a salon is CUSTOMER Service- and obviously they have none. Go somewhere you get a smile and a welcome. And they do not perform a customary "Light back/shoulder" massage afterwards. Which every other nail salon I have ever gone to has done. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The new owners have no clue how to treat people with respect and curtesy. The customer is always right- Even with the language barrier - They should learn to treat people with respect. The place is always empty now- didn't need any appointment. Old owners knew how to treat people. No respect- No professionalism- No business. Be forewarned. Find another salon who will treat people better. Do not give them your business.
