ummmmm it's a no for me. Quality was not great but service was pretty good. Pedi chairs were comfortable but flow of service was odd. We had 2 appointments for Pedis and nail services. My SIL needed a full set for her trip to Mexico and I need a fill to bring me back. The shop was full and it was if we didn't even have appointments. That was frustrating but they got to us within the first half hour. The nail tech was kind but her work was beginner level unfortunately. I may return for a pedicure but I'd go elsewhere for my acrylics. read more

I do not recommend going here. I had an appt, 10 minute wait. An hour and a half for a gel fill and cut down. I showed a photo of what I'd like, pretty much what I went in there with. I came out with too short nails and each hand is a different shape I have gel all over my fingers and will have to reshape my nails when I get home. The lady next to me came in about 10/15 mins after me and left with a new full set before me. I've never seen someone do the fill before shaping and filing. This left me with very little new nail gel. You can see my nail through the gel on the side. I know I will be losing a nail before the week is up. When I pointed out that one hand(which was nicely done) was longer than the other, the nail tech argued with me. Another lady came over and filed the longer(better looking) side down without saying anything. At that point I was just ready to leave. I am deeply dissatisfied and will not be returning. I did leave a tip because I'm not a monster and the nail tech was working on my nails for so long. read more

We have tried to be loyal customers here. We have gone repeatedly for over a year. We make an appointment with the person we like. We check in with our name. When someone else tries to take us we repeat over and over who our appt was with to be ignored and told after they "didn't know we had an appt". Up charges for everything. Told my teen to get a single color full set, no French or design so it could finally be the price they have posted. Still $10 more! I finally asked, Why? "They are long" we are told. Meanwhile she asked for them regular or medium. She didn't ask for them long. So you made them longer than she wanted cause she is a kid to charge more? She also made them so thick. We have gone here over and over trying to give the benefit of the doubt. Unless we get the one person we like it's horrible! I found Luxe Nails on Yelp but the pictures weren't really selling me. I then found them on Instagram and there they post a lot of their work. So I took a chance and scheduled an appointment. I arrived 5 mins early and the person I booked my appointment with (Brian) was ready for me. I hadn't done acrylic nails in years but I was pleasantly surprised with Brian's work. I was a loyal customer since they opened but over the last few months things have deteriorated. My nails chipped within 1-2 days on several occasions because their lights to cure the polish don't work correctly! I'm not wasting my money on this place anymore. The owner of the shop never apologized and tried to blame my nail technician. Every time you go there you have to wait a long time to be seen and if you don't have an appointment don't bother coming. The bathroom is never clean and the back sofa intended for guests to sit comfortably if always being used to fold laundry, forcing everyone to sit in the uncomfortable little chairs in the front. read more

Wanted to try this place bc of the convenience of its location... the managers/owners seem passive but nice. The young man who did my pedicure OVERclipped and was overzealous with the cuticle cutters and ended up hurting me more than expected. I ended up having cuts on my cuticles that were painful for days. The "massage" was lackluster and the paint job was decent. For the price, it was a very mediocre experience. So my first time here. Read a lot of wonderful reviews. Made an appt on a weekday. 2 patrons in the salon. I wanted a basic manicure, allowing my nails to recover from years of gel. An older woman did my nails. Very nice job and she was pleasant. Instruments were autoclaved which is a biggie for me being a nurse! The hand massage literally was less than 1 minute combined! I wasn't asked if I wanted to pay prior to nail color being applied which I found odd but ok whatever. I'm then placed over by the window to dry. The table is gritty with God knows what. I was left there for 20+ minutes with no one asking or checking to see if my nails were dry. The biggest disappointment- no shoulder or neck rub!!!! So I determine my nails are dry and go to pay No one asks if I need help getting my keys or cash from my purse. The woman who sits in the first station is so RUDE! Just says $12 I pay no thank you, nothing!!! Customer service is a big factor in determining success. By my standards, this place won't last! read more

My 1st experience with Tran was not great. He didn't give me a fill like I asked for, was rude about it then I found a bump in my nail after I left. However my daughter was happy with her nails so we booked another appointment with her nail artist and I was careful to make sure I had an appointment with someone else. When we showed up for our appointment today, my daughters nail artist wasn't there and Tran tried to take her as a client. It was only after I said no was I told she wasn't in today. They are super friendly - and the only salon I know to offer student discounts. HOWEVER, they are terrible with gel manicures unless you get the owner. I once had one of he guys falling asleep as he did my manicure and then he had forgotten to do the base coat and had to SCRAPE OFF my gels! It was very painful! Another time, they gave me a girl who had never done gel before. The guy walked her through her step by step - I don't speak Chinese but it's obvious what's going on!!!! They came out terrible. Worst nail salon ever! They may do nice nails but their customer service skills are absolutely terrible. I had an appointment for 9:30am with Sue. I show up and someone is in her chair already! The guy who makes the appointments tells me I called and cancelled my appointment the night before!!!! I have a broken nail so WTF would I cancel my appointment. Then he tells me he can get me in next week Thursday! Really!?!?! FOH! Not to mention he takes a call while I am standing in his face trying to get a new appointment. Does he not realize how rude that is?!? Maybe in his world that's acceptable but in the real world, you don't do that to people who are basically paying your salary. Have some damn respect. I personally think they cancelled my appointment to fit one of their own people in there Because I can't get an appointment for a week but someone just happened to be able to get an appointment (my appointment) overnight.
