Normally this place is a 3 star (4 if i get a good pedicure) but I have never been so disappointed. This is tied for the worst manicure I have ever gotten. (The tied manicure was the worst for the number of times the manicurist made me bleed but she at least left my nails looking good.) If this is what a Gel manicure is supposed to look like, I will never get one again. I have never been told "it will come off when you wash your hands." With all the trimming he did on my skin, i didn't expect to still see rough edges. With the number of times he wiped under my nail, i didn't expect rough edges. With the number of coats he put on, i didn't expect uneven color. I paid full price and tipped. I really should wait until I have my glasses on for that part. Not going back. read more

My 3 daughters and I spoke entered the business to get gel manicures and pedicures as agreed upon the day before with the female owner. Upon entering we spoke to Henry the person who was supposed to do the service for one of us. Out of nowhere a man started shouting at us. We were not sure who he was talking to because he had a customer in front of him. We realized he was talking to us when he pointed and told us to leave. I asked what was going on and he stood up and said I'm the business owner you greet me when you come in here! If you don't greet me you leave!!!!! This man literally had a customer in front of him and demanded a greeting like a chauvinistic a hole. The female owner looked up and shyly looked back down. What type of business are they running. The nail techs are rude and poke fun at customers unfamiliar with the process. When customers have questions, they belittle them. It's not like they are curing cancer. They work on nails. To think they feel justified making someone's first experience miserable by poking fun at their questions while calling themselves "Nail Pro." There was nothing "Pro" about this place. With attitudes like theirs, full of entitlement and belittlement of their customers, at times with other staff joining in to mock the customer, it's a wonder how they are still in business. I suppose most people are desperate when there are far better places to visit at a third of the cost. Save yourself both money and the mockery and treat yourself to a real "Pro" at another business. This is my 3rd attempt at trying to enjoy my experience in this place and I have not. The staff work really well and follow the directions of the service you request but their is an older approximately 50/60 who seems to own the shop that is very rude. He was rude to me in the past but I thought perhaps it was a language barrier but I realized it is not a language barrier he can just be really rude. Most recently I had to listen to him yelling at a customer while doing her nails because she told him of an idea she wanted. The salon doesn't naturally have a relaxing vibe because of the set up but combined with his attitude it just makes it so I never want to return to this shop. read more

I would definitely give it negative 5 stars if I could. I work near this nail salon and have really tried to give them a shot but they are indefensible. The owner is rude and talks about everyone and today after I gave the nail tech over 25% tip I was asked not to come back by owner simply because I asked them not to soak my hands in water (as I had caught a prior infection in their salon which I did not mention) Owner was yelling even after I asked him to calm down and stop talking to me like that. Don't go here unless the owner is there if the owner is still the nice petite man who greets you as you enter. Went here today with my daughter and I should have left two minutes after walking through the door. We walk in and everyone looks away and acts like we are invisible. Took about 2 minutes before anyone the lady in the owners chair uttered a word of hello how can I help you. I tell them two manicures and two pedicures. They setup the pedicure chair right away and instead of putting me in a nice spot where I can see the room they place me next to a wall in a corner and when I ask to move to the other side of my daughter they refuse...strike one. I normally prefer a women to do my nails or the guy owner. The guy doing my daughter's nails was young and seemed nice so I thought it would be ok. NOPE! I explain she wanted two colors on her feet and two colors on her hands. He said ok. After finishing her feet he took her to his chair to do her hands and because I'm in the corner against the wall I was not in eyesight of her so I asked the lady to move me while she did my toes and she refused. As he walks to do her fingernails I show him a picture and ask if he can put these hearts in as a design. Said she will be quick. Strike #2. She finally finishes and I go to sit next to my daughter and they say no the ladies station is on the other side. So I ask to move my daughter next to me and again they refuse..strike #3 so now I'm hot abs I should have left then because the service did not get better. The lady doing my nails never said a word to me and anyone I've ever had there was always friendly and funny not this bunch except and older lady who was very nice but she was doing someone else's nails. Once my daughter is finished with her nails she comes over to me and normally the nail artist will do one nail then ask the parent is this ok...nobody uttered a word to me and as I continue to turn and ask my daughter is she ok I can tell the guy is getting annoyed. Once I see her nails I get annoyed even more. So his dumb ass just did the heart designs without continuing the same color pattern he did on her toes on her fingers just with the added heart design. Her nails look terrible. He half cleaned them so I see dirt under her nails and used clear polish with black and white hearts. Terrible they look terrible. I ask for him to do them over and he refuses and then proceeds to tell me you can't put a design onto of a color...wtf made all these excuses and laughed when I asked to do something and never once apologized...no one apologized or tried to make it right. I asked the girl doing my nails to make it a French tip to match her toes to try to fix it some way. She poorly did that and had the nerve to charge me. And finally the lady who rang me up can't add and tried to over charge me...I'm done with this place. It's sad a place I've gone to for years has lost a good customer due to poor service. read more

There is absolutely NO point in making an appointment as you end up waiting a very long time. I had an appointment and actually arrived 5 minutes early. The manicurist just started a walk in which was wrong. I then had to wait 35 minutes. Wrong! The owner is very RUDE!!! I have gone to this place on and off. the nail technicians talk in their language quite often making it rude . The last time I was there ,a Spanish nail technician did my nails , she asked me all sorts of questions , work , marital status , residence , nationality Etc , she was not only inappropriate but very rude . Further , she overcharged me and when I questioned why she started to argued w/ me .. extremely uneducated . worst experience ever. Upon my complaint with the owner , she kept giving me bad looks . ZERO STARS! Came here for a pedicure for a wedding. They sat me down, started the water for my feet, and then NO ONE came to do my pedicure for over 20 minutes. I even had to get the entire staff's attention to see if someone was ever going to service me -- I couldn't even get up to leave because my feet were soaking wet! After 25 minutes, someone finally came to do my pedicure. During the cuticle cuts, she would rinse the tool in the water where my feet were soaking - that is UNSANITARY. Definitely seems like a health violation. She did this 3 times. I had to tell her that it's gross and to just wipe the tool down each time. Across from me, a woman was getting her callouses removed (with the tool that looks like a cheese grater), and after each foot, the woman rinsed the dirty tool in the water with the woman's feet! I almost THREW UP! It was so vile. I immediately paid and left - didn't even let my toes dry! Would never recommend this establishment. They should be reviewed for their health codes! read more

I have always loved this place and I have always enjoyed going there. Because of how rude the manager was today I will not go back. I do not believe that you should raise your voice and insult a customer that has already paid you for services that were not completed correctly. I understand that they are busy and it is currently before Easter. That doesn't give you a right to be insulting to regular customers... I would have been satisfied with pretty much any solution he could have even said here's $15 back we're too busy.... get the Polish fixed somewhere else, I would have even been okay with that. The place is one of the 3 places you can have your nails done in the area. It is tucked in a small shopping mall. Everybody seems friendly and the prices might be lower than other places around. In my opinion they did a good job on my nails, but keep in mind I'm not a picky customer. I made a mistake and didn't exactly specify how I want my eyebrows done....I just said "make 'em look nice" and the result was not what I expected. I never had my eyebrows done so short and thin. Hopefully I can grow them back and from now on always give specific direction. So I wouldn't blame it on the salon. I can't complain much about the polish colors because I like the very expensive designer nail polish ( D&G, YSL, Dior, Chanel etc) so most of the times I ask them not to apply colors on my nails and I do it myself at home. They accept credit cards and you can also add the tip on the card. The only complaint I have..... They constantly talk to each other....in their language!! I swear I was convinced they were talking smack about me for a while. :) I wish they were speaking in English in front of the customer or keep their convo to a minimum so the customers don't feel awkward ( like I did). I took a star for the foreign language talking and a star because I felt rushed at the end when there were a few people waiting for some expensive services ( acrylics and the likes). I only came because my normal spot around here was too busy and I leave town tomorrow. I should've just waited. It's too cheap to be good. I always get acrylics and have for about five years now and this has got to be one of the worst experiences. The place is inside of a run down plaza, but looked busy so I had hope. The young woman who did my nails did not know what "round" meant, so I had to keep telling her "rounder" after she filed each nail into a rounded off square, which is a much different look than the natural look I'm used to. A nail had started to lift up a bit from my real nail, which is not unusual. Instead of grinding down and cutting off the lifted portion, she just acted like it didn't exist. She proceeded to start filling in with new acrylic and I pointed out that it wasn't going to stay considering the nail is only half attached. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to just CUT DOWN MY REAL NAIL in an awful hack job instead of properly fixing it. I have literally never seen anyone do that. From there it was basically all down hill. Half the nails are a different shape. There's polish on my cuticles, which weren't cut. The edges weren't cleaned up after the acrylic, so it's all ragged. I asked someone else to fix it so I wouldn't scratch everything I touched and he accidentally touched a nail that wasn't dry. He fixed it by "smoothing" it with acetone then putting another coat of polish, with no top coat, so it looks totally different. Also no hand scrub or lotion. Just go somewhere else. read more

I came in for a mani-pedi, the pedicure was rushed and I felt man handled. The manicure was the most painful manicure I've ever had, he dug into my fingers with the sanding tool and 4 fingers were bleeding. Chunks of skin around my nail are gone. My nails are all different shapes and sizes. My fingers that were cut are still stinging 20 minutes after. I will never be going back. I was visiting a friend and she suggested going to Nail Pro.I paid for gel polish and so far four of my nails had the polish peal completely off within three days of the manicure. The first nail pealed off the evening I had received the manicure! I have had gel polish at multiple places and NEVER had the polish peal completely off! I called Nail Pro to let them know of what happened, they were nice enough to offer to fix the nails but I explained I lived far and would not be traveling an hour to have a nail painted. I got my nails done here a couple of days ago. My manicurist used an obscure brand of top coat. Has anyone heard of chica nail polish? I haven't and neither has Google. I sat under the dryer for a long time. The next day, my nail chipped badly. It was an OPI polish so that's not normal. I have short nails also so they shouldn't chip so easily. I went back to this salon after getting a gel manicure and three of my nails had chipped, and two had the polish cracking all within three days after getting them done. I explained to the owner what had happened, and he was argumentative with me saying that I must have banged them on something, when I didn't. I had said that I always get gel manicures and they always last for two weeks, and the owner then proceeded to say "don't cut me off let me finish speaking" and that I should continue to go to the salon I usually go to if I'm happy with that salon. He said that all sales are final but he'd have just the five nails fixed free of charge as if he was doing me a favor. Our manicures were done with regular polish and were not done neatly or correctly. They didn't paint the whole nail but they did paint the cuticle and the skin around the nail. Made an appointment at the nail salon per a recommendation from a friend. I was greeted upon arrival and seated at a station almost immediately. The technician was friendly and assisted me with selecting a color for my nails. I wanted a simple and plain gel manicure. I have heard horror stories about salons not using clean tools so I was comforted when I saw her open the tools from a sealed bag that was previously sterilized. She was very efficient and professional. During my appointment, a previous customer walked in and indicated that her manicure (not sure what type) did not hold up after 5 days. She had paid extra for the add ons and was disappointed with the service. Another technician in the salon went to assist her with her issue at no expense to the customer. It was good to know what the salon stood behind their services and was willing to fix any issues. The price was affordable and they did not try to push any extras on you. Overall the service was very good and I had a good experience. read more
